♱ Puppetry: Azzo enjoys putting on the occasional puppet show, or being useful in a play where they're in need of an actual puppet for a little while, while a human voice acts behind stage. He mainly uses marionettes, something so that while he's having the puppets dance or do tricks he can stay hidden. He has an interesting verity from knights to dragons to the common house cat.
♱ Hypnotism: Ever heard of the term "parlor trick?" well that's kinda what this is. Though Azzo sometimes holds it in higher regard. However it takes a rather large bribe for him to use it willingly. He picked up hypnotism from his grandfather, but stopped actually practicing after his grandfather's death about 5 years ago. So while he knows simple stuff, he never fully learned a lot of the tricks. However, Azzo still researches the medical aspect of hypnotism hoping to turn it eventually into something useful.
♱ Kick Boxing: Azzo just recently took up kick boxing to get in shape, help him be better able to protect his friends and have some "alone" time. However he's still new at this so he still kind of has a tendency to fall on his face. However he plans to use this to help protect those he cares about.

Virtues:
♱ Fight or flight: Azzo often likes to have control in dangerous situations, which for him leads to a fight or flight dilemma. Azzo’s not one to run away from danger, especially with all those strange monsters running around trying to hurt people. His protective nature leads him into a standing in the face of danger and trying to fight, which could end up getting him hurt or worse. Despite the fact he’d rather fight, when he realizes he can’t help anymore, or he does need to let the 'professionals' take over, he’ll flee to a safe range away from danger and let them handle it, despite the fact the wheels might be turning in his head while he thinks of new plans to try to help as back up. The instinct to flee can sometimes be a bit stronger in some cases however.
♱ Riding the Wave: Azzo is good at riding what a situation gives him. The first option that comes to mind for a situation is usually the one that he takes, an alternate course of action could come into play but changing from one to the other is a case-by-case scenario. Improvise is his middle name. He can take the stick lying on the ground over there, and the tin can at his feet, and come up with a quick, if one-hit only, weapon to nail a youma. Points if they’re pointy and jagged. If the scenario is more Life or Death, he’s more apt to just go with what his gut tells him and not bother with the finer details. Running is an option but running AWAY might not get through his head, rather it’s towards the dangerous thing that his feet take him. If anything this short-sight can work as a nice diversion for those nearby, or a meat shield.
♱ Be Happy, Don’t worry~: Azzo loves to make sure other people are happy, even while inside he’s miserable and maybe slightly unstable because he feels like he's lost control of his life, he’s constantly trying to comfort other people and make sure they’re happy. He believes part of protecting people is making sure they’re happy. He’ll do silly little stuff to attempt to cheer up people he doesn’t even know, he would very much rather offer them food or someone to listen to them than to pay them no attention at all. It makes him feel accomplished inside when he can make at least one person's day a little better. It also makes him feel a bit better and gives him a minor sense of control so to speak.
Flaws:
♱ Control: Azzo has some, possibly major, control issues, it's not your normal I need to be in control in every little thing. Like group work, those aren't that important to him. What is important to him is that he has control of his life and dangerous situations. When he's left out of control of these things he starts getting twitchy, or if he feels like he's not in control of his life he starts to get snappy at people, when they're trying to help or make him feel better. While they're just trying to help he's blocked them out and muttering about how insensitive they are to his situation. When in a dangerous situation Azzo will most of the time take over until someone stronger shows up. He hates not being in control of a situation though, or at least not being the main focus of whatever dangerous thing is there until he's no longer needed. He knows that if dangerous situations are left to their own vices they sometimes get out of hand and kill people that could have other wise been saved. So when he's left high and dry, he's thinking of back up plans to try to help if something should go amiss, so he can control the situation.
However, he does know when to step back and let the professionals handle it. It seems as if some of his control issues stems from his puppetry and maybe a little from the hypnotism, despite him not touching that since his grandfather died. Azzo's use to having control in those situations, to the point of something happens and there's a hiccup the 'show' just isn't any good anymore. He's hypersensitive about how puppet shows are run and treated, if someone misses a cue or a line then the whole thing is ruined. Azzo has to control that to keep it from happening.
♱ Protective: Azzo is protective of his friends, much like a rottweiler would be for it's master. The closer Azzo's friends are the more protective of them he is. He'll often eves drop on their conversations with others and when he hears something that sounds threatening or they start getting into an argument he'll defend his friend. He might not get into a fist fight but he'll let you know you better back off pal. He hates anyone even remotely threatening being around his friends, be it because they started an argument or said something bad about his friend, or even said the wrong thing to him. Azzo might've lost more than one friend on account of this. However, this is his way of controlling the situation and protecting his friend at the same time.
♱ I just want to help: Often times Azzo doesn't like to take things sitting down. He sees a situation where he thinks he can help and he wants to help with it. It doesn't matter to him if it's dangerous or just something in every day life. He can't stand to see someone struggle with something when he can help them out and it be done more efficiently. On occasion this puts him in a very dangerous situation that could lead to injury or worse. Speically if he's trying to help the professionals do their job, Azzo isn't always meaning to, but he does get in the way but when he's trying to be helpful.

Azzo originally met Aurora shortly after getting out of the hospital from the Barren Pines Incident. It was a long journey for the pair and after Azzo had initially asked another girl to be his girl friend and getting turned down the pair had one of those relationships where people from the outside would just want to smush them together if they'd saw the way the pair was acting. Eventually Azzo gained the nerve to ask Aurora out and they've been close ever since.

Snowball is Polaris' Guardian Cat who lives under the same roof as Niflhel and Polaris both. Snowball was found by Niflhel in an animal shelter for adoption, and given to Polaris as a Christmas Gift unaware that the cat was really a Guardian. Sheer Dumb luck right? Snowball and Azzo both often compete for Aurora's attention and when she's around they may not always agree. However, when the two are alone they get along fine.

♱ Page Weapon - Starts out as simple thin chains, that Nifhel could chain whip someone with.
**The chains can only grab on to limbs like arms and legs. The mid-drift is too large and a neck is something too hard for Azzo to aim for (exceptions to the neck might be youma).
♱ Squire Weapon - Niflhel uses his thin chains to rope/lasso his target (be it youma, nega or the occasional senshi), however the chains magically bind to the one they come in contact with. If the target is out of range (more than 10 feet) the chains won't bond; however, if caught it slows movement of the target/they can only move as far as the chains will let them unless they're dragging Niflhel with it. This takes concentration for Niflhel to hold it once he loses the concentration or he tires out the chains drop (unfortunately this depends on the battle at most he could hold someone is a max of 30 seconds at this stage).
♱ Knight Weapon - Meteor Hammer
Niflhel channels his magic into his single headed meteor hammer and upon channeling his magic the area around him begins to change. The area around Niflhel in a 20-foot area shows the illusion of a dark misty world and causes those inside the area feel as if they have died and ended up in a strange underworld left to wander. The longer an enemy is trapped in this illusion, the colder they will get. Their muscles may tense, as if going into rigor mortis, and they may find it difficult to move. They may feel building aches and pains, or an extremely unpleasant hollowness, as though not only have their bodies died but also their spirit. This can be incredibly disorienting and painful. This attack can last up to 60 seconds but players can choose to have lasting hollowness or aches and pains. Length of chain is 6 foot.

♱ Knight Weapon - Alternate form: Chain scythe - the scythe blade is blunt and is 2 foot in width, with a 6 foot chain.
♱ Alternate Magic: When Niflhel is using his chain scythe he can channel his magic in order to turn this weapon form into a lethal blade; this magic can be channeled up to 45 seconds.

Aspect of Saturn
As servants of the planet of death, the ghost-like demeanor of Saturn Knights is incredibly fitting. They always appear somewhat cast in shadow and their movements are completely silent, making them masters of stealth.

Timeworn Record - A handheld box with a small, wax-like cylinder inside. Obtained x Halloween 2024
The handheld box can be made of nearly any material and have any design; inside is a wax-like cylinder, however there may be varying degrees of technology to enhance this. A little knob must be wound and will click when ready to be released. Upon release, an ancient song will play; depending on player choice the music will either be somewhat smothered or completely clear but no matter what it will be a traditional song from their past life's homeworld. This song can be played as many times as the character likes, but once per day they can enact a magic that makes them feel as though they are sitting before a live band back when their homeworld was at its prime. If they close their eyes they can smell the air, feel the temperature, and listen to the music. It has a distinct impression of being home. Any guests listening to the music while the magic is active may not feel it as strongly unless they had a close bond with the user in their past lives.
Saturn tends to be a very dark place, not only in physical attributes, but in atmosphere. Much of the planet is covered in dense forests of twisted black trees. These forests have a tendency to play tricks on visitors; while no life remains on Saturn, travelers could swear that they heard rustling in the shadows and footsteps on the paths beside them. When they could find paths, that was. Most of the roads or trails leading through these forests have long since been reclaimed by thorny vines, snaking ground cover, and gnarled, black roots. Without these trails, travel is not advised. The forest has a way of confusing and turning people around, often times taking them in circles for what seems like days.
Any land not covered in this woodland tended to be distressingly flat and cluttered with strange, angular houses and large, stone, wickedly constructed feats of gothic architecture. The villages and towns tended to mimic the forests around them, with tall, twisted buildings reaching as high as they dares while the broken and neglected streets below spiraled and curled back on themselves. Travelers are as likely to get lost in and amongst the ruins as they are deep in the forest.
Much like Venus, Saturnalian people loved beauty, they just veiled it in something darker. Often times structures were meant to make viewers feel small, insignificant, and weak. A theme that runs through most of the structures and artifacts found. Mankind is temporary. Never forget. Nature seems to be reinforcing this ideal as the centuries pass as well, slipping past the walls of villages, towns, and cities to coil and choke buildings. It’s not uncommon to find a building seeming to have been squeezed to death by a horrible, twisting tree.
Most of the planet seems to be in perpetual twilight, somewhere in that liminal space between night and day. The chill that permeates this planet goes bone deep, unsettling those who ought not be there. Knights and visitors to this planet may need a bit of an adjustment period, as it can be difficult to shake the feeling of being watched. The air seems a little heavier and often has an unnatural chill to it. There is very little breeze and the unnatural lighting of a very purple sky can give the impression of moving shadows.
Wonder Building Materials:
♱ Volcanic Lava Rock
The masonry of Niflhel utilizes largely black volcanic lava rocks. This creates the illusion of the buildings being larger and taller with a more ominous presence. There are accents of blue and rusty colored lava rocks however these colors are found inside the buildings used as visual interest spots.
♱ Black Granite
The streets of Niflhel are lined in what appears to be black granite cobble stone; giving the roads a somber look as they lead through the small wonder to the town center.
♱ Black Flagstone
Niflhel appears to have had forethought enough to put in walkways and sidewalks. Most of them looking as if they used large black flagstones to create the paths that pedestrians use.
♱ Dark Woods
There are wooden structures on Niflhel or wooden supports inside the buildings. It appears as if Niflhel used wood similar in color to Ebony and Wenge, these dark woods are using depending on architecture but locations typically found are in the cloisters of the cathedrals for example. The signs for businesses and directional signs also utilizes wood. This is so they stand out and help in locating them amongst the lava rock construction. Also the wooden elements of the taverns and kitchens also utilize these two types of woods to create different dimensions and visual interest.
Wonder Locations:
♱ Theater
The Theater appears in the style of an Elizabethan Theater house design. Though some of the seating and the building is falling apart it appears vastly preserved. There are remnants of costumes and play books, though the books appear to be written in a language similar in style to Old Norse Runes.
♱ Main Church
The church is a large Gothic styled Cathedral Church with large spires and a central bell tower. (Architectural wise think Westminster Abby or Norte dame styled buildings) It has ornate stained glass windows many of which are in of repair or replacing because they are gone completely. Inside there's large tapestries that need a lot of care.
♱ Niflhels Office
Inside the church is Niflhel's main office once used for diplomatic meetings and formally receiving guests that were sent on business. In the past it held his code piece when it was moved from it's spot in the main graveyard. For safety reasons. Now it holds books full of a language Niflhel can't decipher, some old armor suits and a very strangely hidden door that only Niflhel can open.
♱ Catacombs
Though not fully explored the catacombs are currently home to the code piece and branches off into three main routes that meet back and come out at a main public exit. The entrance to Niflhel's office is hidden where the three meet up in the back. The fork that holds the code piece is heavily booby trapped and no one is permitted to enter the catacombs without Niflhel.
♱ Tavern
You're typical Tavern if it was still whole, sadly the roof has caved in on one side but the sign stands tall. It's on Niflhel's to repair list.
♱ Niflhel's House
Niflhel's House on the outside appears to be nothing more than cobblestone and simplistic Gothic architecture inside holds a parlor and vaulted hallway ceilings allowing the upstairs balcony to be seen. The plastered walls have tapestries and paintings hanging from them. Most are adorned by marks of Saturn and Niflhel's Signet seal. Some of the paintings though tattered showcase some of the regales including one that is guessed to be Saturn's princess - however most of the upper pieces have mysteriously disappeared the dress of the painting is fully intact. In the more private room of Niflhel's study and bed room there's small mementos and pictures of Polaris.
♱ Town Hall
Not much is known other than it's in severe disrepair.
♱ Town Centre
The town center boasts a large fountain with a Cerberus in the center, and gothic style arches as the center piece with smaller little 'streams' running to the surrounding buildings. There smaller gargoyles spill water into them. The cobblestone pathways have small bridges that lead visitors over the waterways and what looked like merchant carts were sitting in the alcoves. A sign pointing different ways can be found where cross roads meet but reading the script is impossible.
The carts could use some repair and some buildings are more damaged than others.
♱ Morgue
Not much is known other than it's in disrepair.
♱ Main Graveyard
The graveyard is large and littered with headstones a lot of them have writing which can't be made out. There's decorative statues and mausoleum as well that mimic the gothic styled church. The Mausoleum heads down into the catacombs and all have a lock on them that can only be opened by the Knight.
There's also a large tree that stands in the graveyard with a bench, this is a place that Niflhel avoids especially when guests are with him.
♱ Council Chambers
Not much is known other than the visible disrepair.
♱ Amphitheater
One of the main Elizabethan styled Amphitheaters the wonder boasts. Though in disrepair there's still costumes back stage as well as props. Most of the seating looks as if it was cobblestone bleachers running up the side of a hill that had been crafted for the experience.

Miscellaneous Features
♱ Gargoyles
A lot of buildings on Niflhel features creatures as decorative pieces. Some are also functional looking like they direct water into different directions.
♱ Hitching Post
In front of some buildings there are hitching posts especially along the tavern they are ornate with heads of creatures that look like horses, dragons or dogs.
♱ Carriage Blocks
A few buildings, like the Cathedral and some other important looking buildings and homes have blocks just sitting in the walkway. They assisted in entering carriages.
♱ Summons Creature:Cerberus - A white three headed dog, about the size of a horse. ♱ Summons Ability:
Decay Breath - a semi-magical attack the closer to the dog the faster the decay happens. If within biting range the decay happens fastest. This attack can decay weapons, clothing and other non-human objects. In order to stop the decay they have to do one of the following - desummon (if it's a weapon), remove the affected area or power down.
♱ Summons Names:
🝯 Balli - The middle head, also the most violent. When Balli is in charge the Cerberus may as well be in Berserker mode. 🝯 Skoll - is the right head, and the happier of the three heads, bright as the sun. When Skoll is in charge the Cerberus is often playful and won't use it's attack. 🝯 Hati - is the left head, and the calmer head. When Hati is in control the Cerberus just wants to nap and follow Niflhel around.
