Azzo was walking home again, it was late and had just finished raining. He took in the crisp cool April air, before stopping to take tabs of where the Youma were. He shouldn’t be out this late, his thoughts where on the ‘what if’s’ again. Unsure of what the darkness held after seeing possibly the whole horde of Negaverse at the tree. The poor tree, he wasn’t even sure what happened. He shook his head, now wasn’t the time to be thinking about that.
He was walking slow, careful to turn where he could to avoid Youma. He was mostly tired today, after the training that he did, he was psychically exhausted. Which is what he needed to sleep with minimal dreams, nightmares. He continued to walk his athletic bag shouldered while he was humming along to a song they were playing in the gym.
“I can see clearly now the rain is gone, I can see all the obstacles in my way, gone are the dark clouds that had me down.” He sang softly as he walked, he was trying to be wistful, keep his spirits in a light mood. Not worrying about the terrorists, about possibly needing a senshi. All while avoiding any Youma, they were a pain in the butt, but at least he knew where they were, he could avoid them anytime he wanted. This happened to be about the only useful thing that the annoying pressure was good for, besides getting him in trouble.
He knew there were Negaverse out there, however, he wasn’t sure where they were. He couldn’t feel them, he didn’t want to feel them, not after seeing how many there were out there. He thought he was going crazy now because he could feel the youma, if he could feel the Negaverse? He would probably be crazier than that hobo you feed for good luck right before you go gamble your life savings away. Azzo was trying not to think about the possibility they might be lurking anywhere near him however and kept singing. “It’s going to be a bright, bright, bright, bright, sun shiny day.” He paused just for a second looking around getting his baring and decided not to use the park as a short cut this time of night. Despite the probable thread being over.

Azzo's downfall was clearly the singing. Sassolite didn't like people singing on good days unless they were clearly amazing and there were only a handful she would put in that category. It was the singing that she heard from the roof top that made her look over the edge and see the boy with his bag over his shoulder.
She wasn't in a good mood anyway, she had got caught in the rain which had obviously messed up her hair. She had sorted it out as much as one can when patrolling but she was mostly satisfied with it. Just not completely and was more then ready to jump on the next guy she met and steal his star seed. Maybe one day she should start going after girls as well. That can wait though as her target was making enough noise to alert anyone in the area and she wasn't about to let anyone else get him, especially not if it alerted a senshi.
She moved across the rooftops before climbing down carefully, making as little noise as possible in to an alleyway that connected to the road Azzo was walking along. It gave her a good hiding place to watch him, get a feel for him before making her move. Oh what to play today? A lost girl? Scared? Oh the options. Luckily her uniform was normal enough looking she could get away with pretending to just be normal. She didn't carry her weapon with her unless she needed it, not that it was much use anyway...
She stepped out the alley once she could see where he was and smiled.
"Nice singing...." The sarcasm rang clearly through the tone of her voice. She wasn't in the mood to be nice today or act any of her little acts. Today she was going to be herself and be a harsh little b***h.

Azzo froze. He'd heard the other voice and his head quickly snapped around expecting a senshi that was clearly displeased with him being out. "I'm sorry..."
He started but paused when she didn't look like a senshi. Eying the outfit he lofted a brow, he couldn't tell if she'd been at the massacre of the Aliens, but she looked normal enough. He paused and looked around being rather careful and giving her a smile. "I didn't realize anyone was around this time of night. I apologize if my singing disturbed you."
He was going to be nice, despite his doubts that this may not be a good thing. He gave a swift bow towards the lady without taking his eyes off her. Melody and Polaris both would probably kill him if this ended badly. "Maybe I can walk you home to make up for it? After all there are supposedly terrorist that lurk in the dark."
He waited for an answer, waited to see what she'd do. His mind how ever was already going around escape routes and where to avoid in case she did end up being the Negaverse, they weren't someone he wanted to mess with after that faithful night. It was a shame he didn't know what they normally looked like.

She smiled as he offered to walk her home. Oh boys... such suckers. Each one was the same and it made her life so much easier.
"That would be lovely! Thank you!" She smiled at him and walked towards him, letting her voice soften a little.
"What do you know about the terrorists? I have heard very little, I wonder if they really exist sometimes. Might just be a government thing." Sass wasn't stupid, she would always talk to her victims once she had roped them in. She would get as much information from them as she could and then take the star seed. It was easy really and worked every time. She hadn't the slightest doubt about this one, he seemed so easy. Too easy.

He nodded, and waited so he could walk beside her. He didn't offer his arm, he wasn't sure what they could do, but being attached to someone just made it that much harder to bolt if one had too.
"Which way do you live?" He asked looking to see which way she'd head.
"I've heard enough to know there's Senshi and something called Negaverse." He paused looking at her, "I'm not sure, of course, but they seem more for show than actual danger. You know, smoke and mirrors."
He was lying through his teeth however the smile never wavered. "I don't think it's them you have to watch out for though." He said as he walked after her having shown the way, "What you have to watch out for is the Mutant animals."
He knew what they were, he just didn't want to let her know that, "I mean seriously I've seen some of those things, Destiny has a HUGE waste problem or something. I mean a two headed dog the size of a tiger? I've switched to bottle water, in case whatever it is in the water supply."
Azzo wasn't sure if he'd been convinced or not about her little spiel that she didn't know anything about the terrorist. However, she was out here at night, alone. That in itself made him careful to watch her out of the corner of his eye, even though he was being polite and walking her 'home'.
"OH!" He paused, "Miss what should I call you?" He asked curiously, "It was rude of me not to ask your name, mine's Riff-Raff." It'd been a while since he'd used his stage name, it felt a little... odd. He smiled, there wasn't anyway he was giving his real name right off the bat, not when she wasn't a senshi and he wasn't sure if she was the enemy.

Sass would have laughed stupid amounts if it wasn't for the fact that she had an act to keep up. She wanted him to at least assume she was normal before she attacked him. She might let this one run a bit, she hadn't had a good chase in a long time and she felt like a good hunt.
"Mutant animals? Really? Sounds like you read or watch tv too much." She smiled but inside she really wanted to hit him. Mutant animals and the negaverse now being hat bad? Well she would show him otherwise.
"Riff-Raff? Strange name isn't it? I am Abbie." Sass gave her fake name easily. It had nothing to do with her real name and if there was an Abbie around that a senshi decided to go after one day then she could laugh as the senshi attack someone who could be innocent.
"So if there are all these mutant animal things why are you even out here? Wouldn't it have made more sense to stay home or something." She shrugged. "I was going to go clubbing or something but I heard you..." Yes she was sounding normal enough and it made her smile. He had to start believing her soon after all her patience for this game would only last so long before the real hunt began.

Azzo shrugged, "I know right? I figured whatever I was seeing the water had something to do with it." He seemed to be smiling.
He paused, "Eh, my parents were strange, they were a cross between hippies and well... Fantasy geeks I guess. Not sure where they actually got the name. Probably a movie." Another lie through his teeth, he actually loved Rocky Horror Picture movie and choose the stage name himself, but he hardly used it so there was no reason to worry about her figuring out who he was.
He shrugged, "I lost track of time in the gym. The master over the dojo part lets people stay longer if they need extra time." He said casually. "Normally well lit roads and traveled stuff they don't come out too often. I think they like the ally ways." He said eyes glancing over to one. Taking tabs of where the Youma were.
He smiled, "Oh? Clubbing? I've never been." He seemed interested, "Is it fun?" He seemed to be letting his guard down tilting his head at her looking curiously. After all he was a normal teenage boy that could feel youma. "Is there certain stuff you have to wear clubbing, like you do with those black tie affairs?" He was use to fancy occasions that were pretty close to black tie, even if he did stretch the rules a little.

Okay he was irritating her now. He couldn't sing and well lets face it he was just boring. Completely and utterly boring and Sass didn't care for boring people. To be honest she didn't care for many at all, there were few she liked and some she put up with but this boy was not one of them.
"Clubbing is fun, why would people go if it wasn't fun?" She rolled her eyes, obviously it was fun if you could get in the clubs. He didn't look old enough and clearly wouldn't know how to flatter himself in.
"You wear clothes clubbing unless you want everyone to laugh at you, anyway I am bored and you are boring." She stopped walking and just looked at him before summoning her weapon.
"I am going to count to five and then I am taking that star seed of yours so you better get running." She smirked, her bow and arrows (if thats what you could call them) in hand.
"One.... Two.... Three...."

Azzo stopped dead when she said she was bored of him. How many people were ever bored with him... granted she never asked what he did... wait... he watched as a... plastic bow and suction cup arrow set appeared.
If it hadn't been for the fact she just threatened him... well he'd been laughing at the fact it was plastic. He took off back down the next closest ally way trying not to knock over cans. "s**t." He said as he was running as fast as he could avoiding certain turns, using the Ally as a maze. What he didn't know was that she could probably run on the roof tops and find him.
I should've known better. He was looking desperately some place to hide for the moment, wondering if she could actually track where he was. His eyes darted as the next turn he took took him out to another main street. Damn it, there's not a break for me today. Not even an old box big enough for me to hide in.
Granted the box probably wouldn't do any good. Not to mention Azzo wasn't watching where he was going. He was looking back to see if that crazy lady was following him. His gym back was still on his shoulder though.

Sassolite wasn’t the only one stalking a potential starseed victim that night, and Azzo wasn’t the only person not watching where he was going. Wolframite had been following a haggard drunk for 3 blocks now, impressive for how unsteady the man was, and was closing in on him. The drunk was wobbling either home or had lost where he parked his car, and was moving past the main street to another side road. The short Lieutenant was getting ready to meet up with him once he entered the side street, and was making his way into the main street from an alleyway when someone ran into him.
If Azzo had been questioning if his luck could get any worse, it just had.
The force with which the boy was running was enough to sent the Lieutenant to fall on his backside, and he was left in momentary shock before looking up, confused and startled. Having most people run away from you, it wasn’t every day people shoved him in his uniform. As Ladon, yes, but the smart ones kept his distance when they saw Wolframite. Being labeled as a terrorist gave you your space to work.
He might have let it go, but when he saw Azzo, his face twisted into a scowl. This was the boy who nearly dropped a book on his head, and now he had shoved him over. Already with a track record of pissing him off, he now saw that the man he had been tracking was turning the corner, leaving him. He could run after him, but he couldn’t let Azzo get off the hook.
New plan. Steal Azzo’s starseed. The world would be better off without him, and he’d feel better, which was important.
“You just picked the wrong person to run into.” He heaved himself up, brushing dirt from his back. Wolfram was going to enjoy taking this starseed.

Luck was not a lady tonight. Azzo's mouth gaped, he would've asked the kid if he was okay. He looked back and looked at the kid.
Flight mode was unfortunately in overdrive at the moment, "I'm sorry can't stay and chat. I have a crazy lady after me!" He ignored the wrong person to run into part trying to get around Wolf. So he could get back to escaping the other chick.
This was not a good night at all. He really hoped the kid was just a kid, however, knowing lady luck tonight... Yeah well... Azzo look flustered. Where were the senshi when you needed them?
Certainly not in the right place at the right time.

There was no way he was letting this kid get off that easily. Not after running into him and shoving him down to the ground. What nerve! Didn’t he see he was clearly a Negaverser? Didn’t he respect this uniform at all? To hell with what was chasing him. He was scarier than any mugger or youma and don’t eve start on the bows. He was still a Lieutenant and he could do much worse in the end than some scary woman who probably was after him for being a d**k. Maybe after he made this boy a vegetable, he’d hand over the body to the girl to use it as crotch-stomping practice.
“I don’t care what crazy freak is after you. You shoved me.” He stepped over and kicked the boy in the legs. If that didn’t at least get him to stay, he’d happily deliver another, more effective blow. “Now you listen to me, you little p***k. You see this? You see me? I’m the Negaverse, and I’m scarier than anything you’ll just happen upon on the streets.” Even if there were some rather nasty youma out there. He was already getting ready to go for his starseed, reaching out to grab his shoulder to hold him in place before reaching towards him. “Say goodbye!”

Azzo blinked, "Damnit Shes..." he get kicked in the leg before he could finish. He could've squealed on the spot, even kickboxing didn't hurt that much unless they broke something.
He bared his teeth. "You little jackass....." He paused when he heard negaverse. And instead of staying still when the boy grabbed his shoulder he aimed his bag at Wolfy attempting to hit him... again! Before, trying to run away from him to, only to efficiently trip over the sidewalk.
Azzo's luck had totally run out, he'd landed and probably scrapped up his knees, he knew his elbow was as he used it to catch himself and his hand, that'd hurt for a while he was trying to scramble back up, only to get turned around, the fall had winded him a bit too. He scrambled back up against a wall while trying to get to his feet.

Sassolite had jumped on to the roof and followed Azzo easily enough. What an idiot. She had rolled her eyes at him, enjoying his panic as he ran until he ran in to someone. Stupid idiot. Men, always men so pathetic and stupid.
She sighed and jumped off the building not hiding her presence in the slightest.
"Let go of him. He is mine." Her words were sharp and of course she sounded as if she couldn't care about anything in the world apart from herself. It was obvious how little she cared.
She walked over towards the guys but soon saw the lieutenant wasn't about to stop. b*****d. Sassolite couldn't be bothered though, she could get someone better later though still she had set this one up so well and he had completely ruined her hunt.
"Get your own victim, he is mine!"

Watching Azzo scramble had been nice, and he watched as he fell, continued to fall, and then had to crawl up the wall to get back on his feet. He’d been about to just trip the kid up again for an encore performance when he heard the girl’s voice. So Azzo wasn’t lying that a crazy woman was after him, and he could see why he was running for his life. It seemed he was clearly afraid of the Negaverse, but then why was he afraid of the girl and didn’t even stop a beat for him? That really pissed him off!
“Your victim?” He turned about and looked at the boy. “I don’t see you’re name on him.” He reached over, gripping the boy’s shoulder to pull him over to him. It was hard to bring anyone close when you didn’t exactly meet eye to eye. Reaching over, he grabbed the boy’s arm to keep him in place. “Seems if you let him run off, he’s free game. Pretty spotty work to let a civilian just run around like this.” This boy already caused him enough trouble that he felt he deserved his starseed more than just some passing Negaverser. While he would have helped if it was a teammate, he didn’t like this girl, and she didn’t seem to care that they were on the same team and working for the same goal. If she didn’t care, he wasn’t going to help her.
“I think you forget we’re on the same team, but….” He gave a shrug, letting his eyes slide over to look at Azzo. “…if you’re going to be that way.” He reached in, letting his fingers slip into the boy’s chest. Usually he preferred the victim on the ground, but he’d catch the boy when he fell. His fingers dug in, searching in the void of the boy’s chest before he felt it. “A-hah.” His hands clutched at the starseed like a ripe apple, and then pulled it slowly from the boy’s chest before it released.
Proudly, he pulled out the seed, cupping Azzo as he fell over before easing him to rest up against the wall, sitting on the sidewalk. Turning, he smiled back at the girl, throwing the starseed and catching it in his hand. “That’s how you do it.”
