The streets of Destiny City have been quieter lately and as a result, Super Sailor Aster's patrol route has been a bit of a snooze. In fact, it was a total snoozer as she snored away on a park bench, totally susceptible to any kind of attack. If there was any upside to her complete irresponsibility, it was that she wasn't high for once during her patrols, so she couldn't be accused of being much worse than she normally was. Gold sticker for Aster!
In the half hour that went by of her cat nap, there were two Chaos auras that she failed to pick up on and a third aura rapidly approaching - it was already in the park. Luckily, there was another aura she would feel (if only she were awake) not too far - this one Order. Perhaps she was in luck. Perhaps not.

Niflhel was out doing the whole roof jumping thing and making a line for the park. It'd been a while since he'd checked there for any dangerous activity sooo in an attempt to break up the mundaneness of patrolling the same area. New scenery and the likes.
Granted as he headed into the park there was two things he noticed, one was an energy signature of what could possibly be a senshi, the other was a youma. Which he almost ran into, good thing it wasn't that bigggg but it was pretty decent size. It was also a smidge bulkier than what he was use to handling. "Maybe you should lay off the bacon or work out more...."
He said as he jumped backwards having kind of ticked off the youma, maybe it knew what being called fat was. Niflhel was not watching where he was going, he ended up somehow gracefully hitting the back of the bench Aster was sitting on with his foot and tumbling backwards. "ACK Hey... WATCH OUT FOR THAT YOUMA!" He called unaware that the senshi was taking a nap....

"What the ********?" she sleepily groaned as she rubbed her eyes with a boy tumbling on top of her. Mid-yawn, she continued on. "Youma? What are you talking about? Wait..." She paused, going from sleepy to bubbly excited in two seconds or less. "I know you! You're Nilflhel! Oh man, it has been like, so long!"
Distracted by the sight of her new friend, she failed to notice the youma behind her that reached out, grabbed her and tossed her ten feet, sending her flying into a tree. She slammed against the bark hard before crumpling to the ********, that hurt," she bitched as she picked herself off the pathway. "Let's dust this thing, shall we?"

Niflhel paused, "Oh nice to see you again Aster" The knight took a moment to tip his hat to her. His outfit might've been a little different than she remembered but it wasn't like you couldn't tell who he was.
"Yeah lets." He summoned his chain and aimed it towards the monster that was aiming to grab at Aster again. "Oh, no you don't. Lookit me~" He called trying to distract it. One thing about it he could at least manage to keep the monster irritated even if his chain couldn't hold it that long.
The chain wrapped around the monster's arm and Niflhel worked on keeping focus both on Aster and the monster just in case something was to go wrong. "Lets hope this works!"

Aster dusted herself off and looked the youma up and down. It was much bigger than her, bigger than her and Nilfhel combined, but it wasn't too big. She could take it, she thought, but her normal boxing techniques wouldn't fare so well here.
"Hold him steady," she demanded. Biting her lip in thought, she charged forward and leapt into the air - she never would get used to how high she could jump in this form - and landed on the youma's back with one outstretched leg. It dealt quite the blow and she managed to even stand on it for a moment, but then it shook strongly, knocking her off it as it swiped at Niflhel.
"Look out!" she cried.

Niflhel nodded, "I'm trying to." He added in a grumpier tone than he meant 'cause the youma was struggling with him. Luckily Aster managed to stick the landing. "Good one!"
Niflhel tried to move as he noticed the youma attempting to swipe at him after kocking Aster off. He tried to block the blow with his arm the chain letting go of the monster 'cause he lost all concentration with that. While he managed to block most of the blow it did send him sliding backwards a ways.
"Oh..... he wants to play that?" The knight charged at the monster and aimed a kick for the knee cap, if he didn't get knocked off course.

The youma snarled as Niflhel kicked it in its kneecap, but return that blow with another powerful swipe with its other forearm with enough force headed his way to send Niflhel flying like a golfball.
"You're going down, youma!" Aster shouted. Getting knocked down to the ground twice was two times too many for her. She stretched out her arm before and shouted out, "SUNFLOWER TURRET FIELD!"
In a small arc before her, only three feet away its apex, five short magical sunflowers sprouted from the ground with their faces aimed directly to the youma like a heat-seeking missile. From each of the sunflowers, sunflower seeds spat out towards the beast in a consecutive and rapid stream for fifteen seconds. With five steady streams of sunflower pellets being shot at it, that should do some damage!

Niflhel landed and rolled, shaking his head dazed from the hit. Glad that he hadn't been stopped by a tree. He watched the sunflowers striking the youma. It was roaring in what sounded like an irritated pain.
Giving the sunflowers a few moments to get the youma's attention really well. Niflhel moved to the other side of the monster and aimed a hard kick towards the monster's back. He was wondering how many more hits this thing could take. "Nice attack." He called to Aster.

With Niflhel's final blow, the monster burst into dust, crumbling into a small defeated pile that quickly began to dissipate in the air.
"Not a bad fighter yourself," Aster called back. "Though I'd call myself more of a lover not a fighter. Pacifist and all that." She shrugged. She remembered the last time she had met with Niflhel and how reluctant she was to attack any youma, thinking they were innocent creatures. It had taken her a while to learn the truth about them.
"What have you been up to, man?" she asked. She noticed his clothing was different, his aura was stronger - he had powered up, and so had she. "Still with that one chick?" She vaguely recalled interrupting him with some silvery-haired girl in his cabin.

Niflhel chuckled, "Yeah, shame it's not that easy sometimes." He side stepped the dust and moved over to Aster. "I prefer defending myself or a civilian over picking a fight though."
It was true he didn't really good looking for fights, normally they found him. He was adjusting his scarf a bit, "Not much, you know the usual fighting crime. Throwing a few puppet shows here and there. What about you? Crashed anymore summer camps lately?"
He chuckled, "Yeah, still with that one Chick. She's about all I can handle."

Aster nodded in agreement about his fighting preferences. She had been training in kickboxing over the past few months - but has been doing so in order to defend herself and others, not to start fights. It was her duty to protect, not wage war.
"Puppet shows?" she arched a brow. She hadn't met many puppeteers - and she had met a lot of people with various eccentric hobbies in her days. She had to assume that he wasn't talking about sock-puppets, although she did smile thinking about Niflhel doing a sock-puppet puppet show for his girlfriend in the middle of a romantic date. "I didn't know you did that. That's awesome."
"Me? Nothing to much has been going on, man," she shrugged. She's had a few jobs, been fired a few times, got stabbed, nearly killed, went through an emotional crisis, afraid to leave the house, no biggie. No need to mention all that negative garbage. "Aw ********, those summer camps are probably going on now, huh? And I'm not even there to crash them!"
"You're not there to yell at me for smoking, either," she teased. "Moved on to bigger and greater things then?"

"Yeah it's something I picked up. Gramps had some friends and since I was too young to understand quack talk. I picked up puppetry." He rolled shoulders like it wasn't too big of a deal.
He nodded and then started laughing when she mentioned that the summer camps were probably gone and he wasn't there to yell at her for smoking. "Honestly I didn't see any this year. They might be still trying to patch up the camp after that small.... scuffle that was up there." That scuffle was in no way small, but still he was pretty sure the camp wouldn't've had the funds to fix itself in one years time.
He shrugged, "You know it is. Can't ever have any thing nice 'cause it always gets broken."
He looked around, "Speaking of things getting broken.... we probably shouldn't linger too long. No tellings what kind of attention two of us would attract."

LP Sorry about the huge delay! Wrap/fin? "Right, don't want to beat up any more things tonight," she said with a firm nod, then giving a side-eye to the pile of dust that had been the youma. "I should get home anyways, you falling on me and then getting in the fight with a beast was one hell of a way to wake up, but I do need to crash and get my beauty sleep on." "Thanks waking me before I got killed, though," she teased. "Night, Niflhel." She waved good bye as she skipped off with a smile.
