Every one who knew Melody Klein at some varying degree knew the musically obsessed cello player had a tendency to keep herself locked up in her room. And as much as she loved being locked away in her room -practicing classical pieces, listening to music, doing home work or reading a book- today just seemed to be a day that screamed needing to be out of the building.
Which, the ganguro girl supposed, was how she ended up out under a tree with her trapper keeper full of blank sheet music. She was trying to figure out exactly the tune she had in her head, her newest piece, so she could put it on paper. Though with her attention so focused on her work she didn't notice the wind picking up until it blew the free papers from her lap. With a squeak of alarm, the brown eyed girl shot up after the papers.

One of the blown free papers smacked Azzo on the leg as he was standing there looking for something. Observing other students, however not in that creepy way, more like damnit I need someone to help sorta way.
He paused and tilted his head at the paper before picking it up and looking at Melody whom was scrambling to pick up the other papers, before she could ask he was helping gather those last few stray papers to give back to their owner. "You should really have a clip board, it'd keep things from flying away unexpectedly."
He grinned as he stood there looking at the girl as if it was the most clever thing he'd ever say.

Reaching for one just as Azzo grabbed it, brown eyes shifted to find a male she knew by face and not by name. This made her frown slightly before she smiled and took the papers he held gratefully.
"To be honest, I don't have a clipboard, though I suppose this just proves I need one." another smile as she gently pushed the papers back into the protective plastic covers, for fear of losing them yet again. "But to be fair I don't usually go about sitting under trees writing music, and the breeze wasn't that strong when I first sat down, so I had no idea that they would fly away like that. but regardless of my follies, I thank you for your help in recovering them."

Azzo just merely grinned, "I might have an extra one in my room, just in case you ever need it. If I'm in there my door's normally open you can just grab it."
He didn't really care if people borrowed his stuff as long as it wasn't his puppets, top hat or any other hypnotist stuff. "And yeah, that breeze can be unexpected at times."
He paused, thinking, "Name's Azzo, I've seen you in the music room when I pass by..." He was trying to remember her name, of course it helped that he loved scouting the ones that could play music, "Your.... I wanna say Melody right?"

"I suppose it couldn't hurt, better safe then sorry after all."
Giving a small nod she made a mental note to try and find his room in which to borrow said clipboard next time she was heading outside. When he managed her name she was surprised that he had remembered it as she was all but as much of a shut-in as Grayson. Almost. She couldn't remember who was worse. But she gave a nod none-the-less.
"You'd be correct, I am Melody. Though I think this is the first time I've have a name to put to your face Azzo. It's a pleasure to meet you."

Azzo smiled, noting a slight air of surprise. "Sorry, I just like to keep an ear out for music that could help in my hypnotism acts."
He explained easily enough, "You're a good player, and while I can't quite remember the names of the instruments or sections, I can hear which ones are of good quality."
He'd have to remember to thank his sidekick from home for the musical finds you can do when hypnotizing people. "It's a pleasure to meet you as well."
He looked up at the sun and the few clouds that passed, "It's a nice day out."

Blinking a moment, her eyes lit up. "Oh! You're the hypnotist I've heard about. Well at least I can put a name and a face together, that makes me feel better."
Glancing up at the sky as well, she covered her eyes slightly and held the trapper keeper closer to her. "I'm one of the cellists, if that helps, though I usually prefer to work on my own unless it's a school/group required concert." It was hard to get the emotions across when so many others were playing. That and she enjoyed playing her own music more.
"Yes it is. I guess that's why I ended up outside instead of in my room today."

Azzo clapped his hands together, "Ah! So you have heard of the Great Riff-Raff, Puppet Master of many!" Finally someone that knew of his talent. It was a delightfully rare chance someone actually mentioned they've actually heard of him. He figured others were too scared to mention it since his mishap last year.
He seemed to think and then nodded, "Ah yes, I remember now, pretty sound too."
He paused, "I had a DJ friend back home, they didn't play live music per-say but what they played was fun enough, I learned a few tricks I could lay into their music and hypnotize people as well." He bit his lower lip looking around, "That'll be our little secret, I don't need the other hypnotists getting ideas."
"Indeed, speically for fall, it's not too cold either." He smiled, "I enjoy this sort of weather. It's a-shame i haven't had any able and willing bodies to practice hypnotism on so far... well I have one offer but haven't seen her yet, maybe at that second floor game night Laney was setting up I can play a few tricks." he mused more to himself than Melody.

"Great Riff-Raff huh? Is that what you call yourself?" It was cute, really. "But no, I have heard of you. Can you really use music to help with hypnotism? I didn't think such a thing was possible..."
Putting a finger to her chin, Melody looked curious about the prospect of such an idea and thought it would require some looking into at some point. Especially if combined with the emotional effect her own personal music seemed to have. Could be an almost eerie effect if done right.
"Fall isn't a bad time of the year, though winter is my favourite to be honest. When I was younger we'd go to my Gran's and-" Cutting herself off, she flushed and let her sentence fall there and then. "Is there anything I can do to help?"

Azzo chuckled, "My stage name, given to me by someone way too obsessed with Rocky Horror Picture Show." He shrugged softly, "You can if you do it right, sometimes it takes putting it on CD's other times you just gotta know how to do it. Kinda like snake charmers save you'd be charming people."
To Azzo it really was a simple process, you can do all kinds of things with digital music, however real live time music he hadn't tried. He grinned as she seemed to be getting an idea, "If you figure out how to do it, maybe we could do a show together sometime." He had a slightly joking tone, but he didn't mind if she did learn. It'd mean an extra little treat.
He tilted his head for a second before waving off the sentence, "I like the warmer weather, though Snow is always nice."
When she asked him if there was anything she could do to help he paused, looking at her. "Well... if you don't mind the potential of a mishap, which hopefully won't happen again I've changed my system a little, and your interested, I could hypnotize you..."
He was a little hesitant that she'd be willing. If she'd heard of me being a hypnotist, she's probably heard about what happened last year to my other sidekick...

"It will require some looking into, involving the science of music... But I'll let you know if I figure something out."
Melody's talent of music (aside from picking it up rather quickly at a young age) gifted her with the ability to manipulate emotions through her music, as long as she felt those emotions strongly. And though said gift scared her to a degree it was a curious though. More so with the chance of blending it with another talent so much different then hers. It was something she was going to look into if only for curiosity's sake.
"What kind of mishap could happened?" Was the question she asked, her eyes sincere in her curiosity. It appeared she knew not of the event that had happened the year before, but that could be because she hadn't stepped out of her room much.

Azzo nodded, "Indeed, I know some computers can underlay the hypnotism into music but something so pretty live, I'd rather not mess it up with a recording."
He paused, "Well, still rather unsure how, but somehow things when wrong and she kinda kicked the bucket." He gave a soft frown, before looking up at the school building, "Though I suppose most of it has been covered up as much as possible since it was on stage."

"You know, I'd never really heard my music recorded and played back. I might have to play with that and see how it sounds." There had to be some one in the AV department who could do that, right? Or maybe Miss Johnson knew of some one... Something else to think on.
Following his gaze on the school, Melody found herself frowning as she put a gentle hand on his shoulder. "Whatever happened Azzo, I'm sure she knows you didn't mean her harm. Accidents happen all the time." Though in this school there was no telling what was accident and what wasn't. "And I'd still be glad to help you out in your practicing. Even if you have to hypnotize me to do it."

Azzo chuckled, "Yeah I'm sure you can find someone to help, you can see how it sounds. Miss Johnson might know someone." He shrugged softly unsure about that. "Or your music teacher.... if it's not Miss Johnson."
"Yeah... Hopefully." He shook his head for a second before going back to a smile, "That'd be great, maybe you can volunteer for the next show too, after you know we practice a bit. I have a bit more of a system now to hopefully try to fool proof anything that could go wrong. And if I have my new assistant as well, things should go smoother."

"How about this," she began with a grin, one slender finger lifted into the air. "There's always a first time for everything so we'll give it a shot. If I don't have a problem with it after today I'll be more then willing to help you out more often." Her brown eyes looked up at him, head tilted ever so slightly as her pale painted lips quirked into a soft smile.
"Have we got a deal?"
