A 50 HP bonus is rewarded every 5 battles you RP, no matter if you win or lose.
YOU MAY CHOOSE TO USE THESE BONUS OR NOT
Which means, if you want to battle with a 800 HP pokemon, you can choose not to add a 50 HP bonus to make it harder on the 800 HP pokemon. You can also decide how MUCH of a HP bonus you want to use. Say your pokemon has a +100 HP bonus. You can choose to just use 50 HP out of that 100 HP bonus. So this HP bonus is optional so your pokemon won't scare off too many opponents. So basically, you can just say you're going easy on people :3
