Orpheus was browsing around his territory, making sure there weren't any trespassers such as human or human-friendly pokemon. Everyone in this area of the forest knew of his strong hate for humans as they had experimented on him as a young eevee. They kept him chained when he tried to fight and always inject him with stuff that he cannot understand.
Strolling into the clearing, Orpheus pondering even more on his past, if just to remind him of his hate. When he finally evolved, he had managed to escape from his captors and these chains and collar is a constant reminder of what happened and why he's so different.
Orpheus sat down by a shaded tree for a brief moment to groom himself. The chain attached to his collar rubs against his body as he does his grooming movements.

As she walked out of the Pokemon center, Emolga perched on her shoulder, Shina reached up to Tenka to pet his head. Tenka abruptly decided that he wasn't that tame, and jumped off her shoulder, darting for the edge of town. Frantically, Shina chased after him, calling for him to come back. She tried a few times to use his pokeball to recall him, but kept missing as he darted this way and that. Finally, after chasing Tenka all the way into the forest outside town, Shina manages to catch up to Tenka in a forest clearing.
"Tenka! Why did you run off like that?" Shina asks, before noticing that Tenka's attention is fixed on something in the clearing. "Oh, an Umbreon!"

Orpheus' ears and fur on his back stood up high and he leapt onto his feet in attack-mind set. The stench of human and human-loving pokemon was taking over his senses and it gave Orpheus the urge to vomit as memories of his past crashed much more keenly than before.
His eyes fixed over to the human and the emolga. Orpheus started to growl at the emolga. [Get you and your filthy, vile human out of my sight or you will not see the end of the day. That is your only warning.]
Even though Orpheus despise humans and human-loving pokemon, he has seen caring humans but they are like a blue moon; far in between each other.

Tenka started backing up. The Umbreon clearly meant business, and while Shina had only been his trainer for a little while, he didn't want her to get hurt. ""
"Molga emol, mol-ga." Shina ignored Tenka's rather quiet muttering, and started forward slowly. "Hey there, aren't you a hansom lad? That collar looks uncomfortable, why don't you let me take it off?" Shina asked in a soothing, calm tone.

Orpheus started to smile in satisfaction that the emolga understand that he meant what he said. However, when he turned his attention to the human, it seemed that his body langauge and her pokemon's backing away did nothing for the human's thick skull that he did not want them there. The human started forward towards him.
Orpheus hissed angrily. [I warned you to keep the f--- away!] With that, he disregarded the emolga and focused his attention at the human. The energy around his body started to pulse a dark blue/purple of Dark Pule at the human. [Feel a fraction of the pain, I went through, filth!]

"" Tenka darted forward flinging himself into a U-Turn attack, hoping to attack and get away before anything bad happened.
Meanwhile, Shina, seeing the gathering energy and realizing abruptly that the Umbreon did not want her anywhere near it, backed up to the edge of the clearing.

Orpheus was blind-sided by Tenka's attack as he knocked him away from the path to Shina. The umbreon's attack skewered off into the sky, which sliced through a giant whole of the dense tree tops.
[Stupid, human-loving, feet kissing pokemon!] Orpheus slowly got up as his rage built and glared daggers at Tenka. [You are just slaves to their weak bodies. Just a extension tool for them to use and throw away.] The umbreon shook his head. [No matter. You will see the light and it will not be the sun.]
Orpheus sent another Dark Pulse but this time at Tenka.

Distracted by checking where Shina was, Tenka was unable to dodge the Dark Pulse. He went tumbling, before climbing back to his feet. Seeing Shina near the edge of the clearing, and still hoping for an escape, he launched another U-Turn attack. ""

Orpheus tried to look away at the glowing tail but he knew it was useless. The effects of the Iron Tail had made contact and he felt more exposed now; as if he was without this chains and furs. [You have just marked your death in stone.] Orpheus knew that he had to end this now before he will subcome to his weaker defenses and lose.
Without further talking, as talk was pointless now, Orpheus charged up for a Hyper Beam. It did not take long before Orpheus released it.

Tenka squeaked and rolled as the attack hit. Clambering back to his feet, he used another U-Turn, wanting to keep his distance. As fast as this Umbreon was, he need to keep as far away as possible to give himself room to dodge.
