Roll an Eleven: Canyon Field: The canyon walls towers high towards the ceiling while the ground sinks downwards several levels, making the top and bottom of the field very difficult to see without special equipment. The cliff faces are very steep with little ridge support for grabbing and climbing; on top of that, the rock faces are very damp which makes grabbing and holding on very difficult. A few skinny trees and roots jut out from the cliff and allow smaller, nimbler pokemon to grab and swing around. At the very bottom of the canyon’s long drop is a deep pool of water. Keeping up is difficult for trainers on this particular battlefield, so stadium officials have set up a special view screen on each of the trainer platforms. A mini camera will follow your pokemon around while it battles (of course, it’s programmed to back off when a pokemon does an attack) and the view screen will enable trainers to issue commands to their companions via microphone. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to FLYING and ROCK type attacks.

"Really Anna," Shina said in exasperation. "Insulting random passerby's mothers until one agreed to battle you?" Looking out at the canyon field she shrugged. "Just...get out there and work off some of your energy," she finally said. Anna gleefully bounded out onto the field, scrabbling around on the craggy cliffs with great enjoyment.

Alexa shook her head as she walked into the stadium. Her newest pokemon was turning out to be more trouble than she thought originally. "Masked Socks.... how could you just throw out another insult like that?" She looked down at the masked marking Eevee and sighed. She moved towards her trainer box and spotted her opponent. "Hey there!" She called out. The trainer looked familiar.
Masked Socks bound away from Alexa and headed towards the canyon field. She paused at the edge and looked down. It looked like so much to just try and run down the steep cliffs. "Vee!" She turned to look at the Furret and grinned.
((Masked Socks only has a HP of 900. She has one more stage to evolve into.))

Anna gleefully scrambled around on the ledges and sheer rises, taking a moment to run her claws over some rough patches of stone. Skrik, skrik! Such delightful noises!

Masked Socks looked down and spotted Anna down nearby. She twitched her tail a little but let out cute little growls. Ah how she loved to growl.

Masked Socks again growled cutely and then disappeared from the top. She ran along the edge out of site. Finding a decent path down she began going down.

Anna bounded after Socks, her slender, flexible body quite at home in the various cracks and crevices. Seeing Socks below her, she dropped, leading with her stiffened tail. Tag!

Masked Socks looked around but didn't see Anna. It was only when she heard a noise above her did she know. She looked up in time to see the falling Furret. She quickly dodged but it wasn't fast enough to dodge some broken bits of rocks. Her eyes narrowed and she opened her mouth. She let out a large Yawn hoping to lull the other one to sleep.

Masked Socks wasn't prepared for the snore so when it happened she jumped up and hit her head on a root. She shook her head and then glared at the Furret. She took her time walking towards the sleeping pokemon. When she reached Anna she opened her jaws and bit down on a leg.

Now, normally being bitten would wake a pokemon, but Anna was dreaming of battle, so sudden pain in her leg didn't really seem unusual. She Snored blissfully on.

Masked Socks was glad that Anna didn't wake up. But the snore startled her again, this time making her trip as she was walking around the Furret. Frowning she lunged forward and bit Anna again.
