Shina was just out of sight of the caravan, behind one of the low, rolling hills of the plains. Tall grass waved in the evening breeze. Annabell darted through the rattling stalks, following this scent and that. Shina smiled, following her new pokemon's progress by watching the grass that moved against the wind.

Kwatoko had run ahead of the caravan, leaving his trainer with the boy-with-bright-hair and the bad tempered bull. He was pleased that they had met up with other humans who had Pokemon companions. Perhaps he could find a few decent opponents. Kwatoko was intended as a companion to Cha'Time, and a companion he was, but he also enjoyed battle. Kwatoko tilted his head curiously as he saw the grass rustle and move forward to investigate

Kwatoko jumped, having been started by the Pokemon. His eyes narrowed and he let out a challenging growl "< you bet!>" Without wasting any time he swung his foot at Anna in a Low kick
