Playground Field: The field look like an average playground. There was mostly grass all over the place, but where the jungle gym, see-saw, swing set, merry-go-round, monkey bars, and trapeze rings were set, they had deep sand underneath and in small radius about them. A safe distance from most of these objects, there was a sand box with much deeper sand with a couple of plastic shovels and a bucket. Here and there were small puddles of mud. Scatter around were a baseball, a soccer ball, a football and many differently color and sized balls. A tree stood at one corner of the playground with an unnecessary tire swing hanging from its strongest branch. (Credit to Tristam Lockhart for field idea + description) This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to NORMAL type attacks.

Mina watched as the Stadium rumbled, changing form to resemble that of... a playground? Well. That was certainly unexpected, but it was the field she got nonetheless, and she headed towards the trainer box, shooting Alexa nervous glances along the way. This was her first battle in Zatao, and she was worried that something had gone wrong. The playground didn’t seem to be the sort of setting one would see a battle in, but that was the purpose of the stadium, she supposed.
She threw out her Pokéball, and the Marowak that appeared from it shot her a skeptical glance before stepping into the field. Even if the trainer was new to the Pokémon, battling wasn’t.
Relieved that Rohe seemed willing to battle at the moment, Mina ran over the Marowak's moves in her mind. Rohe and Trist, her Girafarig, had been given to her by a trainer soon after the Team Rocket ordeal in Motterossa. They weren’t used to her yet, and neither was she. But Alexa had been there, and she had kindly offered to battle with one of them to help them bond before she left for Katarina, and Mina had gratefully accepted. She had chosen Rohe for this battle because the Marowak seemed brasher than the calm Trist. She only hoped she wouldn’t come to regret it later.
"Maro!" Rohe called from field impatiently. She wasn't that eager for a battle, but she did want to see how well her new trainer fared.

Alexa walked to her trainer box while checking out the field. She kinda wanted to play on it. The playground field wasn't what she was expecting or hoping for. Vincent was certainly going to need all the help he could get in this battle. She turned and looked at her friend, Mina. "Good luck!" She called grabbing a pokeball and throwing it out.
Vincent appeared from the red light and looked around. His tail immediately began wagging as he took in the playground. This was going to be fun! He could play! He was running towards the sand box when he spotted the other pokemon. He stopped staring at the bone in it's paws. A bone! Oh would it throw it for him to fetch?

"Thanks!" Mina replied, having to yell so that her voice would carry across the field. "Good luck to you, too!" she added when Vincent appeared. At first, she didn't think she had much of a chance. Battling was something she didn't do often, really, but the type advantage might work in her favor.
"Rohe, use bonemerang!"
The Marowak quickly obeyed. With a deft flick of the wrist, the bone was out of her paw, spinning quickly towards the Arcanine.

"Thanks!" Alexa yelled back grinning. It felt good to battle again. "Come on Vincent focus! I'll get you a treat later if you do! Watch out!" She yelled seeing Vincent distracted by the bone. This wasn't such a good idea after all. She should have used Stribog. "Use Sunny Day!" That'd help boost his fire attacks.
Vincent was about to run towards the Marowak when the bone came flying towards him. He didn't heed his trainers words, instead he tried to catch the bone. It didn't work and it hit him on his head. "AR!" Shaking his head he used the fire boosting attack, and the sun glared brightly.

Mina considered going with another bonemerang but, after a quick consideration, decided to even out the field again. If another stat-modifying move wasn't used, then, hopefully after a few turns when Sunny Day canceled out, Rohe would have the upper hand. Or, well, more of an upper hand than she had now.
"Growl!" she commanded, raising a hand to block the sun's blinding rays from her eyes.
Rohe didn't need to be told twice. She was annoyed at the suddenly-glaring sun, and she directed a savage growl towards the Arcanine that caused it.

Alexa frowned, slightly frustrated. That growl just took care of that boost from Sunny Day. She shook her head and looked at Vincent. "Alright Vincent! Use Flamethrower!"
Vincent cringed a little at the Growl wondering what he had did to upset the little Marowak. He didn't like upsetting others. Hearing the command he opened his mouth, spewing forth a pillar of flames.

Rohe darted off to the side in an attempt to dodge, but she was too slow. A burning burst of flame reached her side and she was thrown back. She grumbled irritably, shaking off the flames and righting herself, tail lashing angrily from side to side.
"Rohe, go with another bonemerang!" Mina called from her trainer box.
At the trainer -- no, her trainer's -- words, Rohe released her bone once more.

Vincent was a bit more prepared for the attack. He dodged it for the most part, only getting hit on the side. He growled and crouched down.
"Good job! Now use Extremespeed!" Alexa shouted.
Vincent sprang from where he had crouched down. He quickly became a blur of fur as he dashed towards Rohe and attacked.

Mina, seeing the suddenly small distance between the two, yelled, "Use bone club!"
Rohe grabbed her bone as it spiraled towards her, calm only once she had it back into her paws. She scanned the area quickly, in search of the Arcanine, but as soon as she spotted the large blur, it crashed right into her.
"Maro!" she exclaimed in surprise. Then, before the Arcanine could try and get away, she swung her bone towards him.

"Focus Vincent!" Alexa called knowing that him being that close to the Marowak would distract him, "Use Fire Fang!"
Vincent hit the Marowak solidly and seeing the bone coming at him instantly grabbed it in his teeth. He didn't get any damage from it and he caught the bone. His tail was wagging as his teeth began to glow red. Flames sprouted from his jaws as he released the bone and went to bite Rohe.

Mina faltered at the first failed attempt, but still called out, "Try bone club, one more time!"
Rohe growled, struggling to get her bone from within his jaws. She was so intent on trying to get it back that she completely failed to notice the burning fangs.
When they reached her, she cried out in pain and thrust her bone towards the male.

Vincent whined when the bone hit him on the side of the face. It really hurt! He quickly backed away his tail down.
"Ouch." Alexa winced seeing the bone club connected solidly, "Use Flamethrower! Try and get a burn on her!"
Vincent was willing to try that. He opened his mouth and shot out a flamethrower towards the Marowak.

Mina breathed a sigh of relief when Rohe managed to dodge. She had burned herself once back home, and it hadn't been a pleasant experience.
"Bonemerang!" she said, trying to keep the space between them in mind.
Rohe was ready this time. She jumped back to get more distance between them, barely managing to side-step the flamethrower. When she felt she was far enough away, she threw her bone towards the Arcanine.
