Electric Field: The field is completely flat. Standing at the four corners and at the exact center of the field are five electrical towers that stand at six feet in height. These release static discharge across the field at random; electric attacks may be able to amplify themselves by using these stray charges to their advantage. The discharges also programmed to encourage pokemon to avoid standing in one location for too long. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to ELECTRIC type attacks.

Alexa walked into the stadium and immediately had to watch out for the electricity. She eyed the field as she made her way to her trainer box. There she released Apolla and fought not to laugh as the static electricity made the fox's fur poof.

Lenore pulled out a specially crafted pokeball, sending out Vorinclex. Water crashed down onto the field, forming a small pool which the shark pokemon circled in.

Apolla glared at her trainer before turning to look at the shark pokemon. He must look far more ridiculous than she, seeing how he's in a tiny pool of water. She looked at him for a moment longer. "They can't be serious about this. I'm look at my fur! And you! How are you to move if you're out of water!?"

Without warning, Vorinclex rocketed out of the water, riding the wave towards Apolla. He returned to the body of water created by the pokeball.

Apolla moved back when she saw Vorinclex ride a wave of water at her. However she didn't move far enough and got drenched. The water hurt as much as the hit from the electricity that tried to fry her. She shook herself off and glared. She opened her mouth and fired off a green beam.

Vorinclex sank into the pool, dodging the solar beam. At his command, a wave rose up and rushed the ninetails.

Apolla had no hope of dodging the wave of water. Instead she tried to brace herself but she was still swept away. She ended up hitting one of the electrical towers which shocked her with electricity. Once she got away from it her fur was a mess, which meant she was in a horrid mood. She fired another Solar Beam and began to move.

Apolla was hit again and knocked back. She was much slower to get up as she was exhausted. She scrapped up enough energy to attack one last time.

Vorinclex was hit by the solar beam again. Launching up out of the water, he sent a barrage of stars at the ninetales before landing back in the pool.
