Battlefield...RANDOMIZER! >O
The screen towering above the stadiums' bleachers began to rotate clockwise to determine what field the pokemon would fight on. Anticipation began to build as the dial began to slow down...
Finally, it came to a complete stop.
The field of choice was....THE ROCK FIELD!
Tremors rippled forth from center-field as the basic floor shifted to a rock and dirt field, rock towers jutted forth from the ground to offer a place of escape or an attack advantage. The breeze from the stadium air conditioners stirred the loose sand on the field, this creates a mini sandstorm that could possibly blind those who were battling.

"Ready?" Luna asked at the other trainer, giving a quick wink. Prince circled the rocky battlefield in the air, observing his trainer who was, in turn, observing the new trainer who had challenged her after she offered to lend her Raichu. "Prove to me you can use ChuChu, okay~?" She added, "Or else Prince," Luna pointed upwards towards the bird pokemon with a smile, "won't be very happy with you." Tension started to build up in the air.
Luna's sitting place -- ontop of one of the numerous rock pillars of the battlefield, gave her an intimidating appearance with the sun shining light behind her, creating a looming shadow. "So~What's your name?" Luna asked out of the blue, immediately breaking the tension and cracking out a large grin."I'm Luna, the future champion of this region!"

Ren grinned. "Renekai, but you can call me Ren." ChuChu was sitting atop Renekai's head. "Thanks for letting me borrow her," Renekai added. "I'll show you and Prince that I have a future training Pokemon as well!" The newbie trainer, still without her own Pokemon, knew that she could count on ChuChu. "I've been studying battle tactics, so I know that I won't lose!" Renekai wasn't at all sure about these words, but that was all part of the game. Whether she won or lost, Renekai would have fun!

((o.o I attack now, right? Since I got a four...))
The battle was ready to begin. Renekai gave ChuChu an opening attack that she was used to. "Thunder!" she called.
ChuChu quickly charged up her electricity, then released it at Prince, also emitting a loud, "Chuuuuuu!"

"Ha~Traditional is it? Well, Prince, you know what to do!" Luna shouted to her pokemon.
Prince swiftly placed his wings infront of the thunder and hardened them with a steel wing attack, successfully negating a majority of the thunder.
"It's our attack now!" Luna commented with a smirk tracing her lips.
Prince did not waste a second swooping in at ChuChu after the attack relented. "Let's have a good battle." He whispered to his younger teammate as he cut through the air towards her.

ChuChu braced herself as her brother's attack hit home. She tried not to wince, and grinned at him in reply.
"Quick attack!" Renekai commanded, hoping that ChuChu wasn't too badly hurt.
ChuChu ran at Prince, quickly gathering speed at momentum. At just the right moment, ChuChu leaped into the air to land her attack...

"Better!" Luna shouted, her grin grew larger and stretched across the other features of her face as Prince took the hit directly, but not without giving ChuChu something in return. "Tailwind!"
Prince's eyes glowed as he endured his teammates attack, wincing a bit. But he immediately felt the effects of his own attack come into play -- wind started to blow. Hard. Using this to his advantage, he sped off. It would definately be difficult for ChuChu to hang on if she could even get over the initial shock of the sudden spike in speed.

Renekai invented wildly. "ChuChu!" she commanded, thinking up a strategy as she went along. "Jump off Prince and onto that rock ledge!"
ChuChu did as she was told and, luckily, got away without a scratch. Panting slightly from the effort, ChuChu waited for her next attack.
"Now use lightning!" Renekai shouted.
ChuChu charged her electricity, gave a long chu of defiance, and threw a lightning bolt at Prince.

"Lightening?" Luna held back a giggle, "That isn't an attack you silly~Good thing ChuChu knows what you mean. We were waiting for that attack anyways, right Prince?"
Prince gave a snort of approval. His eyes glowed for a moment as he observed the thunder before quickly hiding from it using his steel wing defense tactic. This time, instead of swooping down right afterwards, he opened his beak and sent back a jolt of thunder using mirror move.
"Great job Prince! Mirror move is a success! Let's go for a status condition!" L

Ren tried not to blush. Well, this was her first battle! "Playing stats, are we?" Renekai shouted to Luna. "Let's see if we have more success! ChuChu! Use thunder wave! Let's paralyze that Pidgeot!"
After hastily dodging the attack, ChuChu let the static flow about her, then launched the paralyzing attack at her brother.
((I don't know the Pokemon attacks... Is thunder wave used for paralyzing? Is it even an attack? *fails* I'm gonna do better later, I promise! D: ))

"Che~So unlucky today!" Luna exclaimed, letting out her held breath with a sigh as Prince was struck by the attack as he was swooping to dodge.
The large Pidgeot dropped to the ground, landing on his chest with his wings spread out. "Ge..." He said one one eye open. He tried moving, but the electricity that cackled around him immediately stopped him.
"Heh...well, you learn fast," Luna added, offering slightly kind smile, "So, do your best while we're down and we'll definately pay you back when we're back!"

"Alright!" Renekai cried out joyously. She pumped her fist in the air, then politely informed Luna, "I highly doubt that. Headbutt, ChuChu!"
"Chu!" ChuChui said. She didn't want to hit her brother while he was down, but a battle was a battle! The raichu sprinted to the fallen bird, head lowered. Three feet away... Two... One...

Prince grunted at the hit, but still held strong. His eyes dared ChuChu to hit him again. He knew he could take it -- he WOULD take it. 'Believe in your strength even to the last minute' was a common motto held in Luna's team.
"Is that all you got? We can still take more!" Luna shouted to her opponent, bearing a determined grin.

ChuChu squeaked indignantly. That was her brother being insulted!
"Sorry, ChuChu," Renekai said, realizing her mistake. "This one's for a fair victory. Thunderpunch!"
"Nya," ChuChu forgave the newbie trainer. Fist crackling white, she aimed at her brother's right wing.
