Death - The "intelligence" operation, in charge of gathering information and maintaining the network of Hunters. They gather the information prior to a mission.
Personality:
Cheerful, upbeat, and optimistic, Eva tends to come off as someone who is perpetually happy. She's a rather open girl who can rarely keep her characteristic smile or grin off of her face. Of course, depending on who she's dealing with, her somewhat-childish personality may come off either endearing or irritating. Admittedly, in the latter case, she probably would not care so much--she is not willing to change herself just to gain the approval of others. That much is already clear considering her past.
If life were a fairy tale, Eva would rather be the knight than the princess. Being cooped up in a dark, dank tower and waiting for someone to come to her aid isn't her kind of thing--she would much rather be the one slaying the dragons and doing the saving. As she doesn't like having to rely on other people, it is rare for Eva to ask others for help, even if they happen to be her close friends. She likes to believe that she's a strong girl who can take care of herself in any situation, even if this isn't the case.
Ironically, while she doesn't like the feeling of being weak or having to be protected, Eva herself tends to be an overprotective person. Because her loyalty lies with her current allegiance, her protective nature extends to all of her fellow hunters. Though she may share bitter rivalries with some of the hunters, she will temporarily cast these feelings away if they are assigned on a mission together, and she will fight just as hard to protect this person as she would with someone she is friendly with.
While she would like to be honorable, Eva will do what is necessary to fulfill her duty as a hunter, even if this means ganging up on a weak Halloween creature or using underhanded tactics to ensure that they have the advantage. Sometimes it bothers her--especially since some of the Halloween creatures look quite human--but her hesitation is easily forgotten when she reminds herself what dark and dangerous creatures they are beneath their masks.
Why did your human character choose to become a Hunter?
If someone were to ask Eva, she would tell them that she joined because the prospect of becoming a hunter was an exciting one. Ever since she was a child--and realized that she was able to sense things that others couldn't--she wished that she could actually do something to ward these dark creatures off. Thus, when given the offer to join a faction that was fighting for the side of humans, she jumped at the chance.
That being said, what she would likely leave out is the part where her parents played a role in her leaving. As she was often shunned by her schoolmates (and by extension, their families) due to the fact that she was "crazy" and "saw things", her parents had gone through a great deal of stress and effort to protect her. The fact that she thought they deserved to live a life in piece was a part of what fueled Eva to leave home and join Deus Ex.

Personality:
While Eva may act rashly and let her emotions drive her, Chara is always there to balance her out. It is rare for Chara to be anything but level-headed and calm--she is the voice of reason who typically knows just what to say to calm Eva down.
Most of the time, Chara comes off as someone who is all business--she is stiff, speaks rather formally, and seems more focused on their duties than on anything else. However, she does seem to have some genuine attachment towards Eva, nagging at her like a mother would nag at a child. There are times when she tries to act more carefree and crack a few jokes as well, but her humor...well, it tends to be very dry and snarky.
Weapon Ability
Blood Diarahan--The Chill-- The blood from the right side of a gorgon was said to have healing properties, and when Chara was transformed, these properties were carried over to the crystal atop the staff. By using her ability, Chara is capable of healing an ally.
