Augh.
AUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGH.
It was so boring! SO BORING!
Dakota stalked around the lab area with Chama drawn. Going solo on a topside mission had been a bad idea. Up till now, he had gone with friends, or people to harass and now that he was alone well....it was jsut boring.
and Shadows weren't really making a moved to attack him yet. They must not like tall extremely good looking, beautiful work of god, chiseled, dark and weilding a larger dagger Hunter...or well...Trainee Intermediate.
Dakota grinned as he twirled Chama, her emenate glow surrounding her blade.
Should've tried raiding the dorms, we could've gotten some loot.
Augh, he sounded like that brat from the Mist divison. The one obsessed with games or whatever.
He was wishing severely now that somebody would drop in to talk with him.

Just as luck would have it, someone did "drop in" to talk with Dakota...and then someone was Chara.
Eva lightly whacked the top of her friend's head with the crystal end of her staff, her smile wry as she propped a fist up on her hip and arched a brow. "What this, Gumdrop? Just standing around when you should be fighting off those creatures?" She teased him with a grin, slipping past him and moving away before he could retaliate to her little hit.
Needless to say, Eva was feeling significantly better after some food, a shower, and some rest. While it was not particularly comfortable in the underground base, it was much better than being thrown from room to room and battling Halloween creatures and Horsemen. She was also relieved to note that the strange voices and whispers that had been plaguing her the other day had disappeared entirely. Just what had those voices been...?
...No matter. "Would you mind if I patrolled with you up here, Gumdrop? I'd like to keep an eye on...well." She made a vague motion towards the pods and the sleepers. God forbid that anything happen to these poor people before they even woke up!
Or rather, if some of them ever woke up. The point was that Eva wanted to protect the chance of some of them getting out of those pods.

So BOREEEEEEEEEEEEE-
"Ow!" He rubbed his head as he felt the sudden drop of something on his cranium. Looking over to Eva, in her cute little cocked hip with fist placed neatly on her little outstretch thigh...It was too much.
"Angel..." He grinned as he took the staff pole into his hand, tugging her towards him so that she would neatly fall into his arms....
Plan fail when she moved away and he shrugged. "I was waiting for something fun to come along. I guess waiting really pays out." He took a good look at her, watching her to make sure she wasn't hurt before look over to the pods he was making his resting spot as.
"Sure as hell don't mind a pretty lively gal like yourself joining me." He stretched coming to stand by her. He hesitated only a second though before wrapping his arms around her shoulders and pulling her into a hug. "Glad to see you alive Angel. I was worried....But I know you can handle business. How do you feel?" He was asking more to be wary if she still had the whispering voices in her head. His had been long gone by now but it seemed the effect....effected other hunters for shorter or longer periods.
