Hobbies:
Surfing - It doesn't matter that DC is landlocked. Bindhi will find a way to get herself and her board to the ocean at least once every two weeks. Her real mother taught her how to surf when she was tiny. And since the crash that killed her mom, surfing is the best way she has of reconnecting with those precious memories. Unfortunately, it's because her dearest stepmother decided that she was a hooligan and embarrassment to her family that she was shipped off to DC and St. Mags and away from those peace-giving waves. As far as Bindhi is concerned, the forced move was simply a tiny set back. Once she's done with school, she'll be setting up permanent residence on a nice beach and surfing to her heart's content.
Skateboarding - For those weekends where Bindhi can't escape on a plane to some surfing hotspot, there's always skateboarding. Sure, she's gotten beat up a little when some trick goes wrong, but that's all part of the fun, right? Hey, at least it keeps her from sitting in her dorm room and going stir crazy. You wouldn't like Bindhi when she's suffering from cabin fever.
Cooking - Bindhi considers herself an enlightened eater. Everything organic, free-range and made fresh to order. Due to her particular tastes, she's taken to making use of whatever kitchen on the school premises she can get her hands on. Bindhi's body is a temple, and that temple only wants the good s**t. And the best way of getting that s**t is simply through kitchen experiments. After all, cooking is just science for hungry people.
Dancing - We're not talking ballroom or ballet here. Bindhi enjoys going out to whatever clubs will admit her, whenever she can. Once there, she will happily dance the night away, moving to her own beat and shaking what nature gave her.
Virtues:
Adventurous - Whatever her faults, no one has ever been able to accuse Bindhi of being afraid to try new things. It doesn't matter if it's food or a new boarding trick, she's willing to give it a go. And even more than trying the new things, Bindhi loves to try the things that, to her knowledge, no one has ever tried to do before. Someday, she plans to do a cageless dive with a Great White and film it. Life's too short to not get out there and do things.
Confident - It's a fine thing to feel completely happy and comfortable in your own skin, isn't it? Bindhi sure thinks so. She has the attitude and the glow that come from being completely sure of herself and her choices in life. Sure, she might have a little more meat on her bones than some, and her teeth might be a little crooked in front, but there's nothing wrong with it. She knows her own worth and is more than happy to prove it. And to those skinny girls with the perfect tans and the perfect teeth whom she regularly beats out when it comes to the cute boys, she has some advice. Stop trying to be what Society thinks you should. Just be happy with who and what you are, enjoy yourself and stop worrying so much about whether or not that dress makes your a** look big.
Personal Integrity - Bindhi's morals and ethics come from her real mom. Because, let's face it, seeing your dad take up with and marry his little cow of a P.A. mere weeks after his wife was killed in a car crash, is kind of NOT the best set of standards to hold yourself to. No, she much prefers to keep her integrity intact. She doesn't lie, cheat or steal. She's never cheated on any of her significant others. She will come right out and tell you what you can reasonably expect from her. If you ask her for help and it is help that doesn't go against her own ethics, she will do everything in her power to help you. She won't do anything that would result in someone or something totally innocent being harmed. She respects honesty and honor when she finds them and will treat those she comes into contact with accordingly. People she admires are treated with respect and deference. People she finds repugnant are shunted to the very bottom of her list of acquaintances. And if those ethics make her unpopular, that's the other person's problem. No regrets.
Flaws:
Reckless - Though she doesn't really know it consciously, the death of her mother kind of left Bindhi a little messed up. And it wasn't the kind of messed up that makes itself obvious. Sure, Bindhi is brave and willing to try everything at least once, but that doesn't mean that everything she's tried was a good idea. Like the time she went out surfing in a lightning storm. Or that time she went swimming, at night, without telling anyone where she was going and nearly drowned when the current caught her. Bindhi is reckless with her own safety. Sure, she'll make all the right preparations for things, but she always, always ends up forgetting to do or bring something important that will help keep her safe. And you can bet that if she does that cageless dive, she will either: a) go into the water during her TotM or after cutting herself somehow, b) forget to bring her shock stick or shark repellant, c) forget to tell her safety spotters when she is going and go out there alone, or d) do her swim when there's a ******** colony of seals frolicking a few meters away from her.
Judgemental - Having a personal code of ethics and honor is a good thing. But not necessarily when it is combined with a reckless and impulsive personality. Hi. Meet Bindhi. She tends to form snap impressions of people that are nigh impossible to alter later. While this might be a seemingly small thing, those initial judgements every interaction Bindhi might have with people in the future. If she decides that you're a great person, you're golden. Bindhi will excuse away any less than noble conduct as a fluke or something that circumstances sadly required at the time. If she decides you're terrible, well. Good luck ever getting her to think otherwise. A great example of this is her stepmother. Due to the haste of the courtship (and that some of said courtship had to have occured as Bindhi's mother was dying in a hospital), her stepmother is forever classified as a lying, evil whore. The woman could become a nun, single-handedly solve world hunger, cure AIDS and create a lasting world peace. And none of that will ever change Bindhi's mind once it has been made up to see her stepmother as a villian.
You know how the Red Cross uses little colored tags to identify who to help first in a disaster? Bindhi does something like that in her head with every person she meets. Only it's not so much a disaster assistance rating as it is her passing an everlasting, black-and-white judgement on people.
Overly Impulsive - Bindhi is not very good at waiting and planning things out fully. Typically, she will simply go do what she wants, when she wants. If she wants to go out dancing and it's already past school curfew? She escapes through the window. Very little thought is put into her plans when she decides to do something. She simply looks for the best option and goes with it. Logic, rules and safety be damned. She is very much a loose cannon and in terms of her standing in the DMC, about the only one who has any hope of controlling her is Princess Ares. In terms of her civilian life, she will listen to the police rather more than say, a school official. She tries to obey the rules, but sometimes, the rules get in the way of her having a good time or properly doing her job. At these times, rules be damned. It's time to wing that mother.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: Bright Orange-y Pink (think the color you get in really awesome sunrise/sets)
Hair: White-blonde, slightly past shoulder length, style should be like the new Gaia Fancy Mohawk hairstyle
Face: Heart shaped face, average sized ears, typically has apricot colored lip gloss on.
Body: 5'11", 160-170 lbs, curvy but in good shape, fair skin with slight tan (she uses sunscreen regularly)

Senshi: Sailor Chariklo, Senshi of Seagulls
Challenge: Caw caw, ******** Scout Attack: Mobbing Call
Effects - Sailor Chariklo emits a harsh, squawking call accompanied by her target feeling as if they are being buffeted about the head by a large pair of wings. Able to perform twice per battle. The target will not be seriously injured, although feeling somewhat dazed is common. Only able to target one person at a time (within approx. 2ft. radius) and the attack duration is 20 seconds. Should target run, the attack will follow them for about 2 seconds.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Mobbing Cry
Effects - Same as the above, only now the call seems to come from more than one throat and it feels as through a small swarm of wings are attacking. Able to perform three time per battle if needed. The attack is now able to encompass 2 to 3 people if they are not standing too far apart (about a 5'-7' radius). The targets now experience the sensation of being knocked silly and feeling as if they have painful bruising around the head and shoulders. Players may chose to have the effects of this magic last for longer than the duration if they would like to retain more serious damage. Also, the wings take on just the barest, tiniest shimmering definition of shape. Attack duration is now 30 seconds. Also, should the main target of the attack try to escape, the attack will follow them for about 5 seconds.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Mobbing Cacophany
Effects - Same as above. In addition to the swarm of buffeting wings, the target will now also feel as if they are being slashed and pecked at with beaks and talons. Able to perform twice per battle and can encompass up to 5 people over a 20ft radius. The target will be able to see the shimmering outline of a wing or beak or taloned foot, but never a full shape. And for the duration of her magic, the target will feel the sensations of bruising and deep, slashing wounds, again all aimed around the shoulders and head area. When the magic ends, the damage will disappear unless the player wants to take on lasting damage. At the player’s discretion, rather than just the sensation of damage, they can sustain actual damage from her magic. Attack duration is 45. And should the target escape that 20' radius, the attack will follow them for about 10 seconds.
Transcendant Ability: Power Boost
Chariklo receives one extra use of her eternal attack in battle

These earrings allow the wearers to transfer thoughts and images, and is good for discreet communication as it cannot be tracked or monitored by anyone else. When the magic ends, the earring disappears from the shared partner and returns to the owner. The earrings must be together to recharge. The earrings can be used regardless of distance or location.

A glossy, white card. In elegant script, Almadel is written in shimmering opalescent ink. On the other side, a holographic circle. (One Time Use)
Almadel’s personalized, magical calling card. This item can be used to summon him anywhere, any time. You simply need to place your thumb over the holographic circle on the back of the card and he will almost immediately arrive. He has a unique magic that allows him to travel to otherwise difficult or impossible to reach locations. This might be an unnamed/unclaimed/random location in space. He may be able to travel to locked or inaccessible locations on Wonders or Homeworlds and he can even reach homeworlds and Wonders of Chaos locations. He cannot reach some specific meta locations but he may be able to get close enough to view or observe certain conditions. Players can inquire about these but are cautioned that others may be investigating the same meta location so information is not first come first serve. Staff will attempt to give something unique for all RPs, though. Every visit has a time limit; Almadel’s magic does not work for long and he can only carry one person at a time per card. He can do group RPs but all participants must have a card. This card can also be used to summon Almadel for information or for bargain/trade. This item will be earnable again in the future. Minor Planet* - Chariklo
* = Chariklo is technically classified as a Centaur OverviewThe centaur Chariklo is know colloquially as the Pirate Planet. Peopled by scavengers, criminals, smugglers and the like, it is at best, a port of call where one's excesses will be overlooked provided your tab is promptly paid and you don't kill. At worst, it is a stinking, seething hive of villainy where anything can be acquired for the right price. And we do mean anything. World InformationThe Pirate Planet. Chariklo is a sea-covered, island dotted planet. The largest island is considered the seat of power and is notable for the large and treacherous cliffs that rise up from the sea surrounding it. It is also quite notable for the way the fog and sea-mist enshroud the islands, leaving them in a cool, almost perpetual pearly gloom.
Notable Flora and Fauna
Chariklan Gull. These fiesty and ferocious birds come in a variety of sizes and colors, all resembling, to some degree, Terran seagulls. However, it should be noted that unlike the seagulls of the Earth, Chariklan Gulls are able to communicate through what can only be called mind speech. They are also quite easy to bribe if you want one to go out and spy then report back. Some few will form permanent bonds with the Chariklans, but this is rare and seen most typically with the planet's Senshi.
Koanla. A small, quick moving fish that is highly prized as a delicacy. Living in huge schools near the surface of the sea, the koanla are mainly known for three things: the rapidity with which they breed, their tasty flesh, and their shimmering, iridescent hides which are valued for their beauty and toughness. Mostly hunted by the Chariklans and Gulls.
Humih. Living in the deeper waters of the planet's ocean are the Humih. Rarely seen unless one washes up on the beach, the humih are a mystery to the Chariklans. They are said to be gentle giants, but as they are so rarely seen, it is impossible to verify. When one does wash up, it is harvested for it's bone, hide and fat. The meat is considered too bitter for mass consumption as well as quite toxic unless certain steps are taken in its preparation.
Dafri Tree. Seen mostly on the largest island, the dafri tree is cultivated for it's wood (which shines with a delicate purple sheen when treated) and the dafri fruit which is eaten raw, grilled, juiced or turned into spirits. The fruit has a sweetly astringent taste and is considered a sovereign remedy for nausea.
Willaweed. An edible seaweed, willaweed is harvested from the cliffs and beaches where it frequently washes up. When dried or smoked, it will keeps for months and can be used in soups and stews or as travel rations similar to beef jerky. When cooked fresh, it has a pleasantly salty flavor and resembles cabbage.
Key Locations.
Jokal. The largest island on Chariklo, Jokal is home to the planet's Senshi. It is also home to the largest and safest harbor. And as such, sees the most traffic in terms of merchants, traders and smugglers. The buildings on Jokal are loud, garish and tend towards the eclectic and chaotic in terms of decor. The Grand Market. Here one may purchase whatever one is searching for, whether legal or not. The one vice that the Chariklans will not allow is the purchase or selling of sentient slaves. That is simply begging for trouble to come and smack them with a stick. The more public parts of the market are full of brightly colored flags fluttering in the breeze, cheerful haggling and goods changing hands. The more questionable parts are located deep within the shops and tents of the merchants and oft-times require a specific invitation to get in.
The Gull's Nest. The Chariklan senshi's 'castle'. It is here that she hears cases and passes judgements. It is also here that scandalous parties are thrown and some very interesting trade negotiations take place...Culture InformationPeople. Known as Chariklans, natives of the planet are typically brash, cheerful and affectionate. Given that most operate as scavengers and smugglers, the technology of Chariklo is as eclectic and varied as its people.
Chariklans typically come in all the sizes and colors as the people of Earth. However, all Chariklans sport pointed ears and small, delicately feathered eartufts. They also tend towards duel-toned eyes.
Society. The senshi of the planet is seen as the ruler of the planet for the most part. However, she works with a council if any large policy changes are required. However, given that at any time, the council is made up of those suspected of being part of the criminal element... well.
The common people enjoy their planet's notoriety and gleefully take part in whatever enterprises they can. Really, it's a wonder anything useful gets done.
Economy. Barter and trade! Well, and stealing, smuggling, outright piracy...
