As the moon shone down and softly illuminated the streets and back alleys of Destiny City, it was fair to say that Super Sailor Chariklo was in a snit. The spot directly between her shoulder blades felt as if a million ants were crawling around. Or like an invisible knife was hovering there, tickling the skin.
It was unpleasant to say the least and did nothing to improve the tall senshi's mood. She wanted a fight. She wanted to make someone hurt as payment for Amytis being hurt. And unfortunately, there didn't seem to be anyone for her to take her considerably agitated feelings out on.
Normally, she couldn't ******** fart without a white moon senshi appearing. And tonight, it seemed as if she was destined to have one of those quiet nights that she couldn't get at any other time.
Balls.

It might've seemed odd to most Senshi, that Mintaka would have a full tea set set up on her perch over looking Destiny City alleys, a habitual spot for most Senshi to watch from. She poured a small bit of tea, letting it steep in the cup before bringing it up and sampling it.
Most would've thought it odd, but as nights were dangerously quiet, The white moon Senshi had found this to be a proper time to continue her young lady trainings.
And a spot of tea never hurt. The cup gently tapped it's matching plate as she felt a wave roll over her. It wasn't the same as allied knights...or even fellow White Senshi. She didn't notice the figure at first, as the moon didn't quite reach into the shadows...but she could make out a form walking the alleyway, and one that was not a civilian. She pushed herself from her perch, landing with a soft thump on the ground and trailing slowly after the other girl.
Enemy or not, their objective would not be clear until Mintaka had at least talked to them...

It wasn't until the other was almost on top of her that Chariklo roused from her sullen anger enough to register the presence of an Order aura. In a perfect world, whoever it was would be exactly who she was looking for.
Alas, it was not a perfect world. As Chariklo turned to catch sight of the girl trailing her, the faint moonlight was enough to let her see that this girl in no way matched the descriptions she'd been given.
In a flat growl, she decided to try to do the right thing in this case. Warn the other off before she got hurt. Because Chariklo did not trust herself to keep her temper in check should issues be forced.
"Back the hell off, little girl. I'm in no mood for games or philosophy right now. You are not the one I want, so scram before I do something you'll regret."

It wasn't order that tinged in her mind, but a faint whisper of Chaos. An enemy? Surely not? The girl looked just as she did! A Senshi, perhaps of something not usually seen as orderly.
The temper though from the other girl had Mintaka stopping and stiffening, her chin held a bit higher as if to enciuate that she was a lady and would not stand for such language. or rudeness.
But as a lady, it was her duty to be polite first. At least attempt civil discussion.
"I do not spout philospohy, it's rude to assume that people's views are clearly objective or need enlightening as such. However, I tend to be as polite as I can if we are to discuss things. I'll start with a formal greeting then. I'm Mintaka, Senshi of Origami." Mintaka laced her hands together, "And I am a bit confused as to just who and what you are. You are a senshi but not one of the moon correct?"
Be polite, whispered in her mind. Be good, be proper.
Be polite.

Teeth grinding, Chariklo felt her hands curling into fists of their own accord. Under any other circumstances, she might have been willing to play the talking game. But not now. Not with the memory of Amytis' injuries so fresh in her mind's eye.
Slowly and clearly, the white-blonde spat out her words so that there could be no possible confusion as to exactly how this would go if this... this Mintaka didn't turn her pretty little tail and ******** run.
"You do not need my name, Princess. All you need to know is I'm a Super senshi of the Dark Mirror Court, I am pissed beyond all reason and I will ******** your s**t up if you do not <******** run now."
The last few words ended in a rage filled sob as Chariklo's body grew tense. Seriously, she was trying to do the right and honorable thing here. Why wouldn't this little twit of a senshi take the gorram hint?
"I repeat, I am allowing you to run and get the hell away from here while I still have control over myself," she added in what was meant to be a reasonable tone. "Because I would really like to pound your face into the pavement right now for simply being a part of the White Moon."

In usual, Mintaka would run. She remembered her battle with Osumilite, and how pathetic she had been. Her attack wasn't anything more then a distraction. But faced with such crass rudeness, Even Mintaka couldn't ignore this.
"I'm being polite." Mintaka's chin lifted a bit higher, her tone getting haughiter. "A super Senshi of dark mirror court is something I should fear then? Hah!" Her own temper was building quickly, and it really kicked out self preservation traits. "So you want someone to beat on because you can't control your own temper. Fine with me." Mintaka hissed, "I won't let you beat me senseless."
"How rude you are!" Mintaka positioned herself, preparing herself for attacks. "Well come on then, Maybe a good fight is in order to teach you some serious manners."

Oh. Oh, it was on. Chariklo allowed her lips to curve into a feral grin and stepped a little further into the dim moonlight. She knew the value of psychological warfare and hope that her appearance would, well not frighten, but unnerve Little Miss Snooty. And she knew that her strange, cutout fuku combined with her wild mohawk, piercings and tattoos created a barbaric appearance.
Still smiling, she began to speak in a voice dripping with sweetened venom.
"Learn to listen, Princess Twinkletits. I said I wanted to beat you bloody for being White Moon. Not because I can't control my own temper. Furthermore," she hissed, "I challenge you to remain calm and collected and not want to beat the s**t out of someone when you are standing in my shoes. One of your little friends is out there torturing and hurting people. She already put someone I love more than anything in the hospital and likely is going to be the cause of one hell of a case of PTSD."
Going perfectly still, Chariklo simply stared at the other senshi, grin still in place.
"One of you. A sweet little White Moon senshi is responsible for torturing people, sweetheart. Remember that. And remember that a member of the Dark Moon Court gave you fair warning that you refused to heed. Anything that happens to you at this point is your own fault for trying to play with the big kids."
Enough of this. If the kid wouldn't run, she would get her a** handed to her and thus learn a valuable lesson.
"Mobbing Cry!"*
Hard on the heels of her magic, Chariklo charged the other girl, counting on her to be startled at the very least. Going in low, she drew her fist back, ready to drive it into the tender flesh of the other senshi's gut.* = Sailor Chariklo emits a harsh, squawking call only now the call seems to come from more than one throat and it feels as through a small swarm of wings are attacking. Able to perform three time per battle if needed. The attack is now able to encompass 2 to 3 people if they are not standing too far apart (about a 5'-7' radius). The targets are now in danger of being knocked silly as well as painful bruising around the head and shoulders. Also, the wings take on just the barest, tiniest shimmering definition of shape. Attack duration is now 30-45 seconds. Also, should the main target of the attack try to escape, the attack will follow them for about 5 seconds.

Again, the general idea of how this should work was fear. A healthy amount of fear for the little white moon senshi, who was greatly outmatched by power and experience. Fear, is what she should've felt. It was there, laced underneath anger and a need to prove herself.
"I find that discrimination against a certain kind is a example of easy lost temper." Mintaka narrowed her eyes, "Other senshi are not my friends." She stuttered, "Do you not know how we work? How would you feel in MY SHOES? One day I awaken and am told to dispatch Youma's. I have yet to meet another Senshi that could help me. I'm floundering. And apparently being attack by you because you have a vendetta against someone I don't even know." It was hard to keep the school teacher voice from coming out, as if she needed to educate a dark mirror senshi at all on her..or that it mattered.
"And I am not Princess Twinkletits." Wow the insults were all over the place now, how dare she. Twinkle tits. Rude.
Before she could get past the idea that anyone, especially this barbarian of a woman would use Twinkle Tits as a applicable insult, the DM senshi let loose a cry. It hurt her ears, and she swore she felt a rush of wings attacking her, bringing her hands up to the appendages, hoping to stave off the attack but found no relief.
She was startled, distracted and open to Chariklo's attack, her eyes widening seconds before the hit connected.

"Not my fault you wound up on the losing side, babycakes," Chariklo hissed in satisfaction as her blow connected. Moving quickly, her hand snaked out, intending to capture the other senshi's wrist in her grip. In a perfect world, she'd not only manage the grab, but be able to flip the other girl onto her stomach and pin her there.
Not to beat down, no. Not after hearing the frustrations in her voice when she outlined her own problems. Problems that she had largely been spared by being awakened directly into the Court.
Still. This girl was part of the group that was housing the senshi who'd hurt Amytis. And she hadn't listened to the warning.
She deserved what she got.

In the manner of tempers, Mintaka quickly realized that her own had caused her to be in a situation that she would be easily overwhelmed into. She hadn't followed a true Ladies etiquette, and had jumped into a fray where she was outmatched and admittedly, outsmarted.
She didn't know how to fight after all, such things were never taught to her in her civillian life, thus wouldn't carry over to her powered life.
The hit to the gut was surprisingly more hurtful then she thought, and she registered the shock of actual pain somewhere between midthrow to the ground where she laid now pinned by the other girl.
"Ow!" Was about the most eloquent thing she could get out, stilling under the hold. "I have many words..." She gritted trying to wriggle free and failing, "Obviously you are much stronger then I am..." Well...she closed her eyes. "Go on then, Get your beating in. May it sate your hungry for tonight."

Keeping the other girl's wrist pinned securely against her back as she straddled her back, Chariklo let out an odd huffing noise that sounded like a mingling of exasperation, amusement and sadness. Giving the wrist a bit of a twist, she spoke in a low, ******** voice.
"Shut the hell up and listen to me or I will break your ******** arm, Princess. You're right. I don't know what it's like for you and being awakened without any kind of support structure in place. I had that, you didn't. Too bad, so sad. So what are you going to do about it?"
With a loud sigh that clearly conveyed that she was going to regret her moment of charitable mercy, Chariklo reared up just enough to turn the other girl onto her back before resuming keeping her pinned to the ground. Chariklo wanted to see the girl's face while she spoke. And she wanted the other girl to see her's. If she was really going to do this, there was no point in trying to hide her thoughts.
"Seriously, you have the talk, but you don't have the walk yet. You having nothing even approaching the crawl or toddle. You are going to get yourself killed and waste your potential if you're not careful. Now," Chariklo paused to sniff dismissively, relaxing her grip slightly. "I can't help you very much with the youma thing since I don't know a whole lot about them myself. However, if you will promise to behave yourself, I will do my best to hammer a few basics into your thick skull that can help keep you alive."
Only now did her fierce expression soften and unshed tears glimmered brightly in her eyes.
"I can also," she continued in an almost gentle voice that rippled with sincerity, "offer you a place within the Dark Mirror Court if you ever decide that it's something you would want. You would never be alone and we'd make damn sure that you had back-up. That is why my temper is fraying. I wasn't there to back up my friend and she went out and got hurt. I couldn't save her, but i can try to help you survive a little longer, okay?"
Then, almost as an afterthought she shrugged a little, released the other girl's arms and held out her hand.
"Chariklo."

Mintaka was not sure what to make of the sniff, but it did stop her inner musing and laments about how she was not a true lady, thus was going to die a common girl with no bearing to herself, to the world or to others. Most would have flashes of their past, she had flashes of the future she might not have with a good beating.
"Ow." she again repeated as her wrist was turned and made her eyes water a bit from pain. But she did as Chariklo asked, silencing herself and her comments about a brutish troll woman on her. There was an instant amount of jealousy at Chariklo's awakening. How nice it must've been to just be awakened surrounded by those willing and wanting to help you. Mintaka herself had found more Knight's then senshis, and it wasn't as if they all knew about the white court world.
As she was turned, she gave Chariklo a very narrowed eye gaze. Also because she was sitting on her. This was not proper, even in enemy vs enemy fare of war.
"Potential?" She finally said, her eyes reaching a squint. "I have been told I have a better running mouth then I do anything else." She was trying to amuse herself at the absurdity of the situation. The same enemy who would beat her for nothing more then being white court, now taking pity on her? Zinkenite's words came back to her, how Senshi would treat the Negaverse...and apparently these Dark mirror senshi too...
"I've got a good handle on Youma..." Mintaka scowled, "I face more of them, then I face anything else. They are the only things I am really off to dispatching after all."
Behave herself. Well...dammit she could do that. Her face smoothed, her temper dissipating as she looked up at the girl. At this moment, Mintaka knew she had no enemies. But if she was careful and she was open, she'd have allies in all three factions. Or she could learn from all three.
"I'm sorry." Mintaka offered finally, meeting the sincerity with her own. "I'm very sorry about your friend." She looked away. "I wouldn't hurt someone like that. I don't want to hurt people-" She corrected herself. "But that's naivity speaking, and sooner or later, I will regret it."
She nodded, "I would say it's my pleasure but as far as this meeting goes -" And the fact that Chariklo was still on top of her, "Mintaka. Senshi of Origami."
"Do you mind getting off me now, this is improper of two ladies in the middle of a civil agreement to be is it not? And you have things to show me that I am eager to learn."

Allowing herself a slight smile, Chariklo pushed herself to her feet in a single fluid motion before again proferring her hand to help Mintaka up.
"Well, I would say that you do indeed have a smart mouth, but you're not at Sass Master level yet. And all the more reason to learn so that your mouth isn't your only asset."
Oh, the filthy jokes she was having to bite back! She still wasn't convinced that she was doing the right thing, not entirely. But she was doing the only thing she could given the circumstances. For now, that was enough.
"All right, Mintaka, Senshi of Origami. Let's get started. Do you know any fighting at all? If you've been surviving against youma, creepy a** ******** by the way, you must have some skills. Please tell me you have some rudimentary skills."

Mintaka waited as Chariklo stood, slipping her delicate hand into the other girls and gripping strong enough to pull herself up as well. Once up, she dusted herself off and narrowed her eyes at the dirt.
She was in the midst of straightening her hair when she offered the mirror senshi a cheeky smile. "You have, and to no offense to you-" of course it's offensive, "the crudest of young ladies mouths I have ever met. Twinkletits, Sass Masters." Mintaka shuddered. "I am forever scarred."
She also was unaware of any dirty jokes that could arise, folding her hands politely over her lap and giving Chariklo the same look she did when she studied. Serious and unblinking.
"Fighting?" She narrowed her eyes in thoughts, "If you mean a formal fighting style then now. As of now...I've been relying on my powers to help me." Admittedly, she lost more Youma then she dispatched but...she had gotten like...3 luckily! Or something like that. Details. "Yes they are creepy." She agreed and then pursued her lips. "I've gotten use to the stamina, the more super power of my form, but I don't fight..." She looked at Chariklo. "I've gotten...erm...lucky so far?"

Chariklo allowed herself a chuckle. Okay, so Mintaka was still a prissy chick, but she was learned in the lore of Sassing in her own way. The tall Dark Mirror was grudgingly starting to like her.
And the chuckle very quickly turned into what could only be described as a face palm to rival those of Picard.
"Lucky," Chariklo repeated in a dull, emotionless voice. Well, if she was going to teach this girl how to fight and survive, might as well start now.
Moving quickly, Chariklo attacked, careful to pull her punches so that she wouldn't lay Mintaka out flat.
"Well, you're going to need more than luck here. C'mon, move! Hit back, try to kick, hell, throw a rock if you need to. Just not at my face, if you please!"
She spared a moment of pity for the other girl. This wasn't nice or fair, but with luck, it would be effective.
"C'mon, Princess, you can't survive on luck alone!"
