((this takes place in the time frame after the rescue of the Order members kidnapped from the NYE ball))When Ida had asked him whether he'd be willing to act as a go between for her and both drop off and collect messages from an elf house for her during his nightly rounds, Liryn had readily agreed.
To be honest even without the memories of a future that he knew must not happen, Liryn knew that he probably would have agreed - after all playing four-pawed courier was a simple enough request for a cat like him who was out most nights and whilst he wasn't particularly fond of Chaos, he also didn't have any issues with the Dark Mirror Court.
In fact truth be told he'd rather liked his encounter with Tantalus in the period that he'd spent searching for his senshi, helped by the fact that the brown-haired senshi knew how to give good scritches.
After all Liryn was kind of a sucker for scritches.
Although the community garden in question wasn't one that he generally wandered by, it hadn't been hard to slot some time in his evening rounds to drop by the garden and have a poke in.
At least it hadn't been up until recently - although to be fair things had just kept on happening.
There had been the ball and the kidnapping of their people, then there'd been doing his part to look for and help take back their people from the Negaverse., then he'd been distracted by trying to find the white-haired eternal senshi that he'd been trying to protect from the Nega-Lieutenants and once-Senshi who had somehow disappeared during the confusion and by Athene ending up in hospital...
All in all checking the elf-house had ended up kind of falling by the wayside for a bit, which is why he had been determined to stop by the garden tonight and was currently in the process of padding towards the elf-house.DaisyMilk Sorry to have taken so long starting this, let me know if anything needs changing and I should have the second up start up soonish

Chariklo was sitting beside the tiny house she'd had set up within the gardens. So many things had happened lately that to simply sit and relax was a novel and welcome experience.
And when that relaxation allowed her a chance to read soem howlingly funny letters from random kids to the 'elf', well. Life didn't get much better than that.
"I'm gonna have to answer these," she muttered to herself, caught up in the crayon scribbles and in a few cases, rough drawings. She was vaguely aware of an approaching energy signature, but since it didn't feel Chaotic, she didn't pay it as much heed as she perhaps should have.
Deep within the bundle of notes she'd found one from Ida, telling her that Hver was safe and in the hospital. Making a face down at the scrap of paper, the tall Dark Mirror rather wished that she'd gotten the note sooner. But that wasn't anyone's fault but her own. Besides, if she'd checked sooner, she never would have met Titan. Negaverse agent he might be, but Chariklo felt that she was rather meant to have met him.
Humming to herself, she continued to sift though the letters, letting out an occasional bark of laughter as one or another tickled her fancy.

When Liryn had made the decision to poke in check the elf house he hadn't particularly been expecting company and so the Dark Mirror eternal aura that he'd picked up on as he drew closer to the garden had taken him a little by surprise.
Not huge surprise-surprise since Ida had told him that her Dark Mirror friend would be checking the elf house from time to time too and even if she hadn't then logic would suggest that she would need to since otherwise there wouldn't be much need for him to play go between... No the surprise was more that apart from the odd occasion when Ida had been with him, his trips to check the elf house had tended to be without company.
Although between the aura and what sounded like the odd chuckle, it seemed tonight would follow a different pattern.
He didn't say anything though - not at first - waiting until he was closer before announcing his presence, his voice cheerful as he called out "Good evening.
