Welcome to the Surrounding and the Wonder of Celsus!
The Wonder of Celsus is an enormous, sprawling library with an indeterminable amount of rooms, mostly because Celsus himself has not yet explored everything. Some are large, and some are small. Some are hidden behind bookshelves, and some are out in the open for all to see. Some are round, and some are square, and some peculiarly shaped ones are triangular and perhaps a little oblong.
And every single one of them has something in it.
It’s a miracle that nobody’s gotten lost in it yet - but that’s the point now. Celsus has laid a path for those visiting to follow, and if you make it all the way to the end in one piece, you’ll win a special prize - as well as bragging rights, of course. But the path is not just a straight shot to the finish line: there are obstacles to overcome, and to get to the end will require creativity, cleverness, and a certain amount of good natured mischief.
Everyone who participates will receive some sort of IC prize from Celsus, and the overall winner will discover their prize at the end of the path!
Please remember that this is meant to be fun and lighthearted! This is an actual event taking place on Celsus, and of course will impact your character however you choose, but this is meant to be a cheerful, relaxed event for people to have a good time roleplaying in!

THE RULES
** IF YOU DID NOT SIGN UP that's okay! You are still allowed to participate!! **
This event is for official Order characters only, as it takes place on the Surrounding! Sorry, no Chaos allowed! It is a safe zone for all to feel good in.
There will be 6 rounds over a course of 10ish days! Each new turn will take place every 24-36 hours, at 10ish PM EST (give or take some time, if I have to work!)
This ICly will be simply one day spent on Celsus! Most likely over the course of a few hours. There is food and drink as well that Celsus has brought for refreshments, as well as music to play!
Please respect the other players. Take into consideration waiting for others to post before posting again! Teamwork is highly encouraged, as well as reaching out to those who you may not have RPed with before!
If you have anything that will interfere with your character participating, but would still like to hop in, please let me know beforehand so we can work things out!
Please no fighting. Again, this is meant to be a lighthearted, relaxed event for people to have a good time in. Squabbling or fighting ICly will result in disqualification and a lot of sad disappointed looks from Celsus himself (and probably others as well)! If you are having a problem with a player or a character during the event please contact me privately!

THE SURROUNDING INFORMATION
The Surrounding is the location of the Zodiac senshi outposts (their version of homeworlds), the Handmaiden outposts, Princess Chronos's personal rooms and also the Zodiac knight Wonders. A massive rainbow road circulates and leads to all outposts and Wonders to connect them together. The Princess's rooms reside in the direct middle.
The only people who can enter the Surrounding are members of Order. Chaos cannot pass through to it.
In order for a non-Zodiac character to access the Surrounding, they will need to either be accompanied by a member of the Zodiac, a Knight of Chronos, or have in their possession a passport. These passports are limited and were given out during various events.
If your character does not have a passport, please assume that Celsus himself has transported you directly to his Wonder, or another Chronos knight. I have received permission to allow this to happen so that this event could be held!
This event is being held in a specific location - Celsus's Wonder. Your character is allowed to wander a little and see the rainbow road outside if they should wish, but please do not enter another Wonder or outpost. Those are currently off limits, as they belong to other characters.
