Lesath was milling around on a rooftop, looking for someone to just drain. She was avoiding going home and working on a major essay that she should be doing…and if she didn’t at least gather some energy tonight…well. Then the entire night would have been absolutely wasted. If she could at least get energy…then it wouldn’t matter that she wasn’t doing her essay.
She sighed, looking down at the nasty store front of a bar. It was getting close to the time that the drunks should be leaving…but…nobody was leaving.
The blond senshi paused, looking behind her. There was a chaos signature nearby…and a low level one. Well…nothing else was happening here. Maybe she should just go say hello. After all, it could be one of the new DMC’s that Lydia had been talking about…and she did want to meet them.
She took off, jumping down a few rooftops and stopping when she saw the other girl. Ah! It was another DMC. “Hey there. I don’t think we’ve met before. I’m Lesath.”
Well…better late meeting someone than never.

For her own part, Chariklohad been too busy thinking to notice the power signature until it was literally almost right in front of her face. Glancing up from the street she'd been looking out on, she blinked, took in the blonde girl's outfit and smiled. At least this one wouldn't be looking for a fight.
Moving back from the roof's edge, she turned and held out her hand in greeting.
"Lesath, huh? Navi mentioned you briefly. Nice to meet you, I'm Chariklo."
As introductions went, it wasn't as smooth as Chariklo would've liked, but in fairness, she had been slightly startled by the other Dark Mirror's abrupt appearance. She'd make it up to Lesath later.

She nodded, taking the other senshi’s hand. “I know I was talking to her the other day and she mentioned a bunch of new members of our court, so it’s good to meet another one of you. Just how long have you been around? Has it been for a while, because if it has, I am terribly sorry that we haven’t met before!”
It really showed a lack of caring on her part, if Charliko had been around for longer than a month or so…That would be rather embarrassing…and it would really mean that Lesath should work harder on trying to meet the members of her court. That was important after all…if they were to feel like a family, then they all should be aware of everyone else that exists in the court.
They didn’t want to go being all sloppy like the White Mooners. That would be an absolute disgrace.

Still smiling, though this time with a hint of amusement, Chariklo mentally calculated how long it had been since Ares' had woken her up.
"Hrmm, I got all senshi-fied just prior to that big ambush not that long back. So... 'bout a month or so, I guess. And since I haven't met everyone yet, don't worry about it."
While she was eager to meet her Dark Mirror family, Chariklo knew better than to expect it to happen quickly. Everyone had lives outside of their duties. And short of Ares calling a meeting to introduce everyone, Chariklo saw that state of things continuing for a some time. To her mind, it wasn't that big of a deal. She'd meet people when she met them.

Lesath nodded. That had been…an interesting experience. That ambush. “I don’t remember seeing you there…did you make out okay? I know a lot of people were getting hurt. I mostly stayed out of everything…I don’t know. I guess I didn’t want the White Mooners to think that I was lying to them or whatnot. I know that they can be stupid, but still. We want to eventually get them to our side, right?” She flashed a smile then ran her hand through her hair, sighing.
“It is a pain, though…there’s a lot on that side that I just want to pound into the dirt…but, sometimes there’s a special one who would make a good addition to our side. Sometimes. There was one girl, Sailor Acubens. I really thought she was a winner, but…then she flipped s**t on me and now when I see her I just want to stab her in the neck. That would be nice.”
The senshi paused then grinned. “Sorry if I’m rambling. I don’t want you to think I’m crazy or anything..”

Shrugging and grinning, Chariklo made light of her own impressions of the ambush.
"I did okay, I think. Just some bruises and a couple of black eyes. Nothing too bad. And I guess I can understand not wanting to be thought of as a liar."
Chariklo definitely approved of that particular mindset. It suggested a code of honor. Which was never a bad thing to possess.
"Way I see it, we weren't killing senshi. And Ares tried talking. They're the ones who follow a Princess who throws ********' chandaliers at folks who're trying to parley."
Okay, so that still rankled. And if she ever got a chance, she wanted to being Princess Polaris down a notch or three. Listening further, she had to agree with a lot of what Lesath was saying. And her mind popped over the the white and black haired senshi she'd fought with. Whose name she'd never caught. She was definitely someone that Chariklo herself wanted to pound into the pavement. But, in spite of her dislike, she could also see how such a strong and passionate fighter could be useful.
"So if she annoys you, let someone else work on her?" she suggested. "It's what I plan to do as far as this one senshi I met goes. And I don't think you're crazy."
If anything, Lesath made a great deal of sense so far. She was being completely honest about her own opinions and Chariklo respected that.
