Tantalus staggered forward, going down to his knees. s**t, s**t, s**t - tangling with an Eternal had been a bad idea, all around. Especially one who clearly had a massive problem with the Dark Mirror.

"In too deep, damn straight," he exhaled softly. This was probably the largest concentration of swears he'd ever used, but he was...well, he was scared. He hadn't felt like this since his shade - Penthesilea he knew wanted him alive, and no one else had threatened him this way.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Natron wasn't stupid, and it didn't exactly take him a long time to add two and two and come up with the answer Lellouch was hinting at. "You traitorous b***h," he growled, and he twisted around just in time to see Buddingtonite's weapon fly at them. His heart stopped for a moment. That was a disgustingly lethal-looking weapon.

"You brought your own brother here to die," he said, and this time, when he brought around his kusarigama, it was the sharp end. He would keep from lethal blows, because he was pretty sure Lance would never forgive him for murdering Jaysen - but he intended to hurt her.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Persephone snarled, reaching up and grabbing his hand, directing it far away from the hole in her chest. "You know nothing, you pathetic, mewling little brat," she snapped, "and you aren't going to have a chance to learn." She brought up her knee, slamming it into his gut.

"Treason and insubordination. You're racking up the infractions tonight, Lieutenant."

Zircon had been so close, both of their bodies tumbling forward due to the momentum from her lunge, her fingers touching to gauzy outer layer of Canopus's fuku. She clutched at the fabric, using it to pull her closer to her target, and for the briefest of moments she extended her arm, seeking the right place for her to slip into the girl's chest cavity and reach for her life force.

Which was, of course, around the time that the walls came down.

Despite what her rank might suggest, this wasn't Zircon's first battle, nor was it her first bout with such forms of senshi magic. While the dark prison was disorienting, the lieutenant didn't panic the way she might have a few years ago. Instead, she dropped to her knees, forcing herself to calm her breathing as she felt her cage grow smaller still. She was trapped, yes, but all of these things had some sort of timer, and she could wait it out. One breath, two, three. This darkness would not get the best of her, for that she made certain.

When her senses were returned to her, she found herself next to Labyrinthite, their prey quick to turn tail and run. "I'm alright," she responded quickly, nodding once at his orders. When her Captain took to a dash, she followed suit, watching carefully for the cues his body gave as he geared up to attack. She dashed to the side, out of range of his scythe, and then pressed her sprint, seeking to cut them off. "Did you think your cage would hold me forever?" she jeered at the Eternal, diving low for Avior's legs with a swift kick. With Labyrinthite's attack looming from about, Zircon couldn't wait to see how the senshi got himself out of this one.

Or he could just fall. That would be even more exciting.

Liryn had only ever met a Dark Mirror senshi once, but that once had been enough for the little tabby bobtail to recognise the type of aura and for whatever the reason there seemed to be a [i[lot of that sort of aura afoot tonight.

So what was a cat to do but investigate?

Despite their head start, there was enough Dark Mirror auras for Liryn to find his way over to the warehouse relatively easily, although it seemed that fighting had already adjoined as he trotted into the warehouse.

Dark Mirror chaos auras and Negaverse chaos auras and Order auras all together, it was all confusing for the little tabby bobtail especially since a mix of Negaverse and Order auras seemed to be attacking the Dark Mirror. Still he wasn't going to find out what was going on by hanging around the entrance and if direct action meant he had to information gather - read nose around - well it just meant he'd have to be careful picking his paws around whilst trying not to sneeze over sawdust.

He wasn't sure how it happened, one minute he was skirting around feet and the next he was behind a dark-haired eternal senshi (Europa) grabbing a red scarfed Dark Mirror senshi by the ponytail - probably the only Dark Mirror senshi he actually knew.

Despite his overall not fondness of chaos in general, Tantalus hadn't seemed particularly bad when he'd talked to him and the Dark Mirror senshi had given nice scritches and well there seemed something rather disproportionate in the scene that Liryn was seeing unfolding in front of him.

It was that had had him springing forward as the eternal senshi moved to swing her hand round and leaping up to try and deliver an intervention in the form of giving the eternal senshi a none too gentle n**.

Acrucis glanced over at Benitoite and nodded her head ”I’ll do what I can to help out, just… please don’t leave me.” Without Phact here she was truly relying on Benitoite to watch her back and not ditch her somewhere to fend for herself. Being the Senshi of Prayer and only possessing the ability to mend injuries, fighting wasn’t really her forte nor was it much of an option. Since the christening of her Senshidom she could count on one hand the number of times she’s had to truly fight against someone or something and none of them were a time in which she was alone.

Stepping on the ledge next to the General, Acrucis looked in the direction they were supposed to be heading. It was startling, the mass amount of signatures that accumulated only a few blocks away. The last time she felt anything of this magnitude she was with Shangri-la running towards the lake to engage the Shade Queen all the while evading the doppelgangers that were running around trying to kill their originals.

”Shall we?” she said with a bit of apprehension in her voice. It was obvious he was ready fight, her on the other hand… not so much.

Her knee hit his gut and he grunted; the breath was knocked from him, though he was far from down for the count. He bared his teeth to the girl and pulled his left fist from her gut. "What do you know of war?" he asked snidely. "You've been doing this for—a few months, maybe? You know nothing. A few fists and cruel words? You have a lot to learn. I'd be glad to teach you—" He pulled his hand back and clenched it into a fist again, this time aiming a punch for her chest. If he could knock the breath out of her, then maybe he could get back to what he was here to do.

"But I just don't have time right now."

His eyes darted from her face for just the briefest of moments, to try and locate where the other Dark Mirror Senshi were when a faint smell wafted through the air. He blinked, and it was only when he'd inhaled again that he realized the aroma was coming from the flowers that had sprouted across the ground.

Flowers? There hadn't been flowers when he first got here—who—?

Another inhale was more issue than he realized; drowsiness was quickly rushing through him and he had to adjust his stance to steady himself.

The girl he was fighting hadn't done this. She hadn't had time to cast any magic. Though his eyelids were growing heavy, he glanced around again for the culprit.

His breathing had slowed, either because his body was being quickly lulled towards sleep or because he had realized that the more he smelled those flowers, the worse things were getting, but it was too late for it to make a difference. His body was not operating at full capacity and after the punch to Penthesilea's chest, he gave her a weak shove to try and move her. He had neither breath nor energy to continue threats, and it was difficult to remember what he was even trying to push her aside for.

"Oh I'm the traitor? You're the one working with them. The both of you are!" She growled. Lellouch blinked when Buddingtonite spoke up, and was pleasantly surprise to see the boomerang sailing in her direction. Though thankfully it was not intended to harm her. "Oh you are the absolute best, Good Sir... Thank you so much." She'd have to remember to thank him for his help later. "I promise to return her in one piece, hell, maybe I'll even polish her up for you."

"So what if I did. Remember how I found out in the first place Natron." The senshi sneered as she brought the bladed weapon up to block Natron's attack before swinging at him herself. "Learn to keep your b***h mouth shut."

He was all too eager to comply with the senshi's words and as suddenly as he could teleport he was leaping from the ledge and landing on the other buildings roof. "Come on then, lets go. I'll keep you safe - trust me. If it gets too violent I want you to get out of there. You're most useful alive and safe so you can tend to those who need it." And to that end he would keep her safe, he would kill anyone who tried to lay a hand on this senshi, white moon or not, this senshi meant something to him. it wasn't something romantic, or even completely innocent, she had a purpose and use whether she planned to defect to the side of chaos or not.

The running across roof tops and jumping from ledge to ledge brought them both closer and closer to ground zero at an almost alarming rate, he was moving as quickly as his legs and power would take him - he wanted in on this fight in the worst way possible. He just hoped the senshi behind him could keep up, he didn't want or mean to leave her behind him if he was.

Landing on the ground the blond froze outside the entrance the warehouse. The wash of chaos and order auras washing over him was almost dizzying - so many people. Fighting the urge to rush in, or to bounce on his feet like an over excited child with anew toy, he waited for the senshi before he headed for the entrance and made his way inside. Chaos...that was the best way to describe it - chaos. Saw dust and bodies, blood, and fighting. The various colors of magic going through the air as weapons met flesh and air alike. Oh this was his sort of fight and wanting to best be prepared he summoned his own weapon which was held tightly by his gloves hands. A glance cast back over his shoulder to the senshi who was his charge for this evening. "Keep close and keep safe. I won't be able to have your back the whole time...not in something like this."

People with masks caught his attention as he glanced about as he made his way into the fray, keeping as much to the edges as he could as he assessed things, it seemed they were the enemy for this evening. Remarque hadn't had a mask and hadn't mentioned them so he was working on assumption but there was enough backing it to be worth going by.

He could see some people he knew, without masks, and some with masks who's uniforms he knew so well. Well...wasn't this an interesting fight. Laughing aloud as he headed further into the fray, no longer remaining on the edge of things.

Before they'd entered the warehouse, before they'd been ambushed, Chariklo had quietly grabbed Amytis' hand, giving it a squeeze before letting it go. Whatever was waiting for them wasn't good. She couldn't afford a distraction.

But what had greeted the assembled dark mirrors was something that the tall Dark Mirror could never have anticipated. When the ambush came, she was torn. By rights, she should protect Leto. After all, Leto was her Captain. But Canopus and Amytis were here too, and it made her sick to think of either of them being hurt. Of either of them ending up like poor Jadis.

Just thinking about it made her newly stitched scars twinge. And as if that twinge was the herald for this night getting even worse, she felt sawdust dropping down from above and glanced up. Only to see the person that she quite possibly hated most in the world. Oh <******** would have froze, perhaps had a flash of long-a** ginger hair not caught her attention. Well, well well. The little she could see certainly matched the description that Amytis had given her. And the chick was fighting Remarque. It would be the honorable thing to do to go to his assistance.

Screw honor. She just wanted to pound Ginger's face into the dirt. Darting over, she slid in beside Remarque, noting how strangely he seemed to be moving.

"C'mon Fearless Leader," she murmured, hoping he would hear her. "You have to do better than that."

Turning to face the ginger haired girl, she grinned wildly and proceeded to give the girl a Universal Salute.

"Hey bitchtits. Try me on for size. I've got a fist who'd love to meet you and dish out a little avenging."

"Don't hurt anyone, Tsui... siding with the dark mirror court or not, we can't hurt our own people." Ida said urgently when the senshi of tigers made her decision to intervene. "Whatever is going on here, we can't sacrifice our people for it."

That was about all she had time for before her team mate rushed forward to the fray and the orchid senshi gathered herself to follow, darting through the crowd to look for a target. She tried to stay close to the others, but what caught her eye was not what she had been looking for... rather than a negaverse officer she could feel justified in fighting, she caught a flash of red and saw a familar brunette man on his knees, at the mercy of another eternal senshi.

Ida's heart raced into her throat as she realized it was Tantalus, the DMC who had saved her life from her shade, and she was going to have to face her own kind. The decision was an easy one though, especially as she saw a small kitty shape leap at the senshi. She couldn't let Tantalu die here, not when she was able to save him. There was a debt there, beyond her own morals.

Putting on a burst of speed, Ida closed the distance between her and the struggling pair, ignoring the fighting going on around her. The cat had provided a distraction and she took the opportunity to finish this as bloodlessly as possible by scooping up the man in red and leaping powerfully for the rafters in a smooth motion.

It took everything she had to move so fast and so far, but they made it up and out of the fight with only a small stumble, her arms wrapped around his chest until he was steady on his feet and she could release him.

"You need to get out of here!" Ida gasped out as she grabbed Tantalus by his shoulders and shook him, trying to get him to focus on her. "I don't know what is going on, but now is your chance to escape. I will not be responsible for you if you try to go back down there."

Europa yelped in surprise, feeling sharp teeth digging into her thigh. She didn't know what she was under attack from, but she released her grip on Tantalus's hair to focus her attention on finding out. What she very quickly realized was that it had been an order-aligned cat, which, while the thought of one of the mauvians she'd trusted instinctively - that all senshi seemed to trust instinctively - was siding with the Dark Mirror, instead of against it, upset her, she wasn't going to go after it. You could not catch up to a cat that did not want to be caught, plain and simple.

In her distraction, another white moon senshi stepped in and spirited Tantalus away towards the rafters. Europa looked up and hollered, "You're fighting for the wrong side!" after Ida, but in the din of the fight, she doubted she'd been heard.

She had better things to do than follow them back up into the rafters, however. Turning her back on her missed opportunity, she scanned the warehouse for any sign of Wolframite - or, even better, Leto.

"I am War, pretty boy," Penthesilea snarled, taking a step back when she had the opportunity. As soon as she saw the flower patch blooming below them, her fingers began to fumble at her backbow, desperately attempting to tear off a piece because goddamnit, she was not going to take another nap courtesy of Thraen...well, saving her a**, really.

Finally, she got purchase just as she started to doze off, tearing a piece of her bow and slapping it over her nose and mouth so she could breathe without inhaling the pollen.

She waved to the blond Senshi, her way of giving silent thanks, as she started to move away from the Dark Mirror Eternal. Her intention wasn't to ram herself into an implacable wall.

Being called "bitchtits" and being given the finger by someone completely unfamiliar blonde, however - that stopped her in her tracks. Her eyes narrowed, and she responded to the one-fingered universal salute in kind, rather than risking breathing in the pollen. Verbal sparring could come later, and she'd ask this woman why the ******** she hated her so much.

"I'm working with them because they're our allies!" Because Remarque and Leto had been kind to him when he was a moronic, confused Lieutenant. Because Damocles was a brother, and so, by extension, was Tantalus. "Which is the same reason I told you - Chaos trusts Chaos." He released his grip on his weapon and teleported so that he was a few feet away, summoning his kusarigama back to his hand. With a little distance, he had more space to attack.

He began to spin the weapon, and then snapped it out at her. This was quite enough, as far as he was concerned.

Tantalus was pretty certain that Europa was going to snap his neck, or that she had some kind of powerful third-stage attack that would leave him too broken to continue fighting. So when she instead let go, he was surprised - and he turned in time to see Liryn and smile faintly, because of course he remembered the cat, and it actually felt pretty good to know that making the effort to reach out had quite literally saved his life. He was already trying to stand up when he felt Ida scoop him up - someone else familiar, from the battles against the shades.

Once they were in the rafters, he scanned the battle below, searching for blonde hair and blue-green and gold fuku. His heart was pounding, and there was desperation in every inch of his body. It really did take her physically shaking him to snap his attention from the ground below to the Eternal in front of him.

"I really do appreciate the effort to save my life, but leaving isn't an option." He said, and there was a surprising firmness in his voice as he reached up a hand to remove hers from his shoulder. "The Court is my family, and I could never abandon them." Not when he'd gotten them into this.

It seemed prudent, as well, to give her at least the short version of what was going on. "Having you here is something of a blessing, really. The Negaverse - with some allies from your side, it seems - took a Dark Mirror hostage and used him to lure the rest of us here." He frowned. "The hostage was - well, my boyfriend. And he's still down there. So even if the rest of the Court wasn't in danger, I could never abandon him."

The ideal situation would have been requiring all on their side to go to battle with wetted silk scarves over their mouths. It woudl have helped them with both the saw dust and his own magic. But at least Penthe was getting some space.

But they could not afford to give the enemies space, especially not a dangerous Eternal, when another Mirror kind (Chariklo) was showing up to aid. From-the-side was not an ideal angle to go for a direct kill, as much as it was good for having a jump on an opponent. The next best thing was to try to break something, so the Senshi of Garden's aimed a boot for the the Eternal's (Remarque's) ribs.

AoE Magic Use - c/o anyone near Remarque- 8/7 seconds leftish? Probably ending IN the posts of people still in the field this go.

Sailor Scout Ability: Thraen Annual Planting
How it Works - Thraen folds his hands together like prayer, the opens hands and they are full of seeds. He blows over them, dispersing the seeds. Hundreds of flowers spring up, growing and blooming magically. Their scent causes those who stand near them to fall asleep.
Range - The patch of flowers that grows is a 10 ft. radius around Thraen
Duration - The flowers bloom in the post he casts them. If those in the flower bed or near it do not get at least 10 ft. away from the flowers, they fall asleep like Dorothy in Wizard of Oz. The sleep lasts for 15 seconds. The flowers last for 20 seconds.
Damage Summary - This is not a damage magic. No damage occurs from the spell itself, nor is any intended. If the writer of someone being affected wants their character to fall to their knees and then flop over and take no harm at all, that is up to them. If the writer of someone being affected by this wants their character to fall over mid-run and skid to a stop with a broken nose, that is up to them. But there is no damage effect in the spell itself.
Weaknesses - If someone doesn't stay near them long enough, they don't fall asleep. If people hold their breath, wear a breathing mask, or cover their mouth and nose with wet cloth can avoid the scent as well. Once a person has fallen asleep in one flower bed, they cannot be affected by that bed again. Only a separate bed would affect them. This is an AoE (area of Effect) spell that effects allies as well as enemies.
Frequency of Usage - Twice a battle

Try as she might, it really was impossible to keep up with the General; the best she could do was make sure she kept him in her line of sight and avoided tripping over roof vents while she attempted to catch up. Five roofs ahead he dropped out of sight, descending to the ground below and for a moment she felt her heart drop into her stomach. Only once she caught up did she look down just to realize that he was indeed waiting for her.

With as much grace as he seemed to possess, she too stepped off the edged landing beside him with a soft click of her heels on the concrete below. To be honest she didn’t need to be told twice to stay close though before she let him proceed into the fray Acrucis reached out clutching a handful of his cloak.

Biting down on her lower lip she scanned the area briefly noting several familiar faces, ”How do you know who to fight and who to defend?” Honestly, when it came down to it, she didn’t know who was fighting for what and why. All she knew is that she didn’t want to lose a friend, not tonight… not any night if she could help it.

"Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer right?" The senshi mocked. "That's just it. I was told to trust allies to the same extent I would trust an enemy. If I don't trust you, why would I trust him." Brother or not. In this case, blood would not prove to to be thicker then water.

She sucked in a breathe when he teleported. ******** b*****d. Lellouch had little time to move before she felt a blade dig into the skin of her right shoulder. Snarling, she twisted about to snap the Boomerang in his direction. This however caused the sickle like object to drag itself diagonally across her back, leaving her with a gash that went down to the opposite hip. "You're nothing but a little pest Natron. Always have, always will be."
