If she says something, you can assume that there is a damn good reason behind it. Because it is extremely important to her to think about what she's going to say before she says it, ensuring that she never says anything that might be wrong, she might show up with a quip or a statement days after your conversation. Behind her tentative exterior, she can be a very loyal friend (even if she refuses to accept 'friend' as a label). Before you know her on that level, however, she is sarcastic and cold, hoping to drive everyone away until she deems them important enough.
----Most importantly, the pursuit of knowledge and expansion of intellect comes before everything else, including herself if need be - there is nothing that she values more. Mimsy has always been fascinated by the way things work. She likes to break things down to their tiniest parts, quietly examining and painstakingly cataloging each, marveling at how the simplest of things can become so complex. Working so diligently at figuring this stuff out allows for a convenient distraction from heavy socialization, provides peace and quiet, and offers an outlet to exercise her critical thinking skills. The world around her is inherently unsettling unless there is a sense of order to it; of course, shadows appearing without reason kind of disrupt that.
There is a particle - the Higgs boson, the God particle, the Goddamn particle, that hypothetically exists as the fundamental of all other particles. Like many other science-oriented people who have learned of its theoretical existence, she has become a bit obsessed with finding it. She has a hunch that really figuring out the inner workings of the strange shadow entities might help her unlock the secrets. Have they been searching for FEAR all along?
Though she wouldn't know about FEAR and its specifics until actually joining, of course, she suspects that the shadow things probably have a molecular makeup that's different than the structures publicly released within the scientific community. If there is any possibly opportunity out there that will help her understand these things, this is it.

Materials and Findings: Mimsy currently resides in a rebuilt home in the Deus Towns (137), which she shares with her husband Robert, their adopted son Peter, a pet Cwn Annwn named Laika, and a little raptorpack of 'subjects' named Rocky, George, Clutch, and Argon.
A statue that looks exactly like her (with the exception of an inexplicably missing piece of her bangs) also resides in the home with them. A shadowling that she believes to be Simmy lives in a flowerpot in the backyard.

Entering/exiting: Must travel a total distance of 80 yards. Roll 1d20 to walk/run/scramble the needed distance Every odd roll is a small but painful accident, costing 1 HP Every roll divisible by 3 is a slightly more painful accident, costing 2 HP If the roll is a 13 something dire and horrible happens, costing 20 HP
Cleanup: Must reach 150 points of 'clean' for each floor. Roll 1d20 for stamina. If it hits 0, must exit/re-enter. Roll 2d6 to determine amount of cleaning done. If double 1 is rolled, a sludgemonster forms. It has 25 HP and does 3 auto damage.
Moving between floors: Roll 1d10. 1-5: Ungracefully land during the attempt to go down, or fall during the attempt to climb up, costing 5 HP. 6-10: Successfully make it to the other level.

Mimsy is cautious and calculating. If she says something, you can assume that there is a damn good reason behind it. because mimsy was born a minipet in the minipet clans but she was sent away to live a human life for the better of her minipet family because the loved her so much so that's why they sent her away
