-And yet, instead of hitting unyielding marble and rock at the base, all occupants fall instead into clear water with no more than soft thunks. The water is warm to the embrace and seems to cradle them, whisper to them, just lightly.
Around them is a cave, as they lie in a vast pool of water. Underneath the water lie riches, a chest, gold, weapons, rubies, diamonds, vast treasures almost unimaginable -
- And then oddly enough a single jeweled chalice embedded into a stone pedestal, glimmering with life of its own. The words are faded from the goblet except for a single word: King.
There is nothing of interest in the cave though the riches perhaps the Kingdom would enjoy, whatever the lucky occupants want to carry back. There is a caved-in entrance that thankfully leads them back to the base of the tower. Nothing however, is made of true Miasma in the treasures, making even treasures themselves nearly worthless. Yet though the sigh of the strange cave, the lake was phenomenal in itself, there was something else:
It looked oddly out of place amongst the rich blues and golds, a sleek white-silver. The center of the gate-like structure churned slightly, as if inviting those nearby.
OOC
ALL PLAYERS have discovered ??? This is now an interaction period - Any player who was IN THE TOWER and did not escape can now investigate the area. Simply post their actions in bold red. For example, they could choose to dig into the lake or pick up treasures so on so forth. Certain investigations will trigger special events or reactions. This is a bit of first come first serve so the first few people to trigger the right conditions will be the bonuses (or not). You will be quoted if you hit a special event. If this event pertains to everyone I will write in OOC quotes "EVERYONE IN THIS CAVE" to mention everyone can see what is going on. - If you fell and had Miasma Points, they are still with your character, no worries! - Players can EXIT this area at any time, but staying will not penalize their character!

Uru shall investigate the area around the "King Chalice"
Everything just seemed to suspend. Eyes wide as he fell backwards into the darkness once again. Was this what it was going to happen to him every time? Was it because he was a Silver? Everything was moving and yet there were little sounds to be heard. It was not long before his eyes saw all but blue. Water? He swallowed. Water. Warm water, beneath the tower? Snapping himself from his thoughts, he broke the surface with an exhale. A lake... it appeared that everyone in the tower had also fell down here as well. The tower had collapsed and they were here.
Uru noted the other people from other kingdoms based on their attire. The shadows really did stand out. With a quick scan of the room, he noted people looting treasures, a lone chalice, and a swirling gate. He made quick assumptions, but his eyes were on the chalice. If he brought that back to the Shadow King, he would surely be rewarded with high ranks, power, a home, anything! It was a fair trade. But... the chalice was alone. Thinking back to Market Day, there was that rumor of a beast hidden within the catacombs.
Cautiously, Uru checked the area around the chalice, ignoring what ever else the rest of those here did.

Events: - post with dice roll 2) You feel a warm hand guiding you, you feel safer, but for some reason as you turn around, noone is close by. You are healed for 10 HP 4) Your suspicion and paranoia get the better of you as you attack the opponent closest to you. You do melee damage to them. Randomly select any player close to yours as the target (ally or enemy) 7) You slip, and find yourself reeling backwards. You end up in the ground floor (but no need to roll events again)
Mini-info: An unconverted Silver wild card from the Black Kingdom. With wolf-like ears and tail, he is a strong, sturdy guy who is up for a challenge. He has little to his name now and seeks to find out what happened to his former Kingdom.
“Oh ********!” he was falling, he screwed up, he was dead! And then he splashed into cool water instead of hard ground. Swimming to the nearest lowpoint he coughed and hacked barely surviving. There was treasure everywhere. But what was more important was the jeweled chalice, with one word on it, king. That and the gate. He went strait for it and picked it up. What was this, and that gate… he would go there next. this must have been part of the puzzle of the king's room after all. Maybe his answers where there.

[[Mjoll is inspecting the Jeweled Chalice]]
Mjoll looked around frantically, wet strands of hair falling down the sides of her face. The fell hadn't even quite registered yet. As she looked around she noticed there were lots of golds, silvers, blue. An underground cave?
The Gold kingdom member swam to the shallows and sat down on a near by rock to dump the water out of her boots. What to do.... what to do.... she was looking around before moving to investigate the one true thing that caught her attention. They had gold, they didn't need gold but that Chalice....
She moved to inspect it attempting to pick it up.
Special Events
1: 9) You spot an odd rusted key. It actually seems extremely out of place in the staircase you are standing on. You pick it up (Used on floor 1-5)
2: 10) You manage to find a glowing vial of what you realize are Miasma Points. You pick up +5 Miasma Points.
3: 1) The tower is tall, and creates suspicion and paranoia. You see a shadow leaping at you, and in a fit of fear you attack them. It is your ally. You do damage equal to your RANK's melee dice (ie: if you are a Queen you do 2d12 - 4 damage, ouch!) If you are the only player from your Kingdom here, you do this damage to yourself. (Use on floor 6 - 10)
Mjoll's well built with an hourglass figure. Her long blonde hair is braided and put up in a bun to keep it out of her way while adventuring, she also has bright ice blue eyes. She's dressed in something akin to riding clothes, she has a white puffy shirt on that has gold trim and creme colored pants with black riding boots that have golden design.
Amarus did not land somewhere soft. She landed in a cave, a cave full of darkness and water and treasure: and there was a gate, silver and shining. It seemed to call to her, but she was a Shadow kin-- it made her leery of its brilliance. She also did not care too much for treasures. She sifted through the water idly, looking for a sword, perhaps, or some sturdy weapon. She could always use more weaponry.
That aside, she tried to make her way to the chalice before the others could get to her, and perhaps to it; while the gate warded her away, she was curious about that chalice. She was not the first to reach it, but if possible: She slipped her fingers across its surface, reading the word King.
Most importantly, she wondered about something. Amarus scooped up water with her hands, pouring whatever of it she could into the chalice, and drank from it as best she could.
After all, why not? Why not feel like she was drinking from the goblet of a King.

The fool shook herself awake, with the aid of Balthazar lapping at her face. Her back ache, her rear ached, and it appeared that she'd landed full stop on a big chunk of rocks. Her red-jewel eyes widened, though, at the sight of all that TREASURE beneath the water.
Her fingers itched. Even if they weren't miasma, they were shiny and she WANTED them.
This whole place was just curiouser and curiouser.
The Fool, with her loyal shade dog in tow, went up to the gate, trying to poking and prodding at it.
Upon arrival of the tower, Mayaa found that the kingdom had collapsed even more, revealing... a cavern? Swooping down, she landed on the ground and looked around. Was this... once the silver king's chambers?
Strangely, she detected no miasma, but something else had caught her eye. Intrigued, she stepped forward, investigating the gate

Ami was terrified, and screaming like a little b***h.
After all, that's what you do when you fell.
Except she hit soft water, and her screams of terror quickly turned into screams of joy. She was a water creature, a Cetid, and she'd been separated from any real, natural water when she was on Wilson's crashed spaceship. Sure, they had water reserves in the residential area- he was hospitable and accommodating, but nothing like this.
There were treasures all around, but Ami didn't give two shits. She was just diving and swimming in circles of happiness. She quickly dove to the bottom, trying to find something to investigate. What could she say? She'd been a fish out of water for too long.

Before the door was such a different place, it was a cave. It was kinda weird that there was a watery cave behind the tower. She came near the water and peeked that there were different kinds of treasures underneath. Since several people already got into the water to check, she turned to other side to check.
Besides the cave, there oddly stood a gate. A beautiful ornated door. Instinct called the girl to come closer so Arynek decided to check the gate-like structure.

Shenny experienced the looooong fall right as she was going to progress to the last levels of the tower. The Devil now could understand the feeling of the Silver Kingdom denizens: the fall was nearly endless, but it ended, however, and they all ended up in a massive cavern that was apparently hidden underneath the tower. A huge, mysterious lake hiding treasures under the depth, a strange goblet OF FIAH, but wait a moment, what's this?...
The shadow reached towards the strange, gate-like structure to investigate it properly.

Well, Serafina certainly got what she was hoping for.
This water was warm, very warm, and falling into it was like falling into a luxurious bath. She no longer cared what she was wearing--and she called herself part of the Blue Kingdom?!--perhaps she just enjoyed the feeling of the warm water against her skin, relaxing her, telling her that she was alright and that this was alright. It eased the aches in her bones, the pains in her muscles, and it made her nearly hum.
But she couldn't just remain sitting there--she knew that as well as anyone. They had ended up somewhere else, and she needed to figure out just where she was and what to go for here. She sat herself up, brushing any remaining dust off her shoulder, and came to a standing position, surveying the area she was in. There was a lot here, shining things that captured her eyes for miles. What was here?
And what was that ... strange gate?
It seemed to beckon, almost, asking for Serafina to come closer. Should she?
She gulped.
Cautiously, she moved to approach the gate, eyeing it as she moved closer. It was so out of place in its surroundings, and yet the silver seemed to call to her in a way she didn't quite understand. Still, a lot of people seemed to be clustering over there. Perhaps she should inspect the area nearby, instead. Perhaps there was something important in the area.
With that in mind, Serafina moved to inspect the walls of the cave, running her fingers along them and checking for any imperfections... or other things of interest.
