The corkboard in the (now repaired) cafeteria read a simple message as follows:Upon arriving at room 201 at the designated time, there was a table with a bored-looking Mist Hunter playing on a handheld console. She looks up, and sighs with relief. "Oh my god, I thought nobody in their right mind was going to show up. Okay, so fill out this paperwork here, and there's some sort of nondisclosure act you have to do, yaddah yaddah, and then sign your name here, and when it is your turn for an interview, we'll call you! OOC Step 1: Rp coming in and fill in your name Step 2: Feel free to rp with people in the room, there's some nice seats for people waiting and someone was generous enough to donate a table with some outdated magazines and the July 2010 edition of Busty Asian Ladies, Tai Chi edition. Step 3: When you are quoted, it means it is interview time! Just follow the rp cues. They'll most likely be brought to respective division offices for interviews. Dakota had survived the Sahara actually.....really well. Besides a few minor scrapes, a lapse in memory and some burns that were quickly getting healed, overall, on his part...Survival had been met and accomplished.
And the first thing he wanted to do when getting home (after checking on Candace) was to eat something. He just happened to pass by the corkboard, looking at the flyer before changing course to 201.

She debated for a while applying for the position. Both because she was wondering if only full hunters could apply... And nerves. There was nothing that said intermediates could apply. She was still nervous. Only after thinking back to a previous conversation with Bix had she mustered up the courage to cross that final thresh hold.
Already she noticed someone she knew waiting. "Hey Dakota!" She gave him a smile lightly mixed with a grin. "Should Candace be worried your looking at womens magazines?" She wondered, idly, if that was something mark chose. Hm.
The distraction let her fill out the form with a little more ease, maybe she just liked teasing Dakota.

Dakota flipped a page and looked up as one of the rare beings he called sisters greeted him. He smiled at her, pointing at the pages and tapping them.
"These girls couldn't even hold a candle to Candace." He amended with, "Or for any of the ladies of Deus. How are you Egwa-A-de-lv?" He said with the ease of his language.

Working on rebuilding with other moon hunters on the main core of Deus ex combined with the hours he was putting into both researching the viability of his own home 'remodel' left Marcus with the blunt fact of life. He was too tired to care what he ate, so long as he ate. A quick stop by the cafeteria was slowly becoming routine for him on his way back to his and Cass's temporary residence, but the new message on the cork board piqued his interest. Mostly because he didn't see Edith needing more than one assistant unless it was a personal chef and, because he really wasn't sure if it was actually a thinly hidden lure for the suicidal. He chose to hope for the personal chef option. The room number however... He knew that number and was a bit suspicious. Still, getting himself a small 'snack' to tide himself over he headed over to the room, at least a bit curious to see what he'd find. Even if all he found was Dakota, Gale, and a bored Mist Hunter. "Uh, hey guys." At the very least two capable hunters seemed willing to put themselves forward, (Gale in particular getting a small smirk. Future death lead indeed). Making her way over she couldn't help but lean over to peer at the page of the magazine he has currently open. Ceres found herself frowning at the pictures, analyzing them. "Cute but she seems fake. Not that i make a point to feel up your girlfriend or anything, but, she is not fake." That was something she was at least certain of. Dont ask her how ok. " Hmm you just called me a purple cow or something in that pretty language didnt you?" She grinned jokingly at the man she thought of as a sibling, a really annoyingly tall one. "I'm alright. I know I'm fooling myself trying for this. " she waved a hand out, indicating the other full hunters with tons more experience within the room. "But i figure they can maybe find some way for me to help. How about you?"

Dakota looked up at Ami, sending her a very inappropriate wave. Full bird and all. Maybe she would stop glaring at him.
He addressed Marcus by flipping another page on the magazine, "It's all they had for us to wait with. You want to look?" Dakota handed the magazine over to Marcus and grinned.
"Candace is not fake in anyway." Dakota kept on grinning, "I wouldn't mind you feeling her up if Bix didn't get just as excited about it." It's not like he disliked the sun hunter, he just thought the man was odd. Which was like the pot calling the kettle black...In truth Dakota thought of Bix like a Albino short twin or something.
"What's to fool yourself? You're a strong hunter Ceres." He shrugged and laughed, "I said big sister. It's cherokee." He waited, "It's been awhile since I used it anyways." The last time he even called someone of his native language was Shiva, his little sister before he came to the Island.

The way he walked in, it was almost unbelievable that shortly before, he had been engaged in a horrible, nightmare-inducing impromptu survival mission that still gave him occasional night sweats. No, Jack was, as usual, wearing the airs of a post-nap cat as he entered the room, only doing a quick perusal of those inside in passing as he walked to the table and filled out the form.

She really had been on the fence about showing up, not wanting to leave a certain moon trainee alone. But the sun trainee had been curious about the position and who all might actually apply. So, Fini had trailed in after a certain green giant, quietly taking one of the forms to read over before filling it out.

Finn arrived, only because one word on that cork board notice had caught his attention. Money. The rest of it all seemed rather interesting as well, and having only just gotten back from a near death nightmare on the Sahara, he felt like giving himself any advantage at all, any kind of experience, learning or otherwise, really couldn't hurt. He wasn't one to simply sit back and let everyone else rise up and take on more responsibilities while he himself coasted along, no. He was more then ready to put his skills, rough and as of yet unrefined, but still skills nonetheless, to the test. He was rubbing his right hand against short, buzzed off hair upon entry, eyes flicking around the room to take in who was already there, not at all surprised to see Jack, but eyes narrowing momentarily on Fini, who was sitting with him. She'd barely left him alone since she found out what had happened, so to be separated from her for a short while, only to be reunited under these circumstances...he pursed his lips and pointedly ignored them both for the moment while he stepped forward to fill out his form.... ....With his right hand. He was left handed, but his left arm was currently in a ******** sling. This could take a while. Oh well, maybe the interview itself would go a little more smoothly. Putting down his pen, he turned to find a place to sit, cold gaze roaming over Fini and Jack before he placed himself next to the woman without a word and reached forward to grab for a magazine, placing it on his lap so he wouldn't have as much trouble turning the damn pages. He wasn't even really reading the stupid thing anyways, he just didn't feel like talking to anybody and thought that if he looked like he was reading, they'd all just leave him alone.

Rep was just one of life's suckers who was inclined to apply for anything and everything that could potentially result in increased pay. So he did. It took him a while, patiently filling in all the details that he could think of. And then he set it with the others and went to scoping out the competition. Just a little.

She was fine. A sore arm, a sore back, tired beyond belief, but overall Candace felt okay. She didn't need to be checked on, she didn't need to stay in the Labs. Instead she felt it important she be here. Apparently she came just in time to see Dakota looking at a..wow. Really? Rolling her eyes, Candace made sure to drop off her application first.
