Fashionista Extraordinaire - Shopping. Makeovers. Style. These compose the sun that Priscilla Sophia Constance Stratford’s life rotates around. She lives for fashion; she’s up to date with all the new hair, makeup and clothing styles for each upcoming season thanks to her magazine subscriptions and dozens of bookmarked websites. Her personal preference tends to stick with black clothing (it’s the most slimming, after all) and pink (it’s the perfect match and pleasing to the eye), but loves to accessorize and change up clothing styles, as well as try new colors and patterns on anyone willing (or sometimes not willing) to be subjected to her ministrations.
Spending (Daddy’s) Money - Daddy Dearest may not be there physically or emotionally for 90% of the time, but his money certainly sticks around for 100% of it. What better way to fill in the gaps of unrequited parental doting than by spending oodles of money on pretty, shiny new things? She has no issue with bringing out either of her two credit cards and no shame when it comes to spending, even if she’s forced to endure the occasional scolding for going over her monthly limits.
Picture Posing - Prissy may not be entirely technology savvy (okay, she pretty much knows how to use her smartphone and that’s it) but one of her treasured toys is her Instagram account and her favorite setting is Selfie Mode. Taking pictures of herself and her projects---err---friends’ makeovers brings endless joy to her day (especially when she gets more than a handful of Likes!). Her hair, her outfits, her makeup tips and trials - everything is fodder for the Instagram Beast.

Virtues
Sociable - Prissy has no problem speaking her mind or anyone else’s. To put it bluntly, Prissy has no problem speaking at all, regardless as to whether or not she has a willing participant for an audience. She attended several manners courses over the years throughout her boarding school adventures so knows how to engage a conversation, though sometimes her prissy personality tends to emerge and scares off her conversation partners.
Dedicated - When she starts a task, she sees it through. While there are only a few she would consider herself loyal to, those who have achieved such high status will have Prissy on their side until the end of days. Even if you dress funny sometimes - but don't worry - she'll be quick to help you fix that. No one can pick on her friends but her. When she starts a project, she’ll go at it like a dog on a bone until it’s finished.
Imaginative/Creative - Having her talents in the fashion and makeup world leads Priscilla to having a very creative personality. She sees the best (fashion) potential in people and will do what she can to help them (since they clearly can't help themselves) when it comes to personal appearance and social interactions. Or maybe she just wants to try a new style or color palette out on you. Same difference, right? Whatever the reason, she’s going to get creative and she’s going to get creative on you. Enjoy the ride, you're about to be POP-U-LAR!
Flaws
Conceited - Prissy is a snob. Prissy is an elitist. Prissy has more money than you and knows better than you so you can shut your face. She’s quite full of herself, which in turn becomes her downfall pretty regularly when she fails to meet the standards/talents/capabilities she’d bragged about having moments earlier. She knows you worked hard on that project, but she also knows she could have done soooo much better than that. She also knows how amazing her dress looks and how it matches her hair just right and that every picture on her Facebook wall is absolutely perfect and...yeah. Narcissism, thy name is Priscilla.
Impatient - Patience dried out of the Stratford gene pool by the time it got to Prissy. When she wants something, she wants it now and there's absolutely no reason under the sun that she will accept as to why she can't have it right this very instant. If she's waiting for food and sees another table get theirs before hers, she has no issue calling over the waiter to ask him why he's trying to starve her. All the dressing rooms are full? Why, that girl over there's way too fat for any of the clothes in this store - make her give her room up! The package she ordered didn't arrive the day it was scheduled to? Time to make a few phone calls and see how high-pitched her voice can really get. Anyone who delays or refuses her demands should prepare for potential temper tantrums.
Vindictive - Vengeance shall be hers if anyone dares to incur the wrath of Priscilla Stratford. You make her wait, she’ll give you hell. You refuse to give her what she wants, she’ll ruin whatever you have. Typically, she’ll insult you or mock you in response to any offense, but she also has no issue calling in complaints to parents/corporate bosses or minor sabotage efforts (like keying cars, pouring water on your dry-clean only blouse, etc).

Attacks
Sailor Scout Attack Candy Coating Dia conjures a small gumdrop and throws it at her opponent. Aim and strength depends on her personal capabilities (so chance of missing heightens greatly, the further out the enemy is). Should the gumball make contact, it releases a sticky candy goo that covers 1-2 feet of area wherever it hits (so if a head shot, the head/hair is covered, if arm, the arm and shoulder, etc). This thick goo is painless, but thick enough to temporarily blind/slow/irritate the opponent. It fades after 20 seconds. 2 uses per battle.
Super Sailor Scout Attack Candy Coating Shatter Second verse, same as the first. In addition to the Candy Coating sticky goo effect, she now throws a hard candy filled with jelly instead of a gumdrop. Upon collision, the sticky goo that releases now has sharp, broken pieces of varying/random types of candy within its goop (think: shrapnel grenade). With its impact, it has potential to cause superficial cuts/slices on open skin, tears on clothing. The goo lasts for 30 seconds. 1-2 uses per battle, depending on if she's already used her basic attack in the fight.
Eternal Sailor Attack Rock Candy Explosion Sailor Dia conjures a handful (10-15) of small, rock-like candies, which she throws onto the playing field (radius and aim based on her personal throwing skill, no further than 10-15 feet and thrown in a frontal, cone direction). Once landed, these rock candies become magical mines, which trigger upon touch. Once triggered, they erupt into an explosion of sound and enough force to send an opponent back at least a few feet. Pain/result would be no more than superficial wounds and bruises. After 45 seconds, any untriggered mines disappear.

History
The Stratford Family Tree (Thus Far):
By the time Maxwell Stratford Senior married his third wife, he was done having children. Fate, however, had other plans in store for him, gracing him and his third wife with Priscilla, his first and only daughter, later in life. His other three children were significantly older, all of his sons soon leaving the figurative nest and beginning their own legacies by the time Prissy was a toddler. Shortly after her third birthday, her mother fell ill and passed away, leaving her to be raised by Daddy's money and a plethora of Au Pairs.
Growing up in the Stratford family was not difficult. In fact, most of the growing up happened continents away in various boarding schools, where she received the best education that money could buy. Knowing she was born into wealth, however, has not produced enough motivation for the tycoon's spoiled daughter to find proper encouragement to move out from under her father's wing and start down her own path in life.
Shortly after her return from her final year of schooling, her father relocated his predominant home to Destiny City, a new thriving location with many business potentials, despite the growing concerns of gang activity.
She is not entirely happy with this decision.

Dia: The Candy Moon
Today's description of Dia: also known as Jupiter LIII, is the second-outermost known prograde irregular satellite of Jupiter. Provisionally known as S/2000 J 11, it received its name on March 7, 2015. It is named after Dia, daughter of Deioneus (or Eioneus), wife of Ixion. According to Homer, she was seduced by Zeus in stallion form; Pirithous was the issue.
The satellite is the only known small body in the Himalia group.
Dia is believed to be about 4 kilometres in diameter. It orbits Jupiter at an average distance of 12 million km in 274 days, at an inclination of 28° (to Jupiter's equator), and with an eccentricity of 0.21.
Silver Millennium's description of Dia:
One of the most prestigious candy suppliers in the Silver Millennium, the relatively small moon has an incredibly unique ecosystem that allows for the actual raising and growth of sweets. Tourism is also a profitable market for the planet (who doesn't want to visit a world full of candy) but as the candy is harvested throughout the year, sales are by far the most lucrative business for Dia over the past several centuries... because who can resist a delicious sweet?

Details/History:
Percival was the 31st figurehead of the Dian Candy Dynasty, one of the largest and most renown candy suppliers in the galaxy. Assuming the role of Dia at 18, he spent the majority of his time being a pretentious d**k.
Golden Vial - A vial, roughly the size of a finger, filled with slow moving golden liquid. The vial will always be in an unmarked pouch of any color or fabric and can be found discarded or hidden on Homeworlds or Wonders, within the depths of Mirrorspace, or within the Dark Kingdom. To use this item, you must uncork the top and drink the full dose at once. Splitting the dose will yield no effects. The golden liquid tastes sweet, but has no identifiable flavor. Once emptied, the vial will heat up and the glass will appear covered with a dozen cosmetic golden hairline fracture; the vial is not damaged in this process. Drinking this liquid guarantees that you will have some memory of a past life, regardless of your affiliation or faction. Even civilian characters will have a short memory of their past life. Only one memory may be recovered clearly, but that night you may also have vague dreams of up to three other partial memories. Mauvians can also use this but should not have memories on Mau; youma can use this item but the memories they receive should be them as a human in their most recent life. The vial can be kept as a memento.
