When the small parcel had arrived, Prissy had practically shredded the packaging to get to its contents.
Her father's friend of a friend had known a particular seamstress who had been famous for something or another when it had come to the Parisian Spring line of formalwear --- it really hadn't mattered who they were or how Daddy had come about knowing them, the fact of the matter was, Prissy had put in a very specific request and that very specific request had finally been brought to life and delivered directly to the front door of the Black mansion.
Maxwell Stratford hadn't been particularly pleased about having things sent to his precious darling's boyfriend's house but like the pushover father that he was, he'd done it at his daughter's request.
"Teddy? Teddy darling, are you around?"
Bare feet padded their way from the front door towards the hallway, bare legs leading her towards her overly pink bedroom. She'd last spotted the Persian there (during their midday beauty nap together, no less) but like her, he might have wandered off to do... well, whatever it was a Guardian did when they weren't doting on their mistresses.

Despite them having taken an afternoon beauty nap, Theodore could be found curled up in a fading sun spot in the living room half dozing. There was something truly wonderful about the sun on his pelt, warming him in a way he assumed humans liked bathing in the sun in those skimpy outfits that really covered nothing of value.
His hat rested beside him, because his head was nestled on his paws with his furry tail wrapping around the rest of his body.
Napping with a hat wasn't very practical after all, but it was kept close enough that if any unwanted pests tried to make off with it he could spring into action immediately and ward them off.
At the sound of his name being called by the sweetest voice he sprung to his paws, twitching ears indicating he'd not been sleeping at all. Scooping his hat up with his maw he tossed it up and expertly caught it on top of his head with a practiced flourish before he trotted off to locate his lady's voice.
"Yes Miss Prissy?"

She made it to the entrance of her bedroom just as her furry companion was making his exit, looking just as dapper and graceful as he always did. Without hesitating, she leaned down and scooped up the perfectly-sized Persian with one hand, keeping the other behind her back to imply there was something special she was keeping hidden.
"There you are, my handsome little man. A present I ordered has just arrived for you."
Making her way back towards the unmade bed (because why should she make a bed when there were maids to do such things for her?), she took a seat on the pink comforter and gently rested the feline down into her lap.
"I had it special made just for you, sweet boy, all the way from Paris. Close your eyes, now~."

His furry body seemed to light up in delight when Miss Prissy told him that she had a gift for him. He must've been especially good and worthy for his oh-so perfect mistress to give him a gift.
It didn't take much to have him meowing happily, claws softly kneading her lap as he made himself comfortable within in. "Oh, Miss Prissy, you didn't need to do that," he gushed, tail curling around his paws while the tip flicked this way and that in anticipation.
His eyes closed, ears flicking this way and that to keep alert but otherwise, he was there, patiently and obediently waiting for Miss Prissy to give him his specially made gift.

Her adorable little Paw-ince Charming was making a cute show of himself, sweet little noises filling her room as his claws began making biscuits on her lap. He was always such a good little man, ensuring his nails didn't tug and cause tears in her clothing or discomfort on her skin while at the same time expressing how utterly, utterly happy he was with being in her presence.
It was a shame, really, that he was a cat some days.
Once his eyes were closed, dainty fingers slipped the side of the package open and out came a pristine, flawless version of the very same hat her Guardian currently wore on his head. She had half a mind to take it off and settle the new one between his ears but she knew that without seeing it first, it might confuse her poor little furry love.
So instead, she nestled it down between his paws, just enough that the pink tips of fur could feel the silky fabric against his toe beans before finally granting him permission. "You can open them now, handsome."
Beaming with pride, she continued to coo.
"I had one of Daddy's top designers make an exact duplicate. I know it's not the same, but if something permanent were ever to happen to your precious little hat, I felt that maybe you wouldn't worry so much if you had a back-up waiting in your wardrobe."

There was something foreign interrupting his kneading and he nearly opened his eyes, but didn't because Miss Prissy hadn't told him he could yet. Instead his ears flattened and his face scrunched up.
Soon enough his mistress was telling him to open his eyes so he did and lo-and-behold there was a brand new hat.
"Oh Miss Prissy!" He chirped, tail lashing back and forth eagerly when he dipped his head so that she could change his hat. "Thank you so much!" He was purring already, the sound a rumble that she could feel when he started to gently headbutt her affectionately.

The reaction was on par with what Priscilla was expecting to receive from the pampered little Persian, the pinkette grinning down proudly as the Mauvian offered his head with the silent implication that he wanted it put on his head.
Fingers gently removed his current hat, the poor thing still spiffy, despite all the chaos it had weathered over the last year. It was set gently aside on the bedspread as she moved to settle the new one between his pointed, furry ears. It took a small bit of adjusting to get it to sit just right but when she was pleased with the final result, two fingers moved down to push his small head up by the chin until he was looking directly at her.
His purring was adorable (though quite honestly, there was nothing about her perfect little man that wasn't adorable) and she moved to press her forehead against his in a mimicked headbutt.
"You're most certainly welcome, my little candy prince," she cooed, her voice light and as happy as she felt. "You know I'd do anything for you, Teddy darling."
And with that, she leaned down and pressed a quick, affectionate kiss directly on his perfect little nose.

Theodore was ever so patient as his mistress swapped his original hat for the shiny, new replica. He looked up at her urging and if cat's could smile adoringly, he would be doing just that at the woman who was his senshi.
Eyes closed when she butted his head and his purring grew louder, his kneading more insistence against her.
But then she kissed his nose and he felt so elated that...something changed.
Pink eyes were wide as his face was smooshed against her bountiful bossom. "M-miss Prissy?!" He squeaked, startled by his sudden change in appearance and form.

One second, her beloved, precious kitten was in her face getting peppered with sweet Prissy kisses and the next, his furry forehead suddenly felt strangely smooth and a large pressure began pushing itself on her chest, weighing her down.
Pulling back, she blinked as her brain tried to register the sudden change. The Mauvian was nowhere in sight - the small Persian now replaced with a very tall, very human male, whose face had essentially planted itself smack dab in the middle of her chest.
Instinctively, hands fell to her sides and she pushed back, forcing herself towards the wall her bed was pressed against as eyes grew wide. The innocent voice that came out of the young man's mouth sounded like her precious Theodore but this... this was a man and not a Mauvian!
Still, those large pink eyes and that striped hat...
"T-Teddy?"

Pink eyes looked up at his mistress from where his face, his now human face was squished against, and he let out a whine. Theodore's entire lanky frame scrambled trying to push himself off and away because it certainly wasn't appropriate for him to be like that with her but---
He had no idea how he'd turned into this man instead of his typical cat form and yet, here he was, making a fool of himself.
"Miss Prissy!" He exclaimed, hands pushing against the bedding. Hands...against the bedding...HE HAD HANDS!
And suddenly something changed again, a poof as it were, and he was a cat again. "I don't know what's happening," he admitted in a panic.

Scrambling back to the wall, wide eyes stared at the man in the candy cane suspenders. His top hat had tumbled to the side, tan hands splayed across her bedspread as he looked at her with just about as much panic as she had towards him.
This was her sweet candy prince - but a human? He could turn human, like that mangy orange monster could? Had he always had that power??
And just like that, man returned to cat before her very eyes, the small, dark Persian now claws-deep in her bedspread, the same panicked pink eyes darting around as they'd been on the man. From the way he spoke, Theodore was as confused as she was --- and scared, to boot.
"It's okay, baby," she cooed softly as she forced her body to shift from the tense ball it'd grown to. Crawling on her hands and knees towards the Guardian, she hesitantly reached out to try to scritch the terrified feline behind his ears. "We'll... We'll figure this out, alright? You just startled me, is all. I didn't know you could go human, Teddy love!"

Now that he was small again and more liquid, Theodore pulled himself free of his mistress's grip to an empty spot on her bed. His tail curled around his frame and his ears flattened against his head when he looked at her.
"I don't know--" Theodore cut himself off as her fingers scratched between his ears because when he blinked he was no longer the sweet cat but the man again.
Very, very distressed about what was happening he scrambled back, unused to his long legs and hands with thumbs, and he knocked himself into the wall behind him with an oof.
"I can't stay here if this is happening." He told her in a panic, shoulders tense when he shook his head. "I didn't-- this is new. This hasn't happened before. Miss Prissy--" He was a cat again, shrinking against the bedding. "I don't know what to do."

Back and forth he went from cat to human, cat to human, cat to human. Pink eyes remained wide as she watched the transformation, rendered speechless by the startling sight in front of her. It was surprising enough to know that Theodore had a human side - but paws turned to fingers too quickly, little fuzzy nose growing long as the handsome, scared looking man stared back at his companion with an expression that looked as if he were about to cry.
A rare, protective instinct kicked into gear within Prissy, the young woman rising from the bed to make her way over towards the shifting mess of fur and candy-striped suspenders. Her pen was collected from within her bra and in a matter of moments, Priscilla Stratford disappeared and Eternal Sailor Dia stood in her place.
"First things first - we need to get you somewhere else. Can't have you giving away our cozy little home, sugar prince."
Seizing the opportunity when he turned feline, she scooped up the furry feline and blinked out the bedroom, taking them both to the sanctuary of the Negaverse castle. Surely they can figure out something --- or at the very least, find someone who knew what to do.
