Labyrinthite had teleported all of them; Wolfeite, Tourmaline, Aluminite and Dia. He hadn't meant to be so rough with the girls but the whole day had been an utter s**t show and well, he'd been in a hurry to get them all out. Cinnabar had interrupted Tourmaline's retrieval of Dia and had caused all of them to be forced to stick around longer than he would have like. It didn't help that he'd seen Zircon, who was supposed to be at home resting before work was done on her leg, in the middle of the battlefield, for seemingly no reason.

The general let go of them all unceremoniously, glancing at the girls with what was as close to an apologetic look as possible. "The rough handling was unintentional," he said, in the most round about way of apologizing as possible. He disappeared into the kitchen and returned with a Chinese takeout menu that he thrusted towards Tourmaline.

"First aid kits are in the bathroom down the hall and to the right. There's a separate kit for burn treatment," he glanced at Dia and her hands. "Power down," he ordered, letting his gaze shift around everyone gathered. "I have to...tend to something but I will be back momentarily."

He looked like he was going to teleport out before he hesitated, seeming to look at Wolfeite in particular. "No one leaves. Understood?"

He waited long enough to get assent before looking at Tourmaline. "Tell them to use the card on file. I'll be back in fifteen."

Then, Labyrinthite was gone.

Lieutenant Tourmaline had been practically vibrating with anger by the time Labyrinthite had snatched both she and Sailor Dia from the battlefield. Somehow he must have known that she had been only seconds away from snapping at the Youma General -- Even if he hadn't known, he had acted at just the right time.

Tourmaline had been biting down on the inside of her mouth to keep her from snarling, spitting or hissing ugly comments at him, instead yanking herself free as they were deposited into his living space. The distraction of having a menu thrust into her face was enough to make her snap out of it, though, paying just a bit more attention to everything he said afterwards.

She was the first to power down, kicking off her sneakers and nudging them out of the way with her foot. "First aid kits first, then food." She huffed at the space the General was no longer occupying, even going as far as to sticking her tongue out at the empty air (let someone rat on her for doing it). "Wolfe? You think you can get the kits. Big guy still looks like he's going to vomit on his shoes," she gestured to Aluminite, "and I want to get a better look at Prissy's arms."

Clearly not too concerned with her own wounds, Katrina paused to glance at her friend. "Priss? Priss. If you power down it should take the burnt fabric with it and we won't have to peel your sleeves off of your arms. You weren't wearing one of your sweaters when you powered up, were you? It's going to be alright."

He had followed along as docile as a pet dog with the rest of Labyrinthite's group (appearances were important, after all), Wolfeite vaguely amused by the fact that, at present, the two young women that were with him were both in shocking shades of pink, not unlike the general's hair. And Wolfeite himself was in red, which, all things considered, was somewhat ironic. Only the man, in shades of green, looked slightly out of place.

Wolfeite was relatively unharmed. And relatively uncaring about powering down, though he did not miss Labyrinthite's hard look, Wolfeite's brows raising, a slight smirk on his lips under the kerchief. He ran a gloved hand across the counter top and gave a little incline of his head that indicated he understood, dark eyes flickering across the first to lose the glamour.

Within a few seconds, the black of Wolfeite's uniform had melted away, and instead revealed a tall man in a charcoal colored sweater and black slacks, Archer sliding away to retrieve the med kits before returning. He held it out towards the girl who had asked and leaned back against the counter, other arm folded around his waist.

"What are your names?" he asked, tone relaxed, almost lazy.

They were a sight, the whole group of them. A dysfunctional team brought together by one apparently highly impatient General - the nape of her dress remained loose from the rough yanking it had received, as if she'd been dragged off like a misbehaving child instead of a lowly Lieutenant attempting to aide a superior officer.

It took several moments for her eyes to adjust to their new surroundings, a temporary distraction from the throbbing ache in her limbs. She didn't recognize the house, as nice as it looked - the General brought them to his own abode? Trusting fellow, wasn't he.

Her focus returned as Tourmaline - no - Kat approached her, concern etched into her young green eyes. She questioned her outfit - Dia's eyes darted one way, then the other, as if to silently seek confirmation that is it really okay to power down around these guys?

Katrina gave her a curt nod, clearly not about to take any of Prissy's attitude, not here, not right now.

Sighing, Dia shook her head as her glamour faded, black dress evaporating, long pink strands of cotton candy colored hair swirling away, curling off into a shorter length. Soft, fuzzy pink slippers covered her feet, paired with a matching pair of fuzzy pajamas pants, complete with the faces of doodled kittens patterned all around. Thankfully - for the sake of her arms - she had not been wearing one of her oh so comfortable sweaters, instead having donned on a silky white singlet, which allowed each and every burn on Priscilla's arms to come into clear focus.

"I didn't bother getting dressed before I left to patrol." she murmured softly, clearly embarrassed at being the most under-dressed officer in the room and feeling the need to explain her appearance. She surely couldn't be the only person who didn't see a purpose in getting dolled up before dashing out under her alter ego - what was the point?

Despite her flushed cheeks, she kept her chin up. The star seed that Cinnabar had gifted her was proving helpful after all, a burst of energy surging through her, aiding her in tolerating the pain. Extending both arms out for Kat's inspection, her head tilted, giving the lounging-against-the-counter smarmy looking gentleman the slightest of acknowledgments.

"Priscilla Stratford," she quipped, as if emphasizing the last name was supposed to mean something significant to him. "But you can call me Prissy."

Outside of Prissy's burns and Kat's scrapes, it was pretty obvious that Aluminite had received the most damage from the disaster of a fight. The front of his uniform was singed, blackened when it should have been greens and charcoals, and his entire back was shredded from the falling youma debris and the royal's hail storm. His back was a mess of angry red and open cuts, blood trickling down what little unmarred skin there.

His first desire was to leave the house and go home. He did not want to be in proximity of the general and longer than he had to.

But of course Labyrinthite had given them orders to power down and stay, so he did. The guise melted easily and frankly, despite the way the cotton of his shirt rubbed against his wounds, there was so much delight in James to be free of his chaos garb.

James didn't mind the girls, who were obviously young and frightened, shaken by the whole event but something about the other man didn't sit well with him and he watched him warily. "It's it normally polite to offer your name before asking for others?" His voice was not as firm or as steady as he would have liked but he tried.

Carefully, with slightly flushed cheeks of embarrassment, James tugged his t-shirt off hissing as the fabric scraped across his wounds. Once it was off, he discarded it to the floor grateful for the layer to be gone.

He turned to Prissy, green eyes sweeping across her arms. "I'd hoped to spare you from injury but looks like I did a piss poor job." He sighed, glancing at Archer from the corner of his eye. "My name is James." He offered no more and no less.

James' attention turned to Katrina and he looked at her ruefully. "I'm going to need help with my back, after you tend to her?"

Kat glanced in Aluminite's -- James' -- direction, nodding curtly before gently nudging Prissy towards the kitchen. She turned the water on in the sink, letting it run cold before giving her friend another light nudge. "Arms under the water. Keep them under there for a bit. It'll help with the stinging. Once some of the hurt's gone away we'll get the burns cleaned up and bandaged, alright?"

When she received a nod from the pinkette she went back to give a bit of attention to the man who had done his best to protect them.

"I -- I don't know if there's a good way to clean the cuts on your back in the kitchen with Prissy's arms in the sink. It might be best to rinse them off in the shower first and then I can clean up anything the water can't get. There's a can of wound wash in the first aid kit --" Spring green eyes shifted to the wolf. "This might go a bit faster if you helped him rinse his back off while I take care of Prissy. Then we can get food and..."

And what? Sit around and chat like nothing had happened? Bond? Make friends?

"... Wait for him to return so we know what to do next."

His brows rose. Archer's gaze flicked over Prissy's outfit with some amusement clearly evident in his eyes, though he said nothing, instead just reaching into his pocket and extracting a pack of cigarettes and a slender black lighter carved with a silver "W" on the side.

"Well, Prissy," said Archer, in a low, drawling voice as he stuck a cigarette between his teeth and pocketed the pack again. He raised his hands and clicked the lighter, a small burst of flame appearing before he lowered it and placed it back as well. "I like the pants."

He let his gaze flick to the others, resting momentarily on the one called James. Archer eased out a flickering of smoke that curled lazily around his head, one arm resting casually against his stomach, still reclined back against the counter.

"Archer," he said, after a moment, and inclined his head towards them all, but once more he looked towards James.

"What's wrong with your back?"

Despite the sound of running water blasting in front of her, Archer's voice came in loud and clear to her ears. She could feel her cheeks begin to burn as she overheard the cad's comment towards her; it was probably a good thing her back was turned to him, less he see how further embarrassed she was at being caught in her pajamas.

Letting out a curt hmph, she shot back, "I'd have Daddy buy you a pair of your own, but pink really doesn't look like it's your color Archy, dear."

A head toss sent the wave of curls back over her shoulder, wisps of hair continuing to threaten to fall into the sink as she leaned over the counter. The running water stung over her dragon-broiled sores, but she wasn't about to let any of these people know how much it hurt.

Well. Maybe Kat.

But that would be later, when there weren't a couple of strangers around to judge her any further than they were already doing.

Turning to the only other female in the room, she let out another huff. "I want chinese donuts."

James wasn't surprised that Katrina's attention was heavily focused upon Prissy because, well he'd tend to the girls first too if he wasn't so ******** up himself. He was however, mildly peeved that he'd gotten stuck with Archer who reeked of bad vibes in ways that not even Labyrinthite did. Of course, the too-tall man could have just been over-exposed to the general's bad vibes to be able to properly differentiate if Archer was on the same, or different levels, but it didn't matter.

The fact was that James didn't trust Archer, but he couldn't take care of his back on his own and with the girls preoccupied it looked like he was stuck with the slightly shorter man with a mop of brown hair.

So, he sighed and leveled a stare at the other man before jerking his head towards the bathroom that he hoped had a tub. It was going to be strange enough having to have his back washed by the other man but he really, really hoped that they wouldn't be stuck under the spray of the shower. It would be awkward and uncomfortable.

Probably more uncomfortable than having to sit on the edge of a bathtub while someone pretty much gave his back a sponge bath.

What's wrong with your back?

Irritation flared up in the usually mild man as he snapped his head up long enough to glare at Archer before grabbing him by the wrist and all but dragging him into the bathroom. "What's wrong with my back? Seriously? It's torn to shred, if you stopped smoking your 'I'm too cool for you' cigarette maybe you'd have noticed what was wrong just by looking."

Okay, so James was clearly having a rough day.

Katrina flashed James an apologetic look that she wasn't sure he would actually catch as he dragged Archer down the hall. She made a mental note to check in on the two of them as soon as she finished taking care of Prissy if only to make certain that one didn't kill the other (if asked she wouldn't say who she thought would be the first to murder who, although she was leaning strongly towards Archer in the Bathroom with a Steel Pipe ala Clue).

"I'll make sure to order you some fried dough." She nodded, pulling out her phone to quickly Google the best course of action for dealing with burn wounds outside of taking Priscilla to the hospital (which she would have done and was still tempted to do despite being given orders otherwise).

When she had what looked to be a reliable site pulled up she checked the time, setting her phone aside before giving Priscilla a gentle nudge. "Scoot over a bit so I can wash my hands, Prissy? We're going to clean the burns off and then pat them dry. There's some antibiotic ointment in the first aid kit that we can put on it-- Then we'll wrap it and get you some painkillers. We should heal faster, but..." She gave the other girl a look that said if things didn't get any better they were going to let a professional look over it, General's orders be damned.

"I also don't care what that red dragon woman said-- I wasn't trying to call you stupid or say that you weren't doing the right thing, or a good job. I just think you should've told someone else to do the lifting so you didn't get hurt."

He liked this, seeing their averse reactions to him. Something about Prissy's clear disdain and James' quiet demeanor and Katrina's snark made Archer relaxed and at ease with the rest of them, however low he thought of them. He could see the stare leveled at him by the second of the three, and Archer raised a brow at him.

"Cat - or general - got your tongue?" he asked carelessly, before there was a hand encircling his wrist and he found himself being dragged down the hallway. Archer snapped his hand immediately free, yanking it forcefully away from James' grasp, smoke curling from his cigarette up towards the ceiling.

"Don't ******** touch me. And I could give a s**t about your back, it's not my fault you can't fight."

The bathroom was at least large enough to accommodate the both of them. Archer reached around James without taking the time to ask him any more stupid questions, twisting the knob to turn the shower on. The last thing he wanted to be was helpful, but the faster this was over, the faster he could get back to more important things.

Dark eyes flicked boredly back to James.

"Strip," Archer said, sounding disinterested in the entire thing. "Five seconds."
