He hadn’t really meant to shove her that hard. Centisima hoped she hadn’t seen his wince when she hit the floor, quickly wiping his expression clean of any sympathy. Her magic had faded away, dissolved to nothing and he was grateful to be free of that sticky nonsense.
"No, I don’t think that’s going to work for me," he told her and then glanced away quickly, not imagining she’d get up and in attack in the time it would take for him to check out what was happening. "Aw s**t. It moved." The skeleton beast had shifted further away and was, though it was hard to tell from the distance, having a grand old time with Scholomance and a few others.
"Change of plans. We’re attacking the guy in the middle," he added a jovial lilt to his voice as he simply reached down to grab her arm and pluck her forcefully up from the ground. He shifted her so that her back was to her chest, one hand wrapped around her right forearm and the other on her left wrist. It could have been an almost intimate position, if there wasn’t such a heavy threat of violence involved.
"Walk or I hit you," Centisima warned as he continued to manhandled towards the middle of the room. Now that the way was clear and Sabazios was busy, Blaine looked like an easy target. "You got any magic left, you use your little candy ball trick on that guy."

Are you going, little one? The senshi cast her spell, as the General's cane was turned in hand to thwack curiously at the forming ring of stones. It wasn't unlike that one eternal's beads. Only it didn't, as Schörl stepped forward again, prevent proceeding this way or that. It wasn't a cage. The draining feel of energy lost was plain. Like teleporting as a captain. I don't have to touch you to drain you, either, child. Funny fancy, a senshi that drains energy? Are you keeping it? Taking it? Feeding on it? Or just wasting it.
"Yes, the danger must be growing For the magic keeps on sowing And the senshi are not showing Any signs that they are going."
They'd grow dim in a wink. Indistinct in the moment the General lifted a hand to touch and unclasp the paws of Barbary at her bound shoulder. Flat, he pulled them out from beneath the stones and rope without much trouble, though there were flaking, ashy lines on the backs of his paws. He spindled to the ground. Raised as a living rug. And Lunged.
Barbary passed, with a silent-movie roar, right through the senshi girl without effect.
Who did she look to? So innocent, so desperate. What was that 'clack' so near on the ground. Schörl looked back along her shoulder. There was a man there with a cane, and a funny smile. The colors of Saturn marked him well. The stones and rope chain fell away, spent.

Should energy drain attacks effect hp for this event? Or just be understood as effecting energy/teleports/etc ? ( Also, on rolling for effect...since this isn't moving to a new square, maybe shouldn't roll again? Is it just on a move to a new square? Or is it any given 24 hours? or something else for the controlling new rolling that I blindly missed orz.... Either way, no effect here. )

"DON'T HOBBLE AWAY, YOOUUUF-" Haüyne's passionate declamation was cut short on the countersmack. It thudded hollowly, the way contact tended to through the human chest cavity. At least the black hole there didn't seem to effect the acoustics or structural integrity. Being on stilty-boots meant having to pop back a few steps to cough.
Not too bad. Nah, not as bad as Lickstick's whip. Little pip gotta anger thing goin' onnnnnwat the biggun all comin' for a party? Things were gettin' better n' better. BoneBrigade was makin' it's sweet time all up in the grill of all the shiny people. No problems with that. Could it talk? Or would it? Did it ....reason? Was it a friend? Maybe it was. Maybe it was more like...it hated the shiny people more, and everyone else just a bit less and would eat their faces later.
But that could be dealt with later. Right now, having a hand with the crowd was a lot more welcome. Then somehow dragging off the winnings from this castle, rock, spooky holiday place. Manderley the Estate made even larger and grander, if it were possible.
"Eat it, Tiny! By the Sword! " The Corrupted called out the blood longsword and hucked it across the space that had opened between self and the Page (Aokigahara).

Sailor Scout Attack: By the Sword! How it Works. Sandrine drags two nails of one hand along the 'wrist' dagger of the other hand, then summons out from there a thin sword of magical blood. Range. The sword acts as a projectile, throwing no more than 15 ft. Duration. Instantaneous (like magic missle) Damage Summary. The sword makes surface-wounds; it is not corporeal enough to be used to inflict stabbing wounds in any way. In the case of blows that are thin-skinned areas (like the neck), the 'surface area wound' only still applies! It leaves deeper wounds on an arm than it would at the neck or under an arm where it might become OP by cutting an artery. More severe damage is only allowable by other player's consent and preference. Weaknesses. It takes practice to aim the projectile, as it doesn't have the benefit of an aiming position like a bow. An enemy that blocks it with their weapon dispels it. Frequency of Usage. Twice a battle

Zhou Yi, Senshi of the Sesshoseki // Sector 03 Health: 100 Magic: 1/2 Can cause 10 damage.
Zhou Yi was pretty sure that she was tripping balls at this point, especially when the world suddenly inverted in front of her eyes. There was a cracking sound and her magic seemed warped somehow; what was going on here? Why did the environment suddenly react in such a strange way? Did she just do that?
She was floating and things were passing through her, was this what it was like to be a ghost? She wondered. One thing for sure was that Zhou Yi was not going to stick around to find out; especially because Schorl was talking in riddles and in all honesty, giving her the willies. She really disliked these chaos types. Especially the ones who were clearly insane.
Staying true to her word the Senshi of the Sesshoseki moved over towards Hy-Brasil, the magic that effected her dispersing and suddenly the red head found herself standing next to the two Knights. "That was pretty awesome! So what's the plan? I mean, we have a plan, right?"
God, she hoped there was a plan. She would take instruction!

Dia, Senshi of Candy // Forcibly moved to Sector 5 by a BIG BULLY Centisima Action: Drama Queening it up Health: 80
She yelped as the taller senshi took hold of her, manhandling her in ways no other man had ever dared to attempt to touch her.
"You must be a real charmer with the ladies, buddy." The pinkette huffed, giving his hands a minor struggle as she squirmed. No go. His grip was far too tight, far too uncomfortable and the fact alone that he was playing her as a puppet and moving her closer to the very bad looking monster was enough to send a chill down her spine. "I-Is that why you're here, messing around with a bunch of monsters and girls? Couldn't get a date tonight?"
He instructed her to hit the gentleman with the candy piece, which made her scowl even more. It was one thing to drag her around, it was another thing to make her a weapon of his own use.
"I can't hit anything if you're holding me down, darling."
Her head turned back to give him an innocent smile. "You'd have to let me go for me to do that."

"I am actually," he responded with a grin she could probably hear but not see, tightening his grip when she tried to struggle. "Unfortunately for you, I don’t consider you a lady and don’t see the point in giving you any special treatment. You gave up that right when you joined the dark side."
Centisima had bullied her into sector five (with a whole bunch of hair and ribbons everywhere that he was trying not to step on and trip over) and Blaine was straight ahead, tinkering with whatever it was, some fancy contraption that he didn’t plan on touching at any point. He met the Corrupt’s smile with a quirked eyebrow and a flash of teeth that was not quite a threat and not quite a grin.
"Let’s see what we can do about that," he purred and shifted his left hand from her wrist to her forearm, and then squeezing in warning before letting her right arm free. He figured letting her toss anything from a non-dominant hand wouldn’t do any good. It made sense to also try grabbing a hunk of her hair, just to keep her in line.
"Now do it or I break your arm."

Sabazios lingered against the far wall, waiting for the gathering of senshi to pursue it. They had not yet left sector 5 where Blaine remained, which meant the ancestral knight could not continue further in his work. The creature found it an ill turn of events, but all was not yet lost - in death, there was permanence. Perhaps there would not be time to resurrect itself now, but they could reassert themselves a year from now, a decade from now, a century from now. Nothing compare to the long, ugly wait of a millennium spent in exile from the living world.
The advent of the quarantine that descended over the building gave the creature information about the still-working intricacies of the wonder. It still maintained enough magical wherewithal to cast the veil over itself and call those who might assist into battle. They would require excessive care, then, to avoid tripping such an alarm in the future.
And yet, it could be accomplished. Perhaps not immediately, but there would be a time. These wonders were not impervious to sabotage or deferred maintenance.
The searing proximity of Hyperborea's Cosmos aspect broke the creature from its thoughts, and it hissed derisively. More bone broke from its exterior, two long calcified ligaments that attached shoulders to neck, along with the more natural bone of additional ribs. Part of its pelvis started to disintegrate. Sabazios sustained roughly half the damage it thought itself capable of tolerating, and was willing to expend no further. Shortly before Eros' magical arrow struck it, the creature pulled itself into an ethereal existence once more and withdrew from the battlefield entirely by passing through the Ossuary wall.
With the threat no longer in the vicinity, Scholomance's quarantine protocols lifted almost immediately. The rippling barrier preventing all from entering the campus started to retreat toward the top of the building, and the gloomy cast of light within the Ossuary neutralized to its typical white. The location felt brighter, somehow. Light no longer arrived in diffuse and ineffectual hazes, instead cutting through windows as hints of moonlight that pooled on the floor. Soon, those within Scholomance who were not its knight would find themselves forcibly expunged from the wonder, sent to whence they came with the same lack of ceremony.
During this time, Blaine knew only the burning passion of anger, and while his lack of life left him striking at nothing more than air when he sought the nearest party, he did not find himself discourage. Never before had he been seized with such a freeing sense of rancor, not when his mind so often cautioned him against taking physical action, so he left himself to it freely as Scholomance began redacting its quarantine. Swipe after useless swipe he took, even as more of the members within the wonder were ejected from its premises, and yet he did not find himself thwarted. Soon, when the only two entities within Scholomance were its current knight and himself, he targeted his descendant just the same, but found the burning need withering in his breast before he crossed the full distance.
In the freshly returning fear of consequence, even Blaine abandoned those halls.
Nothing stirred now, and Scholomance himself remained in the silent halls of the Ossuary. One of its arches complained from magical duress, but he took no notice of it. Sabazios was gone, he noted, Blaine was gone, and all those who arrived at the wonder were gone. With that came a cold loneliness that refused to abate.
He would encounter the creature in the future, he determined at last, as he approached the dais in the center of the room. There, Blaine's contraption still rested, unblemished by the surrounding fighting. Scholomance seized the relic carefully, and held it upright to avoid spilling the strange, viscous concoction within. He did not linger any further, however, and soon the halls of the Ossuary knew no stir of life.

Unfortunately, I had to cut this short due to mounting real-life circumstances. I realize it was bad timing on my part to run the event when I did, as the shop may have encountered a saturation point for ORPs and similarly structured happenings. Additionally, there was some bad design elements on my part which left a lot of people confused and uncertain how to proceed while operating within the boundaries set for this event. This is an abrupt conclusion but I will not have the required free time to spare for an event of this nature in the coming weeks.
For IC information purposes, this event lasted about an hour and occurred at the time of its setpost, which is March 08 2016. Sabazios was not taken down, having retreated successfully, and all characters who participated in this event are free to be aware of this fact! If anyone wants to RP with Scholomance after returning to earth, or any of my characters for any reason, please PM/AIM me as I do not have a plot thread anymore!

Eros stumbled to a hault as the magical arrow she'd released sailed right through where the monster had been floating, menacing the crowd. It had been there just moments before, but now... it was gone, as though it had never been here to begin with.
The short senshi stumbled as she darted looks about, confusion written across her features. She hadn't seen it take the hit and there was no sense that her magic had actually hit anything. It left her with a weirdly dissatisfied feeling, coupled with the knowledge that the very first time she ever used her magic, she hadn't ******** hit anything. Go figure.
With nothing left to threaten anyone or anything here, the protections that had gone up seemed to be powering down again. Or whatever they were, really... there was a lot of this she didn't understand, starting with how she'd even gotten here in the first place and ending with what the HELL that ghost dude had been doing. Where she was fit in there somewhere, but none of her questions would see any sort of answers tonight.
As the protections fell, whatever had called her here decided it no longer needed her and Eros felt a swooping in her stomach before Earth suddenly materialized around her. Confusion left her standing awkwardly, sweeping her gaze about to get her bearings. It... seemed to be the same place she'd been when she had been pulled off world... and the idea that maybe she had hallucinated the whole thing crept into her mind. After her unusual awakening, though, Eros was reluctant to label anything a hallucination without proof that it wasn't real.
Further investigation was required, but she wasn't going to get any questions answered tonight. The short senshi turned to begin her long trek home, her mind whirling with what had happened and what she'd seen.
That knight, Scholomance... she recognized him. He might be a good place to start getting some answers.

Hy-Brasil looked at Zhou as the girl started asking if there was a plan. She sure as hell didn't have one considering that she barely knew what was happening. Still, she supposed she needed to come up with something before they were attacked again.
She looked over to the Scholomance to see if maybe he had any idea what to do considering this was his wonder and he had helped them get some space away from the officer and corrupt. It was at this point though that things in the middle of the room began to happen and drew the page's attention.
For a moment she thought that maybe someone had managed to defeat the monster but no, he had merely retreated. And with his monster not there to protect him Blaine also made a hasty retreat as well. Hy turned to say something to Scholomance but at that abrupt moment whatever had called her to the Wonder decided she was no longer needed and whisked her back to where she had been.
Standing on the rooftop Hy blinked at the abrupt switch in scenery before sighing. Things just can't ever be relatively normal. At that point she was over dealing with knightly duties for the night and turned herself in the direction of home.
Myrrha had watched as the creature was pushed back by her comrades in arms. The teen felt a small thrill of pride at having dealt some damage even it was not of equal amount to the damage that she had sustained herself. Still suffering from the cloud of gas that flooded the sector she was in Myrrha coughed violently before hunching over. Holding a hand to her nose she made a move to follow into another sector before her surroundings blurred.
The sensation of once again being moved through time and space washed over her. Myrrha coughed again before her gaze took in her surroundings. At realizing that she had been returned to the point where she had been summoned from earlier in the night caused her to scratch her head in confusion. Apparently the need for her to assist was no longer evident. Shaking off the weirdness Myrrha sighed before continuing on her patrol. She needed to get better at this.

What would her next move be in this battle? From where she remained in the shadows of one corner, her back pressed against one of the wonder's walls, she noted that the monster seemed to have vacated the immediately adjacent space to pursue a fight elsewhere.
Meanwhile, Blaine remained in said space. She could follow after the monster or target Blaine, consequently either choice involved joining in attempts in subduing one of the two.
However, after taking one step, her surroundings shifted abruptly and again, she recognized after several beats of moment that she had been returned to Earth, to Destiny City.
Her gradual sweeping vision accompanied a 360 degree turn as well as looks up at the sky in bewilderment. When her puzzled questions remained unanswered as to what had just transpired, she decidedly said an inward prayer of concern. And then, she directed her next steps toward home.
