References: Physically, think like these: one, two, three, four, five. Hairstyle usually closer to one, two, and four, but color is usually closer to three and five. Rosy pink eyes. 5’11”, skinny, pale, low-key gives off the air of someone who either has or would sleep peacefully inside a dumpster as long as there wasn’t any scheduled trash pickup for the next morning.
For his general vibe as a senshi, I’m thinking “slutty Viking costume from Spirit Halloween, but like, make it a senshi”—e.g., one, two, three.
Tiara -- Maybe something kind of like these? Like, a reddish-gold circlet around his head for the base (like the headband version on the left), with little horns up front and a cyan gem around the center like the classic senshi tiara?
Choker -- Classic sailor choker is cool!
Collar -- Traditional senshi collar is A+, maybe in the icy blue with the lines done in cyan (but it’s cool to change the colors around if that doesn’t end up looking right)
Bodice -- For first stage, white crop-top, like you took an actual sailor uniform top from a Japanese school, made it a crop-top, and cut off the sleeves?
Chest Bow -- Reddish-orange. Maybe something like the braided headband in this ref? Like, the same braided fabric idea but tied in a chest bow?
Brooch -- Same reddish-gold as his tiara, round, at the center of the chest bow. Maybe something similar to this brooch with the border around the central design (NOT the intricate knot-work art though), with the centerpiece being his symbol, inlaid in whichever blue or cyan shade looks nicer? For his symbol, I’m thinking something kind of like the depiction of Grendel from mythology on the cover of John Gardner’s novel? Like, a profile of a vaguely humanoid monster with its head tilted back, roaring up at nothing, just cut off at the bust and fully silhouetted?
Sleeves -- N/A
Gloves -- White and elbow-length like a traditional senshi glove, maybe with fur/fuzzy lining around the top, in his reddish-orange?
Buttbow -- Maybe something like the belts on this ref or this one? Reddish orange belt at the top of his skirt, tight, with an attached butt-bow in the same color?
Bottoms -- Something like this ref’s skirt? Icy blue mini-skirt, no pleats or anything, but slits up the sides (maybe not quite as high as the ref to keep things Gaia-safe, with cyan for the lacing)? If possible, some reddish-orange fur lining around the bottom (like so)?
Shoes -- Knee-high boots with a low heel and fur lining around the top. Same color pattern as the skirt, maybe? Icy blue, cyan laces, reddish-orange fur?
