Short history and her feelings on some things
Haru is a cache baby, her stone was damaged which cause her blindness. Haru is unable to see shapes or colors. She can sense movement on air currents, she can't see light, color or shadows. Her parents died long ago, so she never knew them. She was raised in the orphanage, she was well cared for by the caretakers, but Hara always had a fiery temper inside her. She never let her blindness slow her down in what she wanted to do. She was never really judged or harmed in the orphanage or because of being a cache baby, ever child in the orphanage had their own story and Haruna was no different.
She was however mocked for her lack of desire to make friends, perhaps the damage to her stone cause her personality to be so different from other imps perhaps not. Haru didn't want to form a family group in the orphanage and was worried over that she wasn't adjusting well. That she needed friends and love to grow as a being. To which Haru pushed all attempts away since it wasn't what she wanted. Even though Haru was treated differently at the orphanage because of this her anger level was still fairly low.
Finally Haru was sent to the academy to begin her studies as a freshling. Haru learned quickly to read braille in order to read for her classes, what sparked life into Haruna's world was the first time she touched clay in an elective art class. She wasn't bothered by the clay stuck in her fur, if anything it was one of the few things that made her smile, made her happy. Haru had nothing to distract her and she began creating things from her imagination. Wonderful, flowing abstract piece, she would hear music in her head and then she would create what the sound felt like to her.
Haru finished her freshling classes and moved on to her junior year to learn more about creating art pieces. Trying her hand at working with, wood, stone, different types of clay. She tried her hand at painting, but she hated it and grew very angry in her attempts. Ripping and throwing the canvas. Hara has struggled with her temper for most of her life. Not because of her blindness or the fact that she never had parents. Just something about Har always burned hotter than some of the other freshlings.
Senior year Haru found her true heart in the form of art that sang to her heart. She felt like it had something to do with clay, but it was when she touched a face of a Chimera volunteer for the first time. Haruna's heart beat so fast she felt the planes of the persons face. Then she that feeling Hara was able to make a sculpture of the Chimera. Haru felt the piece and created something of a masterpiece. Those who could see were shocked that a blind imp was able to make such a creation. To Haru irritation. Haru had done just about everything for herself, besides having a teacher her how to read braille since there was no way for her to decode the bumps to mean words by herself.
This Haru knew this was her calling, creating art with her hands, feeling her subject and bringing them to life. Her next step in life is to attend University. She feels something is missing in her artwork, she wishes to learn more so she can do more and make her art more lifelike.
Haru feels little about her own race, she didn't connect well with other students freshling, junior or senior year. So she never built her own extended family, as some other orphaned imps did.
Haru has always pushed others away, fearing they would again mock and judge her for not acting like a proper imp. For not wanting to build an adoptive family. On some level Haru worries she is damaged, perhaps something was wrong with her and she was better off alone. Her temper, her blindness?? All Haru's insecurities holding her back from making any real friends. Perhaps one day she would meet someone who had the strength of will to break down her walls, but it hasn't happened yet.
Haru was a student of Arkham, and she liked it for the most part though at times she was annoyed by wishy washy art students. She hates anyone who thinks she needs to be babied or coddled because she can't see. Haru intends to go to Grendel to learn more about art. Haru hopes that going to Grendel university will be her chance to turn over a new leaf, to perhaps find a friend. Maybe even get past all her insecurities and find love some day?? Haru hopes she will find others who will understand her and help her learn more about her craft. Clay covered fur and all.
Personality flaws and strengths
Haru often lets little things get to her, she is angered by others pitying her. She is angered by artwork that doesn't go well. She is prone to fits of temper. Breaking things when she is angry. She is forced to sit and count to one hundred when she gets into these moods to regain her focus.
Haru can be aggressive at times, especially when someone suggestions that she needs help. She does her best not to be cruel to those just trying to help her, but sometimes she can come off as cold, when she is rejecting help. Often coming across passive aggressive.
She is courageous, no matter how many times she fell down as a freshling Hara always got back up. No matter how many times, she walked into something learning the layout of an area she has never asked for help and will never give up.
She is also tenacious in her will to keep working on her art and her will to keep trying. When Hara gets a desire in her head, she refuses to let it go.
Haru has a deep-set insecurity about herself, fear her flaws, her anger, her blindness. Are faults no one will ever be able to deal with and care about her. To see that she is a determined, passionate artist. One who loves chocolate and loves the feel of clay in her fur. Messy as it might be.
Passionate, though Haru sometimes tries to hide how much she feels about things, like art, chocolate, the feel of clay in her fur. Haru feels everything to extream levels. She isn't just an angry blind imp. She is just afraid to show her passion to others, out of fear of being mocked and rejected.

Above all else Hara likes control, she likes to control her art. She likes to control her environment. She has been a lousy roommate, because of this fussing about strange scents brought into the dorm.
Hara loves chocolate it is one of her biggest weaknesses and she does her best to hide it from others.

Weakness and losing. Hara hates weakness, but not in her blindness, she hates being last-place, she hates, losing in art contests. She strives to be better. She does not consider her blindness a factor. Clearly if she lost it was her weakness and her piece wasn't good enough.

A smart-mouthed peer just told your Nightmare that they're a failure to their race. How do they react?
Haru stood on the playground listening to the annoying fool. The imp before her's voice sounded older to her, but Haru couldn't really be sure, since she couldn't see him and never would. Haru wasn't about to see anything, she could however sense his movements. Feel him moving about in an adjatatied manner. The boy seemed to think he knew how she should act, how she should feel, and he was wrong, but didn't seem to want to listen to what Haru wanted. Which was to be left alone. Haru didn't wanted to play with the other children and this boy was just keeping her from working on her art by telling her she was a failure to the imp race. Haru tried not to care what he thought about her, but it wasn't easy. Right now all she wanted to do was go back inside and color and hide away from the other orphans.
"So what I don't have friends and don't want a big family, leave me alone you fool I want to go color." She listened to him continue that she should come play and talk to the other children. "I don't want to, just leave me alone, I don't want to make friends." She tried to brush his comments off like they were nothing, but deep down they hurt her badly. Was Haru broken? Was she a failure as an imp?? Is that why her parents had left her stone in the cashe instead of weakening her or taking her with them?? Then he told her.
She needed help because she wasn't nice and pleasant like other imps of their kind. Finally lost her temper and decked him she growled anger filling her blood. "You fill not fix me!! You don't understand the first thing about me!!" Haru ended up in the counselor's office once again for letting her temper get away from her once again. Haru hated it when people suggested she was broken because she wasn't sweet and nice like other imps. Really what the hell?? Not everyone was the same, she hated it even more when others suggested she was bitter and angry because she was blind or an orphan.
Haru listened to the questions "Why was she so angry, why didn't she want to make friends and be happy like the other children??" Why couldn't anyone understand that Haru didn't want to let anyone else in, she just wanted to color in peace was that so much for a freshling to ask?? Then no one would ever get close enough to break her heart?? She sorta understood why she pushed others away, but Haru didn't feel like she could tell anyone how she felt. After all, they would likely try to hug her and tell her she was perfect the way she was and Haru didn't feel like she was.

Personality: Gwen is a bit clueless when it comes to normal emotions, she prefers the lines of science. Except when it come to plushies, Anara and Lithe. Gwen wishes she could spend more time with them. Sadly her junior year has been a bit too quiet and lonely having not seen either of them lately. Gwen loves all things science, she had been working on a hallowed study project when she was little, but she later dropped it in favor of studying other things.

Personality: Coco is a shy sweet little artist, Coco has been trying to gain a little more confidence since she entered the academy when she was a freshling. Recently Coco met a beautiful, confident, happy imp named Calypso. Coco is nervously optimistic that they might become a couple someday. Still mostly nervous. Coco is into all things painting in all mediums.
Family: Coco doesn't have a family, she was a cashe stone. She lived in an orphanage before she was allowed entrance into nightmare academy.

Profile:
Coco came to the academy from the orphanage, she never knew her parents whoever the being or beings were, she doesn't know why they gave her up. Coco as a freshling was very shy, she has trouble looking people in the eye and getting her point across at times. She met one friend freshling year a little one named Milo, they met in the art room in the academy. Coco warmed up to them and they became her first friend. She was greatly saddened when they stopped coming around and Coco was once again alone. Later Coco went to a freshling group class with two other nice freshlings, there she learned to make things with dough, learning slowly how to speak to other freshlings even though she was still shy.
Coco is a painter she loves to paint, junior year she even went to the spring prom in a white dress made rainbow by splatters of paint. She thought she looked foolish till she met Calypso who told her that she was beautiful. Coco and Calie started dancing their first connection was made, Coco warmed more and more. Her heart glowing with happiness of the connection she had found with Calie. Coco went on a date with Calie where they made a clay vase together. It was then that Coco became sure that they were a couple and feel in love with Calypso. Coco is a total squish gentle hearted being, even when she was bitten by an infected and became an infected herself, she was unable to badly hurt others. She mostly ended up wandering around confused until she was taken and healed from the infected curse that had entered her blood. She still bears the mark on her arm where she was bitten. Coco's life for the most part has been calm and peaceful living at the academy dorms.
She has grown from freshling to senior under the care of the caretakers. Coco tried to keep to herself when the infected attacked, but she was taken into a group. By Kingston a grimm, Vanna a chimera and Eilwen a chimera. Coco grew very fond of them all even though she tried to keep them from getting close to her at first. When she was panicking at the start of the attack. Coco wears the bracelets that Kingston, Vanna and Eliwen made for her. Being with them has effected her greatly, her experiences during the attack. Trying to find the lost freshling, becoming more brave. Coco has grown a great deal since she first arrived at the academy.
Coco thinks demons are fine and she accepts all the other races as well, she doesn't have a race she likes less or more than any other. Since the dorms are the only home Coco has ever known, she likes the school and dorms, but she doesn't really have anything to compare it to. Coco really just wants to graduate from the academy, continue painting and then perhaps marry and mate with Calypso. Coco loves painting, she loves her girlfriend Calypso, she loves doing anything that has to do with art. Coco paints, makes things from clay, writing, reading, spending time with her girlfriend.
Strengths: Sweet, Coco is sweet, she is rarely harsh or mean to anyone, she has a very gentle touch about her nature.
Non violent, even infected Coco had a hard time hurting others, it is deeply ingrained in her being not to hurt others.
Creative Coco is extremely creative, she loves to paint, draw, create with her hands.
Forgiving, Coco doesn't hold a grudge even if the infected who bit her came to her for help she would still forgive them and give them a second chance.
Faults: Overly trusting, Coco opens her heart to others quickly and she gives a great deal to others even if they might hurt her.
Shy Coco has gotten better, but she is still painfully shy with new people.
Non violent Coco is very non violent, she doesn't want to hurt others, she would rather heal than hurt. So she is slow when it comes to defending or attacking. Which can put her at risk.
Easily distracted, Coco likes shinny objects and her art which can easily distract her from doing other things she should be doing.

Aedus came to the below as a freshling, he was very angry at his parents he didn't want to leave the Above where he thought it was the only place he would ever be happy. Aedus like the sun and the familiars of the Above and didn't want things to change. He was very bitter towards nightmares and hybrids when he first arrived in the Below. When Aedus was a freshling he met Niamh a fey who he thought would understand how home sick he was till he realized that she was awaken in the Below and never saw the Above.
He attempted to push her away, but she kept asking about his book. Niamh was the first being Aedus really connected with he gave her a familiar from his frist breeding of his crocobees. Which was a huge gift for Aedus because he loves familiars so much. From freshling into junior Aedus has loved familiars and takes them to his dorm or his parents house as often as he can. Junior year the infected attacked the school, Aedus and many other students stood as strongly as they were able to and fought as long as they could. Aedus was gravely scared physically during the battle his body is riddled with scars. In the final battle X plucked out Aedus's left eye.
Leaving Aedus blind in that eye. An event that could have made Aedus more bitter and angry has actually helped him a great deal. Aedus stood shoulder to shoulder with nightmares, hybrids and daydreams alike. He realized his petty prejudiced feelings were foolish. Aedus also only feels rage towards the infect and blames no one else for his losing his eye. Aedus is the son of two middle class elves, who decided that it would be good for Aedus to learn the ways of the Below. Both were killed in the attack of the infected. His parents loved him dearly and Aedus regrets being angry with them for bring him to the Below. He wishes every day that he had told them how much he loved them.
Meeting Niamh effected Aedus greatly helping him learn to be more kind, he loves her dearly and is very glad that she was saved after the infected attack. When he passed out he feared she would go off with the infected queen and he would lose her forever. Aedus has always thought the elves were the greatest race ever. After the infected battle he has come to see that every race is important and willing to fight to protect their school. Once Aedus hated his school but except for any time he was able to do something with a familiar. Now he is grateful the school still stands after the battle. Aedus wants to either breed familiars or became a vet for familiars. Aedus loved familiars, pizza, Niamh, sunny skies, flowers, Aedus dislikes the infected, darkness, beings being cruel to familiars and other animals. Care for his familiars, going out with Niamh.
Strengths: Courageous Aedus was not afraid to face the infected even after he was wounded several times. He continued to fight till he could fight no more.
Big heart for familiars, Aedus has a huge heart for familiars and will give them the shirt off his back to keep them warm.
Confident Aedus has always believed in himself he doesn't let anything or anyone shake that, even losing his eye or having scars on his body, he still believes in himself and his ability to win Niamh's affection if he seeks it.
Tenacious Aedus clings to a great many things, his love for familiars, his love for Niamh. His belief that the strong should not hurt the weak. Aedus even at his most selfish times still holds a set of morals and ideals.
Faults: Aedus is stubborn if he is set in doing something a certain way it takes a great deal to change his mind. For example Aedus would not likely have changed his mind about nightmares and hybrids without the infected attacking the school.
Aggressive Aedus was one of the first to attack the infected, and when he was a freshling he got in a fight with another freshling in the library.
Cocky, Aedus has always been brash and rough edged always believing that he is right, and even though he has learned a great deal about other nightmares, hybrids and the below this is unlikely to change.
Selfish Aedus puts his needs and the needs of those he cares deeply for above that of some others. This however isn't always the case in desperate situations such as the infected attack. Where he was willing to lay down his life to help the other students.
