lightmeonfire✰» ˚ After four years on the Island, Dakota's personality has shifted to a more somber and quiet. There is no longer a need to joke around, play goofy. Marriage has settled him down, and while he gives a little bit of compliments, they are conversation fillers. His lack of communication comes from pushing the last of his friends on the island away, and the constant rescue missions.
There is no longer a drive to protect others, as his former moon division self required and took pride in. With the Island ruining most of his expriences, Dakota doesn't have a happy outlook and is really just preparing when the island finally kills him.

lightmeonfire✰» ˚ With the change in Dakota, Came a change with Chama. She's comforting, motherly, easy to temper but very protective of Dakota. She is the one constant in his life besides Candace and thus, is one of the only things that matter.

- Mist Hunters are the toughest division by far to be in. They are expected to continuously update themselves with all the other division duties, though to a lesser extent, for example, if working with the Death Division, they would also be expected to gather intel, but perhaps not know as well the extent of why they are doing it - Because of their jack-of-all-trades role, Mist Hunters are required to be extremely flexible in their schedules. They are the division that the other divisions call in when one member in their dispatch team is missing. They are the division that have the ability to "fill in" for other divisions. - Mist Hunters, due to their experience in all the other divisions, are excellent solo operators. If there are solo missions, usually a Mist Hunter is the first person to be dispatched, as they have the ability to understand all aspects of the division, not just heavily focus on one, and execute a small mission from beginning to completion with the most success. Because of their resourcefulness, Mist Hunters also are extremely valued in Deus Ex Machina, but few trainees graduate to being a Mist Hunter - It is by far, required of Mist Hunters to learn all the activities of the other divisions. Instead, they simply must be prepared for the fact that they may need to learn extra roles and duties, or assume a filler-in role when the time is needed. While fast learning and adaptability is often an asset for their division, several Mist Hunters often begin to focus a little more on a couple of divisions. - Lastly, Mist Hunters are often proud of their adaptability and resilience: because of this, they are also known as the special-ops division.
lightmeonfire✰» ˚ Dakota reigns from a long line of Native american "Wiseman and Women" of a small tribe in the American Native American Reserves. He has what his tribe would call as the Seeing eye, a term they refer to when one of their tribes can see the happening of the other realms. His mother and Grandparents are the only other living who have the Eye, if not a weaker Seeing eye then Dakota himself. His tribe is also known to move around the reserves set up, a sort of nomadic tribe if you may. He is quite aware of the real world, and is not a backwater woods simpleton.
Dakota used his seeing eye though to scare children or even the adults of his villages. Because his family (Beside his younger sister) we're the only ones that could see any of the other world beings, he took advantage and made them bigger and badder to his peers, scaring them all for his own amusement. That all ended though when his Tribe was engulfed in what the authorities said was a Forest fire. In his attempt to save his sister (Who he had scared into her room because of his stories), he saw for the first time, a clear Fire engrossed LARGE Demon. It scared him, terrified him actually as he usually only saw minor beings and made him realize that those meaningless shadows had actual meant something, they we're warnings to make sure he didn't get to big of a head. In his troubles with the fire (trying to get his sister AND Escape from the big bad man), he was badly burned on his arm and keeps it bandaged up to hide the scar. As of now though, he takes shame in the fact that he was so scared easily and is attempting to find the Demon again.
