It had taken a couple of months for Dakota to figure out, fund and execute his training. He had talked to all sorts of hunters, taking extra days to help with Death duties as well as his moon ones and finishing up talking to life techs.
The end result was a plan to train his team members with all the tools nesscary.
Early in the morning on the training field, Dakota stood staring at the sun. The phone in his hand beeped with the text messages he had sent out to the members he had chosen. He hoped that they would show...because if not, he'd have to reformulate the team all over again.Quote: Text to Hunters: Please come meet at Training fields in 15 minutes for a small debriefing.

A hand attempted to cover her face from the hot sun, as she walked along the sides of the training field, finally running along the last sketch to catch up to Dakota. More pockets adorned her side, showing briefly under her coat, filled with preparations. Saya was prepared.. or tried to be!
Also, she was prepared with breakfast. As she neared Dakota, a ziploc bag of lucky charms was slowly disappearing from the intermediate's hands, marshmallows first. Saya was caught briefly giving a lumpy rainbow marshmallow a intense stare, frowning slightly. These rainbows were different colors-- Where was her minion toy?
"Morning Dakota hero! D-did you finally finish?"
A minion toy peeked out from the bottom of the ziploc.

Should she or shouldn't she...? It didn't seem like the best idea to be honest, but well...what was the worst that could happen? It wouldn't be the first time she tried it, and--
--Yeah. Yeah, she was going to do it.
Brows furrowed and tongue sticking out of the corner of her mouth, Eva stared at Dakota's back intently, creeping up on him as quietly and as quickly as she could. The moment she was within range, she promptly launched herself at his back, arms circling his neck as she clung to him.
"Morning, Gumdrop!" Grinning, she hung there for a second before dropping back onto the ground and turning her attention to the other girl who was present. "Hey there, Saya!" She held out her arms out to Saya then, looking rather expectant.

At last, the long-awaited text had arrived. Wilson had been expecting a message from Dakota about a training session. He yawned, one arm draping over the bedside before closing the message and sliding out of bed. The hunter rolled his neck a couple times, bones cracking before he finally walked out the door and toward the field.
The three of them would find the young man casually strolling backwards like he always did. A quick turn of the neck revealed a dimpled grin before he spun around to formally face the trio. “Hey! Is Ryan not here yet?” he mused, looking around for the grumpy blond.

"Guess not, shame on him." Came the reply from behind Wilson, before he poked the same hunter in the back of the neck. To be honest, Ryan hadn't realized he had even got a text until he checked his phone and since it was from Dakota, he figured whatever it was it could wait until after a shower and a change of clothes. Turns out he probably should have checked his phone sooner than later, since the text had involved the others as well. Fortunately, it was evident that he he did read it shortly after, given that he hadn't even bothered to dry his hair before coming to the field and that it was still noticeably damp.
"Morning guys." He gave the others a look and friendly wave, his gaze lingering on Saya slightly longer than the others before he looked expectantly at Dakota. "I assume all has gone well then?"Nyxtsuki Moon Omg I am so sorry, I only just noticed the quote from you safdgfhgc @___@

Dakota stumbled at Eva's attack, swinging his head around to look over at her. "Morning Angel." He smiled at Eva, as Saya joined, reaching over to hug the moon huntress. His favorite little sister. "Good morning to you as well Hero Saya, You'd be proud of me." He puffed his chest out. "But I'll tell you when-"
Ah there was Wilson, and then Ryan. He let Saya go then, reaching over to pat her on the head before greeting the two boys.
"Ryan, Wilson. Okay everyone's here." He smiled and then faltered. "Thanks guys for coming, it means a lot to me. And for trusting me with this." He didn't want to get to sappy here.
"Okay, time to get to business. First off, I went on a mission with Sam. We recovered a object which I take is most of our practice for our search and rescue missions but...After I recovered the object, I escorted her while being attacked by halloweeners back to deus with heavy damage to me and well....Moderate damage to Sam and the box." He held his breath, "But I passed the mission, and have Sam's approval as a cross trained hunter with some death training. So Edith is letting move on to part two of this."
He held his hands out to the group. "Training you guys, so we are a team." He coughed then closed them.

After returning from his mission with Sam, he had worked tirelessly and spent almost all of his money on the equipment to train the others for this. If the members looked further behind Dakota, they'd see a table set up with 1 Princess Golems, 4 pairs of headsets, 4 similar sized packs of small supplies including runic bandages and barrier daggers.
So as he looked at the team, his smile returned.
“Team, meet your Rescuee. Or soon to be Rescuee.” he motions behind him, leading them to the table and to the princess golem, then gesturing to the rest of the island. “In three days, I am going to stash this princess golem somewhere on the island, and she will be rigged. Meaning it won't be easy to find her. At all.” He tapped the headsets, “I'm going to split you in teams of two, and set you in different locations around the Island to search for clues. The clues will lead to the Princess golem, and if you manage to bring her and yourselves back here in one piece...You'll have completed it!”
He looked at the group, “I cannot stress this, when I took my mission with Sam, I was under fire the WHOLE time. I had to think carefully, process what was going on and run with instinct when It got overwhelming. Sam and the object I was protecting was my first concern. When we go to missions to recover fellow hunters, or too escort FEAR based creatures, we must prioritize that THEY are our main concern.” He rubbed his jaw, “I'm not saying to go like matyr yourself, but I am saying to play smart. Injured hunters won't be able to fight, so we have to defend them, heal them best as we can.” Dakota rambled. “Though this training doesn't cover the emotional side of things, I thought it best to give you guys a taste of what I experienced with Sam.”
Dakota handed out the headsets, and a piece of paper with the Princess golem's picture stamped on it. There was a fake name, fake information and the pertaining case as to why this golem(hunter) was missing. At the bottom in bold words was the first hint:
She disappeared when we had the first invasion of FEAR at the field.
“Wilson and Saya will start at Housing area while Ryan and Eva start at this Lighthouse” Dakota pulled out a map, “I'll be giving directions, warnings and what I can, if you have questions...feel free to speak in the headsets, we are all tapped into each other. In the packs are bandages, first aid kit, daggers and a map of your own. Not a lot, since rescue missions we go on will will be trying to utilize a minimal amount of time.”
Dakota grinned, “That's the gist of it, I'll text you in three days with timing. Don't forget to bring your gear, and be prepared for the worse!” He crossed his arms, "Any questions before I set you on your way my friends?"Quote: After everyone post, I'll set up the threads for the team members! As soon as he heard the blond’s voice, Wilson grinned and turned around. Dark red eyes immediately honed in on Ryan’s damp hair, causing the hunter to grin further. He reached out to playfully ruffle the moon hunter’s hair. “Nice of you to join us.”
And for once Dakota wasn’t being his ridiculous, flirtatious self. Praise the Lord. Although tempted to reply with a snarky answer, Wilson settled with grinning like usual at Dakota.
Wilson crossed his arms, one hand partially covering his mouth as he intently watched Dakota and followed his gestures. It almost seemed as if the man had zoned out. Emotional. Would Dakota be addressing that side later on? Gee, that sounded wonderful.
Questions. Ha. As long as you weren’t Caelius, Wilson had plenty. He immediately spat them out. “What kind of clues should we be looking for? Will they be obvious or more subtle, like smudged footprints and broken branches, or…? By FEAR invasion, would that mean Halloween denizens, horsemen, or a combination of both? (Look it’s important to know your enemy’s motivations…) When is the approximate time of disappearance? Is there any other context provided, like what she was doing when last seen? Is there a time limit for this or do we have an unlimited amount of time since this is our first try?” A pause before he looked away and coughed awkwardly. “Yeah…………..”Nyxtsuki Moon You love Wilson I know you do

Saya caught on quickly, keeping silent about the death hunter's surprise arrival behind Dakota, making herself look busy with ehr cereal to hide her smile. She couldn't help but grin largely at Eva's cheery mood, especially the way she launched herself at Dakota. She had a hug from Dakota next, grinning as she tightly hugged him back.
"I'll be proud no matter what--" Her sentence was cut short by Ryan and Wilson's arrival. While they came, Saya was busy tipping her bag into Eva's hand to give her a handful of cereal. She noticed Ryan's lingering glance on her, mouthing silently behind Dakota's speech.
"Do you want some cereal?" She pointed at the bag, where a bright green minion toy peeked out underneath, while Wilson was now questioning Dakota.

Eva blinked at her handful of cereal in surprise before laughing, carefully closing her fingers around the snack before reaching out to hug the girl. "Silly goose, I just wanted a hug! Thank you for the cereal, though."
Wilson and Ryan's arrivals were met with a wide grin, and the young woman was more than happy to approach her favourite cousin and leap at him, pressing her cheek against his. The blond boy on the other hand received an affectionate hair ruffle, and then she turned her full attention back to Dakota, eyes wide as she listened to him speak. It was certainly surprising seeing him so much more serious than usual...
When she was assigned to work with Ryan, Eva turned to give said boy a grin and a thumbs up, only to turn her full attention then to Wilson's flurry of questions.
...They were good questions though, to be sure.

Ryan muttered something as Wilson ruffled his hair, though he made no move to stop him. Instead he listened as Dakota explained the task they would be setting out to do. However when Saya noted his lingering gaze and offered him some of the cereal she had with her, he quickly shook his head, flushing a little. His face which then turned even more red as Eva also quickly ruffled his hair.
Now he looked like he just looked as though he had a bad case of bed head.
"I have a question, yeah." He added after Wilson, raising his hand part way. "Why do we have to use a princess golem? Can't we use something else? Those things give me the creeps." Judging by Ryan's expression, this was a serious question.

Dakota gave a very...very bland stare at all of Wilson's questions.
To be fair, they were good ones, but so many at a time? Only his brother would do this to him.
Clearing his throat, he crossed his arms.
"Because this is just a training, I didn't think that far ahead, but since we are here...."
"Anything that seems out of the ordinary for the hunter Island, You'll know them because I MADE them. They aren't part of the structures. In the case of a mission, Clues won't be easily found, but if you LOOK hard enough, they are there. Footprints, leftover possessions, notes, slips of papers with coding. Things like this."
"A combination of both. We don't know what kind of situations we are going in, Horseman seems the more likely...." His gaze dropped to Ryan before looking away, "Since the horseman are our main concern as far as fighting." He sighed.
"The disappearance was excatly 26 hours okay. She was stuck in the shed with all the other princess golems, doing what princess golems do. The time limit is three days, but realistcally, we should be moving faster than that. Just trying not overwhelm you in training. Are you done?" Dakota held his hand up to cut Wilson off.
The last question was answered with a gruff.
"Oh my god Ryan, It's a ******** training Jesus. Imagine what would happen when you have to rescue or escort one of the creepy halloweeners here." He shook his head and started to walk away.
"I'm giving you the locations to be at right now. You can start tomorrow, And I swear to god Wilson if you ask me questions over the headset, I will send Chama to flare your a**." Okay.
"Okay, I'll see you guys soon." He gave a mischievous grin.Syusaki No more questions get out. >:C
