General King Axinite

As a General King, Axinite has traveled the United States, and would travel to other regions of the world for assistance when needed. He was recently stationed in Washington. While there, he was operating as the Special Operatives Branch manager. While carrying out a supposedly routine mission, he and his group were ambushed by a renegade squadron of Senshi, who slaughtered his teammates and left him badly injured. He barely managed to escape but was unfit to serve in his previous position. He carried the weight of his team's deaths heavily on him and while he has physically recovered, he still has lingering trauma from the attack.

The Negaverse was unwilling to waste his expertise so he was transferred to Destiny City and acquired a new position: Information Branch officer.

When not powered up, he can be found working at the Social Security Office, aiding in providing agents with new identities as needed. He does frequent checks on at-risk agents and genuinely seems to care about their well-being.

Journalism -- Justice is a freelance journalist; he's very good at digging for information and appreciates having all of the details. It brings in a few extra dollars but he does it purely for the story. He publishes under a pseudonym and is developing a good relationship with the local police force. He likes the freedom in choosing what stories he pursues and predominantly focuses on crime, though has a soft spot for stories with a feel-good theme.

Reading -- Requiring a lot of down time, Justice frequently retires to a quiet corner. Reading is a good, solitary hobby that keeps him on his toes and in the loop. He cycles through several newspapers and a few dozen websites a day to get his daily dose of news, but he's got a vast collection of books on history, the art of war, and self improvement. He has a soft spot for poetry.

Baking -- Justice bakes as a form of stress relief; he has gotten very good at following recipes and creating his own, and he almost always has a surplus of baked goods he is trying to give away. What doesn't go to friends or agents he shares with the local homeless population. He enjoys the hobby more for the peace it brings him than the food it produces, however he has a sweet tooth with no rival.


Virtues:

Loyal -- His loyalty runs deep and there is nothing he would not do for someone he cares for. He takes great pride in serving the Negaverse and will stand by them. He is full of support and his faithfulness does not waver. Once he invests in someone, he stands by them and always pushes them to be better.

Caring -- Though he can sometimes seem distant, Justice cares significantly. He cares about the environment, strays, orphans, and most importantly, the people close to him (and the Negaverse). He is compassionate, but this is a trait he learned to turn off when dealing with enemies of the Negaverse.

Careful -- Justice is not a risk taker; he takes every precaution he can to ensure safety. He drives the speed limit, stays inside during rainstorms, and doesn't play with fire. He can be a bit cautious; he is afraid of making the wrong decision and hurting those around him so he takes time to plan ahead and prepare for all possible outcomes.

Wise -- Justice has a wisdom that exceeds his age; he generally has good judgment and his experiences in life have left him knowledgeable. He is intelligent and clever and uses this to his advantage. He is a schemer and uses his wisdom to his advantage.

Flaws:

Overprotective -- A side effect of the hardships of his life, Justice has become fiercely overprotective of those close to him. This can sometimes be a little overwhelming and he can sometimes crowd people with his constant checking in. He frequently imposes himself in their lives to ensure their safety and well-being, and can get in the way when he feels like someone needs assistance.

Suspicious -- Justice suspects the worst; he usually gets worked up over the smallest of situations and sometimes seems almost paranoid. He can get unreasonably anxious when he feels like something is amiss and he sometimes acts irrationally if he feels like he or his group is in danger.

Obstinate -- Stubborn, to a fault, Justice has a difficult time changing his point of view. Once he sets his mind to something, it is almost impossible to persuade him otherwise. While he generally tries to make the most educated decision, once he gets himself fixed on something he cannot back out. For this reason, he is also sometimes slow to make a ruling. His unyielding stance can be frustrating.

Control Freak -- Justice needs to be in control; his experience and intelligence means that he often feels that if he is going to be involved, it should be on his own terms. He does not like feeling like his life is out of control and often struggles to be in charge of most situations he is involved in. If he cannot be in control, he often winds up sullen and anxious.

Weapon: A great axe that seems to have taken permanent damage: there is a sizable chip in the blade. The weapon, when swung, generates electrical energy and can shock a target upon making contact.

Abilities: As a General Sovereign, he has the following abilities:

  • Immense strength and speed! He outmatches even Royal Senshi in terms of speed and strength, however is on par with a Royal Knight!
  • He can easily teleport nearly anywhere he wants. He can teleport a considerable amount of people with him before suffering fatigue.
  • He can summon his weapon or dismiss it as often as he likes and suffers no energy depletion.
  • He can awaken civilians into the Negaverse either as Agents or as Corrupted Senshi. He can also corrupt Knights, Senshi or Guardian Cats into the Negaverse.
  • He can summon vast quantities of youma, both feral and intelligent. He also has the ability to summon very strong youma or corrupt others into powerful youma to aid his cause.
  • He can comfortably summon a surplus of agents to him anywhere he likes; he has great power at this stage, and Metallia has granted him the ability to draw his to him at any time he needs. He can easily summon any powered agent to him, however it is still slightly difficult to summon someone who is not powered up at the time. This ability only works on agents that are a lower rank than him, so he cannot summon his fellow General Sovereigns, Queen or Metallia!

Roleplaying with Axinite:

Justice Meyler/Axinite is available for both civilian and powered roleplay.

Axinite tries to be aware of what is going on with the Agents as much as he can; if an agent hasn't checked in for a while, he will seek them out. As the Information Branch leader, he strives to be on top of things. He hosts regular meetings for the Information Branch where they share reports, but these are possibly just an excuse to make sure everyone is alive and well.

He comes to every meeting with baked goods and snacks and strives to make the Agents in the Information Branch feel welcomed and like they are a part of something bigger. He spends a significant amount of time in his civilian form working to provide officers with new identities; he works at the Social Security Office and has perfected the art of discretion.

As Axinite, he does not attend many battles; though he is an expert with wielding his weapon, due to the trauma he faced he typically avoids battles. He will fight if he has no other option, but his preferred method of late is fleeing to a safe location. If you manage to get him to fight, you will regret it. He previously managed the Special Operatives branch; while there, his entire team was lost during a mission due to inadequacy from their Information Branch. As a result of this devastating loss, he works tirelessly to ensure the Negaverse has the needs to properly prepare for missions and guarantee they never see a failure like the one he suffered.

As Justice, he will make house calls and will check up on any agents who might be in the hospital. It is not uncommon for him to show up unannounced (ICly; OOCly this will always be planned). He bakes as a means of stress relief and often has freshly baked goods available at his desk.

He will almost always show up if he's been invited somewhere, and he is not above sleepovers.

If you need someone to worry about or check up on your Negaverse Agent, he is available to do so as either a civilian or General King. He is the person you go to if you have something interesting to report, and he will help agents who have lost their old identity get settled and comfortable with a new identity. He should not be your first choice if you are looking for a battle! He will willingly corrupt someone, as he believes that there is safety when joined with Metallia.
