 Name: Mary "Arga" Tunith
Nicknames: Agrabah, Arga, Crazy Chick Who Gives People Long Nicknames
Age: 16 17 18 19 21 25
Birthday: January 17, 1996
Sign: Capricorn
Gemstone: Ruby (by her Zodiac Sign)
Blood Type: O -
Fav. Food: Pizza Rolls
Hated Food: Leafy Green Veggies
Hobbies: Argabauth: Mary's prized RP character, Argabauth is a cream colored gryphon, with a strange set of blood red runes around the ankles of his front talons, mimicked by a set under his left eye. He is the leader of the Tonanthic Highlands Clan, the High Warlord and Flight Commander. His history is as a good thirty pages long, and he's been around almost since Mary started RPing on forum boards. He almost has as many children and grandchildren as he has years of life, and is a very proud male gryphon.
He is her pride and joy, and countless years of work has changed Argabauth from a frumpy little cub to the adult leader he is. You dis Argabauth out of character and she takes it personally. She does occasionally morph Argabauth to different universes (and different races) when she wants to use him in roleplays that aren't "The Dynast Age."
Drawing her Otherkin Soul: For the longest time (and really since she found the concept) Mary has always had a feeling that she wasn't human, or at least, in a soul sense. Basically, she believes she has the wings and tail of a gryphon, even if they aren't seen (because its part of her "soul" and the aura energy she has). Her otherkin soul is that of a gryphon, one closely resembling Argabauth, but a much lankier, adolescent, female one. She draws her other-self as a "silver gryphon" (think snow leopard mixed with snowy owl, but not so fluffy) with a much wider wing span, longer tail, and large frocks on her elbows. She named the other-self "Prena," but has never used her for roleplays. She prefers not to.
Roleplaying: You name it, she's probably dabbled in it. Fandoms, OTPs, OCs, canons, she's done most of the popular types of RP. She favors original character roleplays the best (mostly because she can try to morph Argabauth to fit into them), but she's play a few lead canon rolls over the last few years. She started when she was nine, and hasn't stopped since. Chat rooms, forum posts, emails, if you can RP in it, Mary will RP in it.
Socializing: For all her computer hogging interests, Mary actually really enjoys socializing with others. She believes that the more time she spends talking to people, especially in person, the more acclimated to human life she will become, and more used to people running into what she feels as wings or a tail, and just more "like everyone else," something she knows will be beneficial (or at least stop the odd looks). That aside, she enjoys meeting people, even at her young age, and learning about different types of people.
Virtues: Cheerful: Mary always has a smile on her face for people, and an air of a zest for life around her. She's never known anything that would make her depressed or truly upset; yeah the teasing about her Otherkinness does annoy her, but she takes it in stride most of the time. She'd rather be around people who are happy than those who are upset all the time. So she tries to make sure there's always some happiness in a group, even when the subject of conversation turns to unsavory things.
Patient: Waiting for plots to happen in roleplay is like waiting for the grass to grow, especially if it’s a big plot that many people are involved in, and you have to wait for the right time to put it into action. Mary has learned a good bit about patience through roleplaying, and takes it into her outside life as well. Most have no idea what the Otherkin are, and Mary will patiently wade through your questions or comments about it, and tell you the concept of it. If things aren't going well in her life, but she knows it’s only for a little while, she'll wait it out as best she can.
Tries Hard: Ever since the first few incidents with Mary and people not understanding her Otherkin philosophy (and calling it a mental disorder) Mary has done her best to appear to be "normal" and "human" even though she's very set in her head that she's only human in physical form. This has bubbled over into the rest of her life and she tries her very best in everything she does. A tiring proposition, but if it keeps her out of the shrinks, she'll do anything.
Flaws: Overly Optimistic: Mary is incredibly optimistic about things. To the point where she will almost never see the bad side of something. Even if the world was ending, she'd still say that they'd be alright if they just stopped panicking. If she was asked to jump off a bridge, she'd say that she'd survive because her wings would save her (which as she doesn't have real ones, they wouldn't). Her over cheerful nature grates on peoples nerves and they can easily become testy with her and tell her to shut up.
Naive: Being the world's most happy go lucky girl has its down sides, and being naive is one of them. Mary isn't naive in the sense that she's sheltered. Far from the truth; Mary knows about the 'bad' things in life (sex, drugs, rated R movies, and people who god-mod). Its more... she believes with full conviction, that everything "bad" is not as bad as they are, and everything will work out in the end. If someone is shot, she truthfully believes they will always get better, and without any ailments. When they don't, she gets a shell shock of the real world and dives into her roleplays where death happens, but you can retcon it if you really want to.
Humanly Awkward: Mary tries incredibly hard to seem normal in social interactions. She really does. But being Otherkin has its distinct problems, and Mary is very awkward in her body, as a result. She frequently, even in the middle of conversations, will reach behind her into thin air to pull her 'tail' out of harm’s way, or will seemingly bat at air, preening the feathers of her 'wings'. In recent years she's gotten better at not doing this in public, but its hard when you're dead sure someone just stepped on your tail for the fortieth time that day. While outwardly, if she doesn't do these things, she looks like a normal young teen, Mary always seems to be a little... out there. As a result of this (and what her mother believes to actually be a case of schizophrenia), her mother shipped her off to St. Magdalena's in hope the school would break her of her "wrong" beliefs.
School: Horizon Institute
Appearance: Eyes: Lilac
Hair: Short, platinum, almost white, blonde hair, usually let to hang around her chin, or tucked behind her ears.
Face: Thin, always with a smile; light blue eye shadow is ever present with a set of runes in eyeliner next to her left eye.
Clothes: Schoolkid uniform, and she usually keeps to very loose fitting dresses or shirt and skirt combos when not in school. Also usually carries around a plush gryphon.
Family: Mother: Beth Tunith [DECEASED] A thirty-nine year old woman who works as an accountant in Destiny City. Mary gets her hair from her, though the woman keeps hers in a tight bun at the back of her head. She's a rather uptight woman who over worries for her daughter and her daughter's "over zealous" imagination. Beth has on a number of occasions, almost forced Mary into psychiatric therapy for her "delusions." Beth tends to ignore Mary when the girl talks about most things these days.
Father: Derek Tunith [DECEASED] At forty-two, Derek is the sort of dad who wants a kid who'll go work out in the yard with him, or help him around the house. He's much more lenient with Mary, and tends to listen to her more (even if he doesn't believe it) when she speaks of her fantasies. He doesn't condone it, though neither condemns it, simply telling Beth that "Mary will grow up eventually." He has come to the point where he's starting to want her to "grow up" and get "back to reality" faster and faster.
Grandmother: Tersa Lopna Mary's seventy eighty year old, eccentric grandmother on her mother's side. She, unlike Mary's parents, is incredibly encouraging of Mary's uniqueness and her thoughts on her 'soul'. Tersa is a published writer of fantasy (or was till the arthritis set in her fingers) and reads almost everything she can get. She is very loving of her grandkid and scolds Beth about not treating her right. Mary has used Tersa's house as a refuge a few times during the last few years, and she always has a room, so long as she helps keep the house clean.

Knight Title: Bifröst Transcendent Knight of Chronos Challenge: Long Version: The Gatekeeper always defends the bridge. By Chronos and the Bifröst, you shall not pass. Short: By Chronos and the Bifröst, you shall not pass. Also: The Gatekeeper of the Bifröst deems you unworthy of passage.
Uniform: See the right Weaponry: Page: Interlocking Turkish Wedding Rings They're fun to play with. That's about it.
Squire: Woven bands of metal that create the gauntlets, able to be unwoven and hung from her right arm only like whips, at most 4 ft long. The whips are light weight and flexible, and feel like rope if you're hit with them.
Knight: A small (1 ft in diameter) shield on a chain, attached to her right gauntlet. The chain is 10 ft long, and wraps around her arm when not in use. The shield attaches to a set of hooks on the gauntlet. It is able to spin independently of the chain, as it rests on a ball-bearing. She wields it by throwing it with her left hand and jerking it back to her with her right. The metal shield is not deadly and is as blunt as a butter knife. It is thrown primarily to place her shield and deter her enemies from getting close.
Magic: Page: None.
Squire: Bifrost grips the unwoven portions of her gauntlet instead of crossing her hands, then stretching the whip taught in front of her. In doing so a wall of see-through rainbow is pulled between her hands and forms a small barrier in front of her. This barrier is about five feet high, and half an inch thick. It only protects Bifrost for as long as she channels it, but others can hide behind it. She can sustain her barrier for at most 40 seconds total (regardless if she does twenty seconds and twenty, or four sets of ten, or what have you) but can be shattered with enough force behind it.
Knight: Bifrost throws her shield out in front of her (or in a direction of her choosing) and it hovers, perpendicular to the ground, spinning. The shield glows and a rainbow barrier is created, billowing out from the center of the shield. This shield is a semi circle 10 ft in radius, with Bifrost's shield at the center of it. She can move the shield by pulling on the chain, but it is hard to do and usually breaks her concentration. The barrier is 1 in thick and Bifrost can hold it for up to one minute.
Summons: A 2 ft tall golem, that looks like Heimdall from the movie Thor. It's a walking suit of armor with a great sword that is 1ft long and blunt as a butter knife.
Summons Ability: The golem is a purely physical fighter, created to protect Bifrost when she is using her magic. The golem attacks with sword strikes at anyone attacking her barriers. He only attacks when Bifrost uses her magic and she is unable to defend herself. He attacks with over the head slashes of the sword.

Bifröst, in Norse mythology, is rainbow road connecting Midgard to Asgard. In the Surrounding, the Bifröst is what looks like a small viewing outcropping on the inside edge of the road between Aquarius and Capricorn, about a third of the way to Capricorn Outpost (of the whole road segment). When activated, under the guidance of Bifröst herself, the outcrop extends to another part of the Surrounding, no matter how far away. It always connects to a piece of Surrounding, usually near the middle between two Outposts. It acts a shortcut between sections of the road.
This Knight was sent as the "Gatekeeper" of the Bifröst, the only one who can activate it.
