It was almost Christmas. Lesath found herself lingering outside on her patrols a little more, both to enjoy the cold winter air, and to look at all of the decorations in place around the city. Tonight was one of those nights, the Dark Mirror Senshi just walked along the street, looking at the twinkling lights that lit up the night sky.
Her arms were crossed and she was shivering a little, but, it was cold. She was allowed to shiver. That’s what happened when your shoulders were exposed in the wintertime. But…but Christmas. It was only a few days away. Of all of the things she could ask for…what she wanted. What Lesath wanted…was that stupid knight. The one from the Surrounding.
That stupid bimbo who had risen when Mary died. That stupid awful, no good…stupid…
The blonde sighed, turning her head towards the sky.
What she wanted for Christmas was to have that knight’s head on a platter. Or at least the chance to make such a thing possible. It had been almost two months…and she was ready for that glorious showdown that she had been dreaming about.

She was going to get her wish. Sort of.
Bifröst had felt the power signature for a few minutes and decided to investigate. She found Mothra chilling along a street and shadowed her for a few good minutes. Well. Here was stupid Mothra who had some stupid vendeta against her. Why, she had no idea. And she wanted to know.
"Mothra! What brings you out onto the streets tonight? Searching for something?" Wow Bifröst where did you get this confidence? What happened to the meek little girl who nuzzled people? Obviously battle changed that... or something.
It was going to bite her in the a** like with Strings, wasn't it?

Lesath’s eyes lit up when she saw Bifröst walk up, and, well. And speak to her. It was her Christmas gift, all wrapped up with a beautiful bow. “In fact I am searching for something. Someone, to be completely honest.”
Her teal eyes were narrowed, looking at the Chronos Page with a contempt that rivaled any other that she had at the present time. “I was waiting here for you. I really had hoped you would show up one of these nights. How I’ve missed you.” Sarcasm was all but dripping from the dark mirror senshi’s voice and she gave a sneer. “I’ve decided you’re to be my Christmas gift to myself. I’ll have your head, and hang it up on my wall, it’s all you deserve.”
How she despised this page, she just wanted to destroy her…then reform her, then destroy her again!

Ah of course it couldn't just be a normal sort of meeting. Bifrost dropped her hood from her head, stopping some feet away from the dark Senshi. She crossed her arms over her chest. "And you think I'm just going to give you my head? I need it Mothra, to ya know, function." This could possibly go badly, Bifrost was thinking.
Or it could go well. Though that seemed slighlty... unable to happen, honestly. Bifrost didn't really... fight. She ran around and hoped people made mistakes. She hoped Mothra made some kind of mistake here, because other wise, the Page was going to have a hell of a time fighting her.

Lesath laughed, the sound cruel for once, and rather…on the edge of hysterical. “You don’t need to function, you stupid girl. You need to quietly lay down and allow me to take your life, just like you took the life of an innocent girl.”
This was the monster that had used Mary…hell. She might have burst through Mary’s crushed body even, like those stupid parasites that feed on the hosts until it’s a good time to burst through, goo dripping from every part of their body.
The blonde suppressed a shudder at the thought. “It doesn’t matter if she’s all well and good now, if she hadn’t been hurt, you would never have been able to exist, and I despise you for that.” Had Bifrost just come from another part of the damn road…none of this hatred would be here…but…this monster could just have easily have come from Raven’s dead, limp body if Mary hadn’t jumped in the way. No. This b***h had to die. Tonight.

The Page frowned. What the hell? She'd been reborn! Not taken her own life! Hell, she'd stood in front of Raven to save the woman from death! She was so ruddy confused as to what was going on or what the Moth was bitching about.
"I don't understand what you're bitching about, Mothra, but I took no one's life!" she retorted, fists clenching. She shifted into a fighting stance and her jaw squared.
"If you want my life that badly, come get it Mothra!" she taunted. This woman was going to get it through her head that Bifrost had DONE NOTHING. The Surrounding had brought her back to life, not anything else.

Lesath grinned, charging at Bifrost, expression going between anger and just plain hatred. “I despise you, and everything you stand for. The would would be much better off without you in it. I don’t even care about everyone on your side. I just want you gone. Lesath Moth Scream!” She tried to punch the page as she did her attack, hoping that the disorientating noises would allow for her punch to really collide with the blonde’s face.
This b***h had to go down. There was no two ways about it. And once she did, then everything would make sense again. Up wouldn’t be down, down wouldn’t be up…and there would be one less terrible person in the world.

The sound was piercing and Bifrost did the only thing that made sense: She dropped straight to the ground, letting her knees hit the concrete with a crack. Her hands flew up to her ears and she winced, trying to block out the sound. Damn that was annoying! She threw her weight forward into the moth's legs, hoping to send her sprawling as she flew over her.
Bifrost was becoming acutely aware she had no magic to use. She didn't even really know how to fight, or have any weaponry.
Well this just wasn't going to do at all. She fluffed her shoulders and turned to the Moth Dark Mirror Senshi, still on the ground..
"That's cheating! You can't use magic if your oppnent doesn't have it either!" she glared at Lesath, fists clenching. That was so infuriating! How could senshi, any senshi use magic and she couldn't!? Not cool. Not cool at all.

Lesath smirked and looked down at the page. “Aww, you don’t have any magic? Well. I didn’t know…had I known…” She broke off, aiming a good kick right at the girl’s face. She didn’t care about a fair fight, no. That was past now. Now all she wanted to do was carry out her revenge. A deep seeded revenge for her Mary. That was all.
“If I had known, I would have used my ******** magic against you sooner, you stupid little order aligned tramp.”
Finally, finally all of this waiting and hunting would pay off and she would finally just be able to move away from this stupid…stupid…Well. Girl. Page. Knight. Whatever she was. It didn’t matter. Hopefully, soon she’d just be…gone. “I hate you and all you stand for. I hate the very fact that you’re breathing the same air that I am. Just disappear, why don’t you? It would make the world a much better place.”
She was ready to end this fight, ready to just go home and scream into her pillow, or beat up a trashcan or something. No, this wasn’t what she should be doing. This…was a personal grudge, and she should be thinking of her larger faction…but what her superiors didn’t know couldn’t and wouldn’t hurt them.

The kick connected with her face and she went flying away from Lesath. Damn the Tawnies that hurt. She landed on the ground in a heap, mostly too stunned to move. And then adrenaline kicked back in and she pulled herself back onto her feet. "Yeah, well, sorry to disappoint you Mothra, but your damn side killed me. I wouldn't want to be a part of your clan even if you hadn't; the lot of you just fight out your grudges and never consider who you might hurt."
She pushed herself to her feet, tucking hair behind her ears. "You want me to disappear? I will happily ablige."
Bifrost turned on her heel and sprinted away from Lesath as fast as she could. The sooner she lost the stupid senshi, the better.

Lesath watched her go and let out a soft growl, shaking her head and walking in the other direction. What a bothersome b***h. That girl…that stupid knight…she’d get what was coming to her one way or another, that much was for sure.
Oh well. Tonight was worth it, she got to kick the girl in the face, and that made things worthwhile. Mary’s death had been at least a little bit dealt with.
And there was always tomorrow to get the full revenge.
