Izobel Beckett - Entering
Toying with the lanyard that held her admission ticket Izobel walked slowly into the giant red and white circus tent. She really wanted to snoop around but held back on the urge to explore. It wouldn't do well to have her ticket taken away and urged out of the place. So instead of snooping Izobel was content to take out her phone and snap a few pictures of the decor before finding a row of seating that looked particularly inviting. Of course the hours in which the performances took place certainly had the teen fighting with the urge to snooze instead Izobel shrugged her bag off her shoulders and spun it around to have it rest on her lap. From within she drew out a notepad and pen and began to jot down random thoughts mixed in with random doodles. Her gaze swept the inside of the tent once more.
Keeping her eyes on the entrance way from which she had emerged minutes ago Izobel was hoping that there would be others who thought that the hours weren't too peculiar to attend something that looked like it would be a fabulous event. At least the teen hoped it would be fabulous and not a waste of time. Catching her thoughts wandering off Izobel brought her attention back to the entrance.
(( and with that Izobel is open for interaction ))

Roxy Johnson - EnteringThe circus was at such an odd time that Roxy had difficulty getting her parents to approve of her going. It took a lot of wheedling, extra chores, and even doing extra credit homework to finally get the approval. The young woman was dropped off out front by her father, with strict orders to be outside right when the show ended to be picked up, and words that she wasn't able to skip school the next day, no matter how tired she was. Gleeful, the pink haired teen kissed her father's cheek, promising yet again she would be responsible, and practically skipped into the tent. Her cell phone was out and she happily took a few selfies and photos, eager to get to see the show. Her favorite would have to be the acrobats, after all, she was in rhythmic gymnastics herself. She paused just inside and took a selfie that included the center rings behind her, making a peace sign and grinning in a silly manner. After quickly uploading it to her social media page, she looked up at the top of the tent and marveled at how large it was. A few people were already filling up some of the stands, and Roxy hopped up excitedly to find herself a seat. "Hi." She greeted another woman that she sat near, "Ohh, I'm so excited, aren't you? I love the circus." She gripped the bench beneath her and grinned wide. “Oh, did you do that?” She peered over at the journal, “I love the doodles. Are you an artist?” She just couldn’t help launching into conversation, her chest practically bubbling with excitement. Word Count: 273

Tzuyu Hiyoyuki enters Tzuyu looked down at the admission ticket that was handed to her. She couldn't be live that she was out at night. Usually she would be in bed at this time. But her parents had letted her go out. They were so happy when they had heard she was going to the charity event. When she came back home they wanted to know if she had made any friends. They had told her to go out again. She over heard them talking about letting her go out more and hopefully making new friends. She was suppose to catch a late movie but somehow ended up here. She was standing in front of a circus tent. She had never been to a circus before. The guy giving out tickets just have her it for free. He smiled at her and told her to enjoy. He was kinda creepy. "Ohh I hope I get to see elephants, and tigers." Tzuyu entered the circus rent and looked around. People were already entering and finding places to sit. Tzuyu tooled out her cell phone and texted her parents to let them know that she was not at the movies. "I hope recording is allowed." ((WC: 200)) ((Tzuyu is ready for interaction))

Izobel BeckettPerhaps she had dozed off after all. Either that or her eyes were failing her. Whatever the cause was Izobel was startled enough by the appearance of a pink-haired teen that she dropped the pen that had been sitting idle on her notepad. Had she been that lost in her thoughts? Izobel prided herself on being observant but maybe this time someone else got the jump on her. Reaching down around her feet to snatch up the dropped pen Izzy glanced at the girl next to her before her eyes crinkled in a bit of mirth. Her voice, when it came out, was quiet momentarily before it rose to a normal volume, "I'm definitely keyed up to see what this whole circus is about. It's probably easy to tell with the startle factor," Izzy took the time to actually glance down at her notepad before sighing. Nope, she wasn't an artist ... she just liked to doodle a lot.
Taking in everything about this stranger Izzy closed her notepad and shook her head. "I'm not actually an artist or anything. I just find that doodling at times helps relieve stress," she lowered her voice, "it's also helping to keep me awake before the show starts."
Izobel placed her notebook aside and turned to face the girl. "I'm Izobel Beckett. Who are you?"(( 220 words ))

X Livia got her admission ticket and she entered the tent she looked around she was interested in all this and she was ready for everything to begin. She went and took a seat waiting for everything to get started. She wondered what acts there were and what would happen tonight. She loved new things and new challenges. Liv was ready for new responsibilities in her life. She had pretty much always been confident and responsible even when she was a child. She was looking for a new page in her life. So things wouldn't get boring and blah. She loved music and parties and really a circus was just that bright lights, music, a magic party going well into the night. This was the perfect place for Livia to be tonight. She looked around to see if there was anyone for her to chat with. Liv had never been shy and she didn't plan to start now. She heard someone say they hoped there would be elephants and tigers. She also saw them on their phone. She didn't think that would be a problem as long as they didn't take flash pictures. The girl looked a little younger than Liv. She couldn't help admiring their cute blonde hair. She had long red hair, but she never really styled it. She kept it pretty natural. She went over to the girl and said "Hey, great place huh? I'm Livia Novak." She said in an open and confident tone. She held her hand out after introducing herself. (255)

Rhona Lee -- Entering
Rhona needed a break. The more things she finished on her church, the more things seemed to be popping up as needing to be tended to. It was like the hydra. One, big, inanimate hydra that just kept growing heads whenever Rhona chopped one off. She couldn't keep up and it was starting to show on her. She dragged. Her reaction time wasn't as good. She was tired all the time, and her hands nearly bled from being so raw and overworked.
This was the perfect distraction.
As soon as she entered the warm amber glow of the tent, she felt herself easing. It was a comforting light, like a hearth drawing her closer to its embrace. And she let it command her, easing over her tightly coiled muscles like practiced hands massaging the tension away. She hadn't realized how bad it was until each part of her body let go of whatever it was holding on to one by one until she reached her seat, sitting strangely in her newly found languidness. How long had it been since she relaxed a little and let things go? Too long, she expected. And since the Valentine's Day events had gone off without a hitch and it had been a while since the negaverse had done anything too heinous, maybe... just maybe... Rhona could really... actually... relax...

Gisela Louise -- Entering
Her parents had gotten her the tickets, asking her to have a good time while they worked. She didn't want to have a good time. She wanted to go home and practice yoga and be alone where it was quiet and warm. Instead, she was... here... with countless people breathing around her, polluting the air with the stench of humans packed far too close to one another.
It was repulsive.
But her parents had wanted her to come, an attempt to relax her and ease her mind from the stress of the end of the year. Next year would be easier, they promised. Next year she'd be going to Romano's where they had a school psychologist who could help her. Next year she'd go somewhere with the rigor that she needed.
Next year...
Next year...
But Gisela still needed to finish out this year and that meant fighting through exams that she didn't want to take and sitting in classes that were moving too slowly for her to be truly interested in, and wading through meetings with a counselor who was too bogged down running the damn school to have time to help Gisela would through her problems. Not that they could anyway. Not unless they magically knew where Cinnabar had gone, or how to reassign her to a more... apt... general. And they wouldn't. That was Gisela's cross to bear and her cross alone. Her only hope for salvation on that front was to rise high enough not to need a leash any longer...
But that was a puzzle for later. For now she had to have a good time because when she arrived back home her parents would want to know how it was and Gisela had to have good news to report back to them with or risk breaking their hearts. They did try, after all. And that was all Gisela could ask.

Tzuyu looked up and saw a very pretty girl with long red hair. Tzuyu was mesmerized by the hair. It took her a long minute to realize that the girl had her hand out. "Hi nice to meet you. I'm Tzuyu." Tzuyu shooked the girls hand and tried to focus and remember the girls name. Lucia. Yes that was it. "Yes it is a nice place. I never been to a circus before." Tzuyu almost stopped herself mid-sentence. She didn't want Livia to think she was a loser or something. Tzuyu had to learn how to talk to people and make friends. Especially friends her age. Growing up with no siblings or anyone around her age was kind of tough. The only people she hanged out with were her parents and grandparents. No one to talk to about things kids her age do. Her parents were worried about her and hoped when they moved to Destiny City that their daughter would make friends and have a social life. They even considered "firing" her from working at the family's Bed and Breakfast. Tzuyu shooked her head. She was not going to think about that and focus on the here and now. She tried to think of something witty to say. ((WC: 210))

Abigail Doyle Distance had grown between she and her sister during the time they'd spent apart, mostly imposed by the fact that she was a sailor scout and couldn't exactly share that with Dee. Having the young woman back in her life since the holiday was delightful, but it had also placed a level of stress on her at keeping secrets. Abby didn't like secrets, let alone keeping them from the one person she was supposed to be able to trust with everything. The circus had been an excuse for the two of them to get out of the apartment together. It was an opportunity for them to spend an evening out; one where she wouldn't have to hide half of who she was... She hoped. "Never been to a circus this late at night, have you, Dee? Remember that one time Dad took us out when we were kids?" She was smiling brightly as she looked to her sister, slipping her own ticket around her neck before holding the other one out to the brunette. Halston O'Hea There was something about the entertainment business and the talent that went into performance art that had drawn Halston O'Hea to the idea of the circus coming to town. The last time he had been to something anywhere close it had been a gala with his parents that touted a 'circus theme'. It was hardly the same-- the fire spinners mediocre, the other entertainers clearly actors putting on a 'show' and not the 'real thing'. It had been a disappointment. This promised to be something more-- something better. Of course that meant he'd have to share it with someone and who better to share it with than a friend who likewise appreciated a grand performance. "Glad you could free up a bit of time in your busy schedule to join me tonight, C."

Ciel Karpusi -- Entering Ciel was very curious about the circus that arrived overnight, she thought it might be a magical plot of some sort so she decided to investigate herself. So she made her way to the circus tent, a man at the front gave her a admission ticket on a lanyard. She looked at it curiously, she admittedly didn't go to that many circuses but she wondered if it was normal to just hand out lamented tickets at the gate.
Putting that thought aside she looked around inside the inside the tent, everything was cast in a golden red glow, it all felt very inviting and warm. The young heiress and knight took her seat waiting for the show to start. She hoped she was wrong and this was just going to be a fun evening.(Ciel is open for interaction) Alexandra Agread -- EnteringAlex was practically bouncing on her toes with excitement, she had never been to a real circus before and this was really exciting. "Thank you so much for bringing me Kailey, you're the best big sis!" She said hugging her sister. She looked at the Hania. "This is gonna be so much fun Hani."
She gladly took the offered ticket lanyard and raced off to her seat.

Seeing the red head jump and drop her pen, Roxy felt a little bad that she had startled her so much, not having meant to. “Sorry. Sorry.” She apologized, giggling a little bit. “Your doodles are pretty good. You coulda fooled me that you aren’t an artist.” She said, holding her purse on her lap and toying with the lanyard around her neck. “It’s nice to meet you, Izobel. I’m Roxanne. You can call me Roxy, though.” She said happily, pleased to meet someone her own age at this thing. “I’m so freaking happy that my parents let me come out this late. I don’t blame you for trying to stay awake.” Laughing lightly at that and settling on her bench seat, Roxy looked out to admire the rings and set up, “I’m really excited to see the acrobats. I really hope they don’t have elephants and big cats though…” She frowned, “Circuses tend to mistreat animals like that. I’ve read all about it and it can be pretty awful, especially for elephants.” She sighed, shaking her head. “It seems like a cheap trick using animals anyway, you know? Like, humans can do some extraordinary things. We don’t need animals to suffer on top of it. I think the only animals I’ve seen that aren’t really cared badly for are horses since they are already domesticated.” Roxy nodded her head at that, already wondering if she would walk out if she saw those animals being used. However the teen looked back over at the other girl, “But I do hope it’s a good show otherwise. It’s just weird that they are holding it so late, right?” Word Count: 276

Entering- Glen Michaels
Glen placed the lanyard that held his ticket around his neck and entered the tent. Already he wasn't sure if he liked this (red always looked so damn menacing okay?), but he really needed to get of the house or he was sure he'd go crazy (his mom...was not the fan of him watching nothing but bad movies while on his brief vacation from college). And besides, he always had liked the circus when he was younger. He found a seat away from the entry, where it felt a bit comfortable, and while not entirely isolated, as the place was filling up pretty quickly, he felt as if he still had space. but he was curious, this circus hours were so odd, and it clearly wasnt for more...adult reasons, as he saw kids entering as well. Maybe this circus just operated based on their more nocturnal animals?
(feel free to interact with Glen if youd like)

He'd had to get special permission to be out this late, despite his age, because the orphanage where he lived was typically closed at this point and that meant no one in and no one out. The only exception being in the case of an emergency. The fact they'd allowed him to go was unexpected, due to all sorts of rules and such, but they had given him special permission.
With his ticket hanging from the lanyard the blond headed into the tent hoping to find himself a seat somewhere in the middle, he didn't want to stand out too much. The lighting was nice, it wasn't too bright and blinding, it was easy on the eyes really. Covering up a yawn, he wasn't used to being out and doing things this late, but he had wanted to go when he'd seen the adds for the carnival around the city.
He also sort of wanted to meet up with someone else here..one of the only people who knew his new little secret, not something he'd planned on but he could accept the other knowing. Sara Draconia If you wanna sign him up. Otherwise let me know and I'll edit.

Mary Tunith
She came to the circus because her grandmother suggested it to her. It would be good to get out of the house, her grams said. Perhaps go with that Tris boy, he seemed nice and was a good friend for her. Something to bring some light back in her eyes.
She went, but she was not there.
Mary put the lanyard around her neck without thought, finding her seat without seeing.
She was not with Tris. She had not talked to Tristan in weeks. She'd only gone to her Wonder when the aches would not relent.
Mary Tunith was alive, but not really living.
Dull green eyes watched the ring, empty and hollow.

Annabel 'Wolf' Mikael
On the far side of the tent, the tall Mikael twin practically bounced in her chair with excitement. Circus' man. She'd always seen them from afar while in transit but never went to one. That one her father took her and her twin too as kids was not a circus and barely a carnival. She was positively estatic.
Too bad Zev couldn't make it, but someone had to make sure the lights were kept on in their grungey apartment. She settled into her chair, waiting for the festivities to begin.
