Kickboxing: While he fights with a more street style, kickboxing keeps himself in shape and is a rather fun way to practice his kicks. He spends three days a week training at the gym for about an hour. His legs and abs have grown incredibly strong since he started doing this and he relies heavily on his kicks for fighting. He's now getting used to also using his arms and fists, given his daggers do something now. Its one of the few things he has now that brings him genuine joy and excitement.
Bass Guitar: He may not play in any bands anymore, but he still plays his bass. He very much enjoys it and finds it soothing on those nights when he can't sleep. Over the years he's taught himself most of the popular punk rock songs and has a rather large portfolio of covers. If he was approached by an agent to find a band, he's on the fence whether he'd say yes or not. He's been getting more into it lately, playing for his girlfriend frequently.
Virtues:
Protective: He's incredibly protective of not only those he cares about but other people as well. He's willing to guide young knights and senshi into the right path, and willing to stand in the line of fire for his comrades. He's seen too many people get hurt or worse and would rather stand in the way than let you get hit. While it takes some time for Tavi to get to this level with people, once you've hit the 'friend bar' Octavian will protect you as best he can. He's not going to stand in front of bus or train (he has enough self-preservation for that), but he will do his best to get you out of the way or, at worse, go down trying to get you safe. His family is one of the most important things to him, and threatening them is like threatening him. He will defend them until he dies, and as a result, its a touchy subject for him.
Passionate: Tavi throws himself fully into whatever task he's set on at that moment. Things are never done in halves, or with half-heartedness. He loves unconditionally, with his whole self, and spills this passion for life into all he does. He plays bass as though it’s the last time he'll ever play. He shows strong emotion, and with an intensity that sometimes even shocks himself. Not that he wasn't capable of this level of emotion before, he just can't remember a time when he ever did. The freedom of being completely free with his emotions and running his life as such is incredibly freeing.
Flaws:
Brutal: While Tavi cannot quite remember when or how he learned to fight, but he does not deny that he fights well. He runs on mostly instinct, lashing out with kicks and punches with an intent to harm and hurt. Tavi has no qualms about breaking bones or knocking out teeth if it keeps his enemy from hurting others. It makes him a terrifying force of nature, scaring himself at times with his own brutality. He struggles to contain it, unsure of where it comes from, and he often cannot remember why he threw the punch in the first place.
Interpersonally, Tavi is brutally honest to others, almost to the point of being blunt and rude. He drives his coworkers with a hardness that he'd like to think keeps people hustling. It's forceful, uncompromising, and unapologetic, which doesn't win him many friends. Its subconscious, and he's not quite aware of it yet.
Impulsive: Missing half of his life for the last five years has made Tavi an impulsive man, who does things in attempts to jog his memory, or simply because he wants to. Want a puppy? He goes and gets one. Go on a road trip at 4 am? He's gone before 3. Randomly leave work because he just doesn’t want to be there anymore? He's done that several times now, putting his job on the line. People have criticized him for being flaky and unreliable, as well as careless and capricious with little care for those around him. It is not that he means to, he just keeps looking for something that he can't quite find and isn't quite sure what it is.

Weapon & Magic:
Page: Violin Bow
Squire: Simple Wooden Violin
Knight: Hydro Blade - Based on Childe's Foul Legacy Blades - An ornate metal cutlass with a dull blade. The hilt is encrusted in barnacles, with the Neptune symbol on the cross guard. The pommel is curious and built like a tuning fork.
Magic: All Together Now! - When channeling his magic, sea water ripples down the sword as music flows from the cutlass's pommel. Up to four allies around up him, up to 25ft, gain a die of bardic inspiration a second wind, finding their aches and pains lessened and energy refreshed. Siegfried can channel for up to 45 seconds, and his allies are affected when he begins the channel. This may be used in smaller chunks, but the 'second wind' effect will vanish should the channeling stop.
Summons: A cormorant made of water, nicknamed Calypso.
The summons can shoot a glob of water, much like Water Gun from Pokemon, at Siegfried's current target. This does moderate blunt force damage that can manifest in deep bruising about the size of a baseball, but after the initial shot it can continuously expel a stream of water that can drench targets. It can only fire a new glob of water every fifteen seconds, but it can spray non-damaging water continuously.

Siegfried Isle: A wandering isle on the oceans of Neptune used as a smuggling port. While the knight himself sailed a merchant vessel of 20 men, the island he was named for was a thought to be a myth, even to those who lived on the planet. Only the dastardly of sailors - or the best pirates - could find the Isle.

Challenge: "Feel the bass beat."
Mineral: Jarosite
Fighting Style: His leads with his boots. The steel toes are great for hitting senshi and knights in the rib cage, and his height allows him good range with them. He punches as well, and while his fighting has refined itself over the months, he still has some openings that can be exploited. As a Captain, the addition of sharp objects that actually do something in his hands will change up his style as well.
Why the Negaverse: Mostly because he fell into it and because he never seemed very senshi material to me. He was the underground bass player with the lost stare and sad eyes, never the one to want to fight for justice.
Weapon:
Lt.: Just your basic pair of guitar picks. Easily lost, and incredibly annoying to fight with. Can scratch... and that's about it.
Capt: Twin daggers. Stabby stabby.
General: Twin cutlasses, standard length, with ornate crossguards. Slicey slicey.
Personal Youma: Amp, a legged amphitheater dragon that Jarosite uses as a scout and occasionally as bait.
