Caramelita HP: 100

To be honest the office was kind of the last place that Caramel wanted to be given that was where the really, really strong Order aura was.

But an order was an order and if the Captain wanted her to go back that way then she didn't really have much of a choice.

"Understood sir" she said. "However I should probably warn you that the White Moon is currently in the office" she hesitated for a moment, not wanting to admit to the next in case it reflected badly on her, but then figured that if the Captain and the other mentioned Captain went down there and found out the hard way then it would probably reflect worse on her.

"They have some really strong people down that way" at least there had been before the previous order had been given to fall back "And I think a couple might be two of their Royals."

Sailor Subamara (First Stage): HP 120-20 = 100

Subamara moved closer to the platform edge, one hand still pressed against her chest, and looked down the tunnel the beast had disappeared into. Time to pull herself together, there were people in much worse states than her… Which brought her shaken mind into focus, and she looked around for the red-haired page whose candle had kept her alive.

“Thanks so much for saving me-" she began, but paused when her phone unexpectedly chimed. “Sorry, excuse me.”

It was such a bizarre thing to get a message in so much chaos. Subamara pulled out the phone to see the all-call text. She didn’t know any Mistral, but it looked like she hadn’t imagined the figures on the train. It was good to know that someone was in control of something here.

The train was already coming back around, and this time the horrifying sound was accompanied by horrifying goop, coating the platform, her boots, her bare legs, and she could see pieces, red-pink and very unalive. She was so going to throw up.

Valhalla: 180-20 = 160 HP

Despite being in not that great of a state, physically or mentally, Valhalla refused to leave, even with Ganymede’s suggestion. He knew she was just trying to keep him safe, but there were too many others still there, and now that there was something strange going on with the train itself, he couldn’t just turn away.

A paper appeared before him suddenly to inform them that Mistral had control of the train. Then that meant the Negaverse gave up trying to take over…? Or was there something more important going on, such as getting their own agents out safely?

In the end, no one would be able to convince Valhalla that they weren’t all that different, White Moon and Chaos. And he had been proven right on numerous occasions.

“I’ll be okay. Let me borrow some of your energy, please,” he requested as another piece of paper showed up in front of him. Celsus was there somewhere?? It was the only explanation he could think of, but he didn’t see the Chronos Knight anywhere on the platform. Still feeling a little weak and sick to his stomach, Valhalla reached into one of the pouches on his belt and pulled out a small pencil to jot a quick message back.

To Celsus
Please tell me you’re not on the train. I’m at the station.

Sessrumnir: 180-20 =160 HP

“What the hell…” Sessrumnir let out a breath, his teeth gritted together in anger that the Negaverse would be so careless to allow something like this to happen. And it served them right that their own were stuck on the train, too.

As much as it would probably benefit them to have Valhalla leave, they needed Ganymede’s magic, and she wasn’t going to leave Valhalla on his own. Which was probably a good thing since he couldn’t fight to save his life.

“Look at this… No one knows what they’re doing. They’re going to end up killing everyone inside,” he seethed, gripping tightly to the chain of his broken stormglass. Even with his magic, he doubted he’d be able to capture the entire train inside the glass for long.

Ganymede / HP: 225 – 20 = 205

Ganymede wasn't paying as much attention to what was going on around her as she should have, focused instead on Valhalla. She was aware enough that the train had turned into something half-living and demonic, but had no attention span for what was occurring on the platform or any plans that may be concocted to slow the train or otherwise bring it to a stop.

She only took notice when the train spewed something rank all over the platform. Even then, she tried her best not to be distracted by it. There were bits of... something... in it. Something that looked almost human.

“Oh my God,” she said on a distressed moan, bringing a hand to her mouth and nose to block out the stench.

Valhalla was asking for her help, in any case. As much as Ganymede would rather bring him to safety, she couldn't leave while her mother, Rhiannon, and Peter remained on the train. Seeing that Valhalla had enough energy to function would be the next best thing.

Ganymede placed her hands on him and focused on transferring some of the excess energy from herself into him. It wasn't much considering the battle had fatigued her, but it should be enough to keep him on his feet long enough for them to save their family.

With that task completed, Ganymede stood from the bench to glance around the platform. There were too many people and too much mayhem going on for her to get an accurate read on the situation. Instead, she focused her attention on the train as it passed. She didn't have magic to slow or stop it, but if it had become a youma she at least had the power to injure it.

“Searing Passion!” she said, and aimed for the train.

Quote:
The enemy's focus temporarily narrows upon a single, abstract desire that manifests itself in a physical heating of the body that grows progressively stronger throughout the duration of the attack, until the target feels as if they're burning up from the inside. They're likely to feel weak and disoriented after the attack has burned itself out. The attack itself reaches its peak after 45 seconds.

Havasu HP: 120-20=100

Havasu barely had a chance to digest the mutant youma train when the civi ducked behind his back. The blond twisted around and let out a low scoff when he saw what the dude was doing, "really? Now? You couldn't have done that before? And you have the gall to call us terrorists?" Who the hell would guess the freaking scaredy cat of a suite would be a page.

Before he was able to b***h more the train came roaring back spewing stuff onto the platform and everyone on it. It smelled bad and looked worse, a hand shoved over his mouth and nose, practically in both, was the only thing preventing him from losing what was in his stomach. "Magic? I got nothing. Dickless over here has a point though. The office might be best, maybe we can find a off switch or something." He gagged and mentally prayed that his nose would fall off just so he didn't have to smell any more. When flying trash went barreling, ha, towards the train Havasu got an idea. He had no way of knowing if it would work but it was worth asking, spoiled, rich boy like him had never been in a subway station before.... And likely won't again.

"This place would have fire extinguishers or hoses right? If the extinguishers are carbon dioxide or chemical they might help slow the damn thing down.... The hose would atleast help get rid of this stuff," he nodded towards the floor and did his best to not see the parts in it. He glanced up and saw how the negas were mingling, they too were forming a plan and Havasu didn't know if he wanted to be out in the open when they decided on the their course of action. “How about this, you guys head to the office…. there has got to be an emergency off switch or something. I’ll look for a extinguisher or a hose. That work for everyone? Cuz the sooner we get a move on the better.” The dragon lady was back and he had a feeling the negas who weren't doing anything soon would be.

Sleet Tempest Snape
if he found them would they work? could he atleast clean off the damn platform? and is blue's youma still around?

Pompeii couldn't help but gag as the demon train made it's second pass and violated everyone's senses with goo slashed across the platform. She did her best to keep her longer skirt out of gunk and her face mostly covered. Her race towards Maia had slowed down due to the sticky floor and trying not to fall into the goop... Or kick it up.

Finally she stumbled to a halt next to Maia and some other senshi, this one with long hair. "Sorry got waylaid by a captain who was not appreciative of the fire alarm." She paused as she mentally went over the question that had been asked of everyone. "Ways to slow it down? I have my shawl but if the train is going to fast it will either rip it from my hand or take me with it." She took a step forward, her sleeve protecting her face, and began to slip. Her arm wind milled and by the grace of all that was holy she regained her balance but her skirt now had some of the gunk on it and her senses were choking on the rank smell emanating from the train vomit. She felt her stomach roll and pitch from the rancid stench and for a few moments she was afraid she would be adding to the mess. Finally she was able to bring her system under control just in time to witness a flaming trashcan go flying at the passing train. She blinked in surprise, that was interesting. Could more items be set alight and be used as projectiles? Would it help or hinder anyone else trying to stop the demon train? Would it piss the train off so it would produce more ooze? There were too many variables, "I'll follow your lead Maia. Just let me know what you want me to do?"

It was strange that a grown a** woman was asking a girl several years younger what to do but when it came to fighting the ******** up s**t the negaverse produced Maia knew what she was doing. Besides by sticking close to the senshi she could keep an eye on her... the redhead did just get out of the hospital. And Pompeii still woke up occasionally feeling as if she was being shocked all over again.

Xenotime HP: 160

There was a brief moment where, as sometimes happen, something is done or said and though not important, it manages to hold a persons attention despite whatever else might have been going on around them. Typhon's flippant comment towards her captain managed to spark just such a moment. She watched on as Umber responded, utterly literally, to the flirtatious inquiry without so much as a hint of realization behind the other man's tone or intentions. If they hadn't been standing in stomach acid and remains, trying to free fellow agents from a giant run away youma train, it would have been funny.

It still was, honestly, but there were more important things to worry about.

It did appear as though Typhon had taken her orders to heart. He lit a trash can ablaze and sent it spinning at the monstrous train as it howled past the platform again, and very briefly considered her initial stance to beat him bloody when this had all concluded.

Very very briefly, and without cause, because the Super just didn't know when to keep his damn mouth shut. She sighed, wiping gunk off the front of her uniform to fling it away from her towards the ground. The s**t burned, but worst then that, it stank. She'd look up though, as she felt eyes on her, and responded to Umber's question with a slow blink. Of course he'd ask. The general was saved from having to provide an immediate answer when the captain's crystal sounded with an unfamiliar voice, and he took a moment to communicate back and forth with whomever was on the other side, presumably someone on the train. In the interim the general sent a harsh look in Typhon's direction, a warning he probably wouldn't heed.

Cinnabar's arrival was met with relief, annoyance, and envy. The Youma general didn't look as though she'd been present for the disgusting spew of nastiness that was now coating the majority of them. She'd have very happily answered the questions, but Umber responded first.

She waited until he was done, a hand coming up to rest on his arm. "Ask your question again later, I'll answer it. It doesn't pertain to this situation."

When Mistral flipped another switch, it sounded somewhat like brakes engaged on the train. The grind of metal whistled loud through the tunnel, reached screeching proportions, and ceased altogether. However, the tunnel grew bright with a flash as the train emerged once more, still barreling through the platform at a decent clip. Those of sound logic faculties might deduce that the organic youma portions had fused with the break system, thereby exercising autonomous control.

Juno's thrown briefcase and trash can elicited little more than multiple vocalized grunts from the train. It appeared to take notice of her solely by repetition, and one of the membranous dividers for the cars opened long enough to reveal the surfeit of eyes enveloping the coupler.

The burning trash barrel that struck the car earned a pained whistle, though the train lacked time between impact and response to properly retaliate against the culprit - corrupted senshi Typhon. Before it could discharge another fit of chyme at the senshi, princess Ganymede loosed an attack on the youma to great effect. The point at which it focused may never be vocalized by the conglomeration itself, but those within the belly of the creature might give hints toward its propulsive desires.

Due to extensive damage incurred by train, Deadhead blows its whistle and discharges a massive number of youma from its body in a high-impact burst! Characters who are unable to dodge or hide behind pillars will suffer half their current HP in damage due to the high velocity strike from chunks of meat! Characters cemented to the ground by chyme are unable to dodge. (Train is unable to attack again for 24 hours)

Princess Polaris - HP: 205
Strickenized
I'm assuming being inside the office is equivilant to ducking behind a pillar or something, but if it's not and she'd be hit just let me know and I'll fix her hp. heart

"Is there something over there that looks like an intercom? One of the Mauvians suggested trying to call out to the people on the train and platform with that if we can find one." Polaris echo'd Snowball's thoughts to Mistral. However she pretty quickly added. "If not I think this phone and ring thing is working alright." She had already been snapped at once, understandably, and imagined the stress and uncertainty she was feeling was echo'd in the knight.

And then a button was pushed that sounded just like brakes with squealing and metallic scraping. Her heart leaped, excitement filling her face, but it was short lived as the train obviously kept going.

What... were the going to do if they couldn't stop it? Was there even a point in messing with the controls? Again her thoughts went to the tiara resting on her forehead. But fear stopped her again.

And at that moment the train blew a lot more 'stuff' everywhere. She could hear it splattering on the ground and large chunks as they pelted the walls of the office. Please let it not be more bodies. Please let it not be attacking the people outside... with the people from inside.

Super Sailor Juno - HP: 120 - 1/2 = 60

Eyes. Her own green eyes locked momentarily with the eyes of the youma train as it observed her in passing. Her attacks weren't doing as speculator a job as the flaming trash can had, but if she could aim one at some delicate part, like maybe the coupler perhaps her luck would be better.

Unfortunately for her, she didn't have the chance. As the Amazonian senshi tried her luck with the bench to see if she could lift it, so that she could then try to aim it, the train whistled again and this time what came at her was not simply gross.

So close to the edge of the platform, stepping through the gunk and gross, there was no possibility to dodge, and nothing to take the brunt of damage before her. Multiple pieces of youma meat smacked into her with force, knocking her off her feet before sliding through goo and muck across the platform. And she was pretty sure when she breathed in she swallowed a little bit of it.

Dazed, she lay on the ground for a moment, the ache of impacts throbbing through her body, before finally she tried to get back up to her feet. A far harder task then she'd have hoped.

Mistral HP: 120

Ah, darling, hello.

Mistral went very slightly pink around the ears. She didn't think she'd ever met Celsus in person, from what she could recall, but she liked how he was immediately at ease with her. It was comforting, in spite of everything going on around him. "The intercom...?" she asked, partly in response to his report, and turned towards Polaris.

Of course the train cars were wired for sound. Assuming that the youma hadn't assimilated the speakers and rendered them inoperable... Mistral scanned the board -

and then shrieked, cringing reflexively away from the windows as the youma train screeched through the station, blowing chunks. At least the office offered a small measure of protection - the stuff smelled rank, and everyone out on the platform seemed to be faring incredibly poorly.

What had she been doing...?

The intercom. Right. Mistral focused on the console again. She saw the microphone, but where was...

The talk button! It was clearly labeled but improbably located. "Polaris!" she called. "Found the intercom."

She raised her ring. "Celsus. I think that last button I hit was an emergency break. Doesn't seem like it worked. I'm gonna get Polaris on the line in a second."

Typhon HP: 110 / 2 = 55!

Typhon was still waiting for someone to offer him a blow job. Xenotime's death glare indicated she wasn't in the mood, and that he should try again in about ten minutes.

His wait was rudely interrupted, however, when a chunk of flying train-youma meat pegged him in the chest, exploding into a mess of sinewy carcass that tackled him to the floor. Lying flat on his back, he sighed in despair. "Well this just ******** blows."

He fought to dig himself out from underneath the chunk of youma meat and grabbed his old bottle of Everclear. There wasn't much left, but he had an idea. He tore a part of his ripped sleeve off from his uniform and shoved it in the bottle, soaking it in the high-proof liquor before lighting it on fire, creating a make-shift Molotov cocktail.

"Check this out, bros," he said to Xenotime, Umber, Cinnabar, and the other surrounding agents as he tossed the flaming Molotov cocktail as hard as he could at the train.

Unfortunately, the Molotov cocktail went through a slightly cracked window, and just went inside the train instead, endangering those ********. My bad."

Typhon would be waiting a really long damn time.

General Xenotime heard the training coming around for another pass, heard the angry howl of the whistle, and had maybe a half a second to react as she saw it come racing through the platform again, this time spraying the occupants with what looked like actually body parts. She moved automatically, one hand closing tightly on Umber's arm where it'd just come to rest, the other snapping out for the closest body next to them, and between one second and the next the three of them had disappeared from where they had been standing out in the open, and reappeared behind the thick width of one of the pillars close by.

The second her feet touched ground again she was pushing Umber up against the poured concrete and pulling the other, a Dark mirror she didn't know the name of, in against her chest, and brought the both of them in against the captain's chest.

It was a very narrow miss, bits and pieces of heavy meat and muscle flying past them on either side, but they, at least, had managed to avoid the worst of it.

She didn't even notice Typhon's latest attempt to be helpful, not until she heard him cursing. Then she poked her head out from behind the pillar just in time to see the flaming bottle sail through a window on the train.

General Jarosite | HP: 160

Looking back on it later, Jarosite would wonder why he didn't just teleport out with the younger officers and leave the senshi to their fate. He would wonder this while trying to wash chunks of human out of his hair, and decide, at this later date, that no amount of starseeds or energy gathering was worth attracting something that could only be described as a greater youma with an appetite.

In the moment however, all he could really think was a series of obscenities he shouted at the top of his voice as chucks collided with his face. He scrambled back from the train and Megrez (whereever the pesky b***h had run off to) and teleported himself behind a column in a panic.

Oh god the smell and it was in his hair and he didn't sign up for this s**t.

He held the com crystal up to his mouth and, snarled into it.

"Brimstone, you better have a good <********> reason that train is a youma. If not, I swear on Metallia I will show you the meaning of pain." He spoke to the Negaverse as a whole, but to Brimstone explicitly. There was very little that infuriated Jarosite with his own side; less so since he'd begun to consume starseeds himself. But thoughtless acts that endangered their energy source as well as the other officers as a whole was the biggest one.

He was going to have Brimstone's head when this was over.

The train belched, Typhon threw a damn flaming trashcan into it, and Jarosite wondered how worse this was going to get from here.

Valhalla / HP: 160 /2 = 80

Valhalla felt a bit better now that Ganymede gave him some of her energy to keep going. At least now he could focus on what was happening around them and hopefully figure out a way to coordinate an attack. It seemed as though the people inside the youma weren’t too injured yet, but if they didn’t get them out soon, who knew what might happen.

Too busy trying to see what Celsus returned back to him, Valhalla did not see the large chuck of youma throw his way, and it hit him, knocking him to the ground. He was just not in a good place today. Groaning, he pushed himself back up and made to write a quick response to Celsus.

To Celsus
Don’t worry about us. We’re going to get you all out, just hang in there.

“Ganymede!” he called over to her to make sure she was okay, but it looked like she managed not to get hit.

Of course she didn’t get hit, because Sessrumnir stood in front of her to block the chucks of meat from hitting the petite Princess. He was already unable to use his magic, but she had enough fight in her to do some serious damage. Besides, he was big enough to block anything from hitting her and remain standing.

“Whatever you did seemed to work. I’m not sure what I can do with my magic. Maybe if we found a way to cave in one of the tunnels to stop it. At least if it’s stopped, we’ll be able to use physical attacks on it,” he suggested, but doubted they would have enough organization to pull something like that off.

"Doesn't look like they're too concerned with saving their own."

Sailor Elsa // 100 HP

Elsa frowned. The idea of trying to convince Order to help them didn't strike him as a particularly pleasant one - but on the other hand, there were obviously some of theirs on the train, and so it was in their interest to stop it too.

Not for the first time, he felt a seething bitterness that his own magic was, in effect, utterly useless. Sure, in theory, being Senshi of Hungry Horrorcreatures was pretty awesome, but the results were...well, less than useful, especially in situations like this.

(If he was being honest, watching Umber completely miss every bit of incredibly blatant flirtation directed his way was making up for the generally shitty situation, just a little. It was legitimately comedic, and under any other circumstances he would have been incredibly tempted to actually explain what a b*****b was. But, no, not the time. Not. The. Time.)

He was about to stride off and start setting some s**t on fire - because that seemed well within his repertoire of capability - when the train made another pass, and this time, it was angry.

He was thankful he hadn't gotten far, because if he hadn't been close enough to get grabbed, he would have been hit by that s**t - and it looked like it would hurt like hell.

"Thanks," he said, and out of the corner of his eye he caught a glimpse of a discarded lighter and a trashcan behind another pillar. Typhon's little attempt at a Molotov cocktail hadn't worked well, but the flaming trashcans had - and that still sounded like a really, really good idea. "I'll be back," the tiny Senshi declared, and then he darted for it, scooping up the lighter and tearing off one of the thin, transparent bits off his waist. He touched the lighter flame to it, and it aught easily - so he dropped in with the trash, which was luckily not too wet from youma goop.

It caught, and he threw the whole mess as hard as he could at the train, aiming below the windows so as not to repeat Typhon's little fiery mistake.
