Name: Genesis Nicknames: Gen Gender: Female
Birthday: December 13 Age: 21 Height: 5'10" Voice: Piercing Hometown: Mauville City (Hoenn) Current Residence: Motterossa (Zatao)
Family: ???
About: Genesis is a guarded individual and easily distrustful of others. This isn't to say she goes out of her way to antagonize people; on the contrary, many will state she's a charming individual. However, anyone observant will note she rarely provides information about herself.
It should also be noted that her place within Team Rocket isn't just for show; what morals she has are questionable at best, and she would not hesitate to turn against anyone if it proves beneficial for her own goals. The only thing she won't turn her back on is her Pokémon. She trusts them explicitly, though to varying degrees, and all are able to maintain their own autonomy. Many are left to wander as they please outside of their Poké Balls; even in battle, her Pokémon are free to dictate their own actions. The only thing she expects is that the loyalty she gives them is returned to her in kind.
She purchased a house in Motterossa as soon as she could afford to do so. While it's true she has a bunk at the Team Rocket headquarters, and she rarely, if ever, visits her own home, she felt it was important for her to have her own space.
In addition, because of the nature of her work, she has come up with a number of personas (all with their own quirks, dressing styles, and speech habits) during her time in Zatao.
Clara Reed: Genesis' first attempt at a disguise. As a result, this persona has the most in common with her true personality, though with a more amiable touch. Karin Miller: Outgoing. Her emotions are played to the extreme on both sides of the spectrum, and she's prone to bursts of wild enthusiasm or dramatic (and often hilarious) distress. Karin focuses on battling, especially at the Stadium. Eliza Brooks: Eliza is a cheerful traveler who shows a maternal side to everyone she meets. She often calls others nicknames and is more childish than the others. Arwen Flowers: Arwen is Genesis' first disguise of the opposite sex. He is a timid trainer who, despite his age, has only recently left his home town. He was never fond of battling and is an amateur coordinator.
History: After leaving an unhappy situation in Mauville City, the place of her birth, she stole her first Pokémon, Erebos, and ran off to Zatao. She changed her name to Genesis, to represent her new start in life.
At first, she had intended to live as far from civilization as possible. When that proved unfruitful, she allowed herself to be recruited in Team Rocket whose goals, though not exact, at least ran parallel to her own. The organization had started out as a means of earning compensation, but over time grew to be seen as "home." Her partner, Doyle (Bluedemonwolf), remains her only (human) friend at present, and she has become more involved with establishing Team Rocket's base in Zatao.

Pokémon: Genesis prizes loyalty in her companions, and that is the first thing she trains her Pokémon with. Once they've proved themselves trustworthy, she often leaves them out of their Poké Balls so they can do what they like, so long as they remain close and can return at a moment's notice. This trust is extended to nearly all aspects of her relationship with her Pokémon, to the point where, even in battle, her Pokémon are free to dictate their own actions. However, Genesis still retains absolute leadership, and puts it to use when necessary. If she is unable to, Erebos is relied on to take the role.
Home: Genesis' home is rarely used and incredibly bare, with only a large bed and a few appliances within. Still, she likes to know she has a place to return to, and it's proven itself useful on multiple occasions. Very few are ever invited to it, however. Instead, she spends the majority of her time at Team Rocket's base when she's not out on missions.
Breeding Availability: (Due to the number of Pokémon Genesis has, only those with partners are listed. If anyone has three partners listed, then I would prefer not to commit them to any more breedings until the list clears up a bit. Otherwise, they are open to offers, even if they are not listed below. Thank you!)
Erebos: Ark (Bluedemonwolf), Meimu (Kitsune Mistress Nyoko). Closed to additional offers. Leto: William (bullterrierlove). Closed to additional offers. Hemera: Square (Neko_no_Yami) Tartarus: Tyr (Liquid Kitsune), Faraon (Tristam Lockhart), Diablo (bullterrierlove) Kronos: Angra Mainyu (Bluedemonwolf). Closed to additional offers. Crete: Geo (Neko_no_Yami) Perseus: Masurao (Kitsune Mistress Nyoko), Tiger (Ryuukishin). I intend to get her a mate in the future; for now, she's open for offers. Parthenius: Auron (Bluedemonwolf), Razor (Revel1984) Lucky: Tatl (Nanashi Kage Enjeru)
Trained to be a prized participant in illegal fighting rings, Erebos has known nothing but violence since the day of his birth. He was raised to be cruel, to be strong, to be fast, and to kill, and this showed in everything he did. Day after day he fought, and he believed that nothing would change, that he would live out the rest of his days with nothing to live for. What he didn't know was that it would not last. Eventually, Genesis would find him, and both of their lives would be affected forever.
But of course, such a development would not pass smoothly. It was hard for them, at first: neither were used to caring for another, and they struggled against the idea of change. Both sides resisted, resulting in the scars along Genesis' arms. Eventually, however, each became attached to the other, and not long after, the two escaped their previous lives and headed to Zatao.
A grim and distant Pokémon, Erebos is a Pokémon few would go to for amicable company. As his scarred and brutish appearance suggests, he lacks many social graces. In the past, he was quick to dissuade others from approaching with a flash of fangs and a bristling of fur. However, he's calmed much since he joined Genesis and tolerates her other Pokémon fairly well, but he still holds his aggressive tendencies and is quicker to initiate battles than he should be. At the very least, he shows a militaristic discipline to the one he considers his trainer and has proven himself to be the best ally Genesis could have asked for.
Leto got herself caught up in the Dreamworld when a frightened Jirachi took over a town. During that time, she came across Erebos and, finding his flank to be an exceptionally nice perching spot, chose to join him and Genesis.
Leto is a rambunctious fellow with quirky tendencies and a strong love of battle. Often, many are left either loving her or hating her, with no in between, but the confident Rattata takes it all in stride, and challenges any who oppose her.
Hemera aka Chuu (Lucario) Obtained from the Battle Event on 11/30/11
After an incident where a recently freed Jirachi nearly destroyed all of Katarina, the town's gym leader reopened the renovated stadium in celebration of the avoided devastation. Genesis had taken advantage of the accumulated trainers and Pokémon to thoroughly train her two Pokémon and, Luna, glad to see a dedicated battler, offered her recently-caught Lucario to the Rocket Grunt who had gladly accepted.
Hemera is a kind-hearted soul, able to get along with anyone and everyone. However, she rarely shows any strong emotion, and as a result, she comes across as bland to most.
Tartarus (Lucario) Obtained from the April 2012 Self Custom on 8/20/12
Tartarus was the first legitimate catch Genesis made with the help of Erebos, much to Tartarus' poor luck. She hadn't intended to get caught and opposed her new trainer at first, but this quickly changed when she realized there was a beautiful Lucario in her team...
She is a self-assured creature – so much so that she can be overbearing at times. She bears an ego of considerable size: one that can be quickly deflated but just as quickly revived, so that she can be in a black mood one day and completely happy the next.
Atlas (Crobat) Obtained from the Flying Race on 5/25/12
It was a terrible night. The moon was raining its dangerous light upon the earth, the clouds hovered suspiciously overhead, and the leaves rustled with impending doom. Atlas believed the night would not pass without some trouble coming to him and for once, he was right. Out of nowhere, teeth descended upon him, trapping his wings. He recalled he had screamed 'Dooooooom!' to his peers before he was taken away, to warn them of their own eventual demise. And then, he was in a Poké Ball.
In reality, Tartarus had snuffed him out. She had intended to offer him as a present to one she was courting, but alas, Genesis had tucked him safely away into a Poké Ball, and Atlas has been with her ever since.
Bleak and gloomy, Atlas is forever desolate and is always ready to make sure everyone realizes the hopelessness of the situation. Each warning is accompanied with the gravity he feels they deserve, but many others believe him to be too dramatic, much to his ire. Age and experience has loosened him up some, but he's still too serious.
Kronos (Mightyena) Obtained from the Felicity Island Metaplot Event (Daycare Center) on 8/5/12
During the free cruise trip to Felicity Island, Erebos and his partner, Ark, got into a heated argument which quickly led into a fight. This resulted in a tryst with an unknown Mightyena, and thus, Kronos was born.
Kronos is a powerfully-built Pokémon who takes heavily after her father, Erebos, though she has not grown to hate as he did. She loves to fight and wrestle, and is eager to get along with others, although she always puts herself at the forefront of others and may forget to take their needs into consideration.
Crete (Emolga) Obtained from the Felicity Island Metaplot Event (Trade with JessicaH123) on 8/13/12
Crete's original trainer, Natalie, was unable to keep him and sent out flyers to interview potential adopters for him. Genesis happened to be one of those people and, although she had to lie to keep her Rocket status a secret, she genuinely cares for the small Emolga and was able to take him home with her.
Crete is often mistaken as a female, for he often shows traits that are closely tied to what it is believed to be feminine. He is timid, gentle, and surprisingly compassionate despite his young age, but easily cowed.
Metis (Bibarel) Obtained from the Felicity Island Metaplot Event (Consolation Prize) on 8/20/12
Metis was one of the Bibarels from Felicity Island. She had lived there long enough to see what isolation could do and, when an opportunity presented itself for her to leave, she took it. Originally, she had intended to remain wild, but she felt that she would be immensely lonely without companions and quickly changed her mind.
She is a caring and agreeable Pokémon. Metis enjoys taking care of others, but she is more than capable of holding her own, and is a powerful addition to Genesis' team.
A roguish trickster; she follows no one's command but her own. Perseus possesses a draconian desire to hoard, and has grown to become quite the thief. It is not uncommon to see her wearing her latest catch; any that try to take the items from her will face her wrath.
Parthenius (Mightyena) Obtained from the Pogey Elf Payment on 1/10/13
A lover and a fighter. Parthenius enjoys physical gestures of affection (romantic or no), and spends many an hour cuddling up with her friends. However, her affability should not be mistaken for weakness; she is often sent on solo missions, and is more than capable of taking care of herself.
