Roll a Six: Electric Field: The field is completely flat. Standing at the four corners and at the exact center of the field are five electrical towers that stand at six feet in height. These release static discharge across the field at random; electric attacks may be able to amplify themselves by using these stray charges to their advantage. The discharges also programmed to encourage pokemon to avoid standing in one location for too long. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to ELECTRIC type attacks.

Erebos crouched by the edge of the field, his sharp eyes following the sparks of electricity that flirted about the floor. He knew it to be a stage that demanded movement always, lest the sting of a stray bolt come, and he would be glad to finish the battle quickly.
Pivoting his ears, he sought his opponent.

Thunder sprang onto the field, the stray bits of electricity bouncing around, tickling his fur. He shook his tail, attempting to collect bits of it as they sparked by. Maybe he would have better luck on this field, but his opponent looked tough.

Thunder had the first move. He nimbly bounded a few feet forward, his tail held high. He eyed the lucario, deciding to test the field and himself first as he let out a thunder wave attack.

Erebos stepped on the field, and was immediately paralyzed. He could feel trills of electricity running along his limbs, stiffening his legs and making it impossible to move at times.
Flattening his ears, he attempted to calm his mind.

Thunder watched as the paralysis hit, but the Lucario still managed to up his attack. The pikachu decided to try to chip away at the lucario's health at least while he had a slight advantage, and sent out a blast of thunder.

The thunder lanced across the field and struck Erebos on the paw. He bared his teeth, though he made no sound, and tried to lunge at the Pikachu with a Bone Rush.

The pikachu shook his head as the bone rush hit with extra force. Thunder flattened his ears as he built up a low rumble in his throat before letting out loud growl.

Erebos returned the growl with one of his own, but he could feel the Pikachu's weakening him. Closing his eyes once more and ignoring the trills of electricity that danced about the room, he attempted to focus his mind once again.

Seems the Lucario wasn't going to let himself be weakened easily. Instead he reverted back to trying to chip away at the other pokemon's health, holding his tail high to catch some stray waves before sending out another thunder attack.

Finally the paralysis struck and Thunder was able to get off without having to take another blow from bone rush.... at least for now. He clenched his fists as he sprang backwards a bit, the electricity circling around his fur before shooting out in another blast.
