It was finally the last day of the cruise, and you're eaten so much that you are quite possibly 5 lbs heavier than when you first stepped on the ship, and definitely pooped out from running and trying to do all the activities the ship had to offer.
You were off where ever you were, enjoying some sea breeze, when an announcement came on over the loud speakers.
May I have your attention, please
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen! I hope you are all enjoying your stay on the S.S. Extrasensory, but our trip has just begun! We are nearing our destination, Felicity Island. If you position yourself to the nearest porthole, or onto our deck, you will be able to see the island to the west. We will begin docking in one hour, so grab any items you may need before we return tonight. This may include snacks, Repels, Pokeballs, and of course, don't leave your Pokemon behind.
Our first adventure is a safari, deep into the the lush forests of Felicity Island. Hopefully, we will be able to spot many Pokemon native only to this island! If you happen to have a Pokeball with you, you will be given the opportunity to capture one for yourself while on this adventure.
Once we step off the ship, you will be escorted to one of our vehicles by our crew. After you make sure all your items are safely secured, and that all fingers and toes inside at all times, we will be off!
You scramble back into your cabin to pack a light day bag with all your essentials, and then remembered to stop by the restrooms because forests don't have these. You made sure to summon your Pokemon from where ever it has gone to, if you had one.
The next announcement came on to say everyone could start leaving the ship, and you could feel everyone's excitement fill the air. The very next moment, everyone was safely seated in an all-terrain vehicle. Small Pokemon, and flying Pokemon were allowed to be kept out if they were obedient enough to not go wandering off on their own , but larger ones had to be kept in their Pokeballs.
The cars bumped along the dirt road with the Captain, now tour guide, explaining the history of the island, and pointing out various flora occurring on the island. As they went deeper into the forest, the air grew moist and the canopies overhead left them in shadows, even though it was barely noon. What was once a dirt trail was no longer visible in front of them. You hoped the Captain knew where he was going, as he continued to ramble on and on.
Come to think of it, he never told everyone where they were going. The only thing he said was that they would see Pokemon on this safari. You think back, but can't remember catching a glimpse of any, and this was pretty far into the forest already. Surely, you should have passed by at least one wild Pokemon by now?
The vehicles pulled to a stop. They were in a clearing with rolling hills and tall grass that reached up to their knees. Down the hill was numerous small waterfalls, which seems to be the highlight of the stop. The Captain left them with a warning; "don't fall in!" and they were off to explore the area for a little while.
You stroll down the hill towards the falls. As you got there, a gentle breeze picked up, lightly splashing some mist onto you. It had a cooling effect. Hmm, still not a sight of Pokemon at all.
---Rustle rustle.
You look towards the noise, thinking you might finally catch a glimpse of an elusive Pokemon! There was nothing there. No one else seemed to have heard the noise, or saw anything, either.
------------------Rustle rustle.
There it was again! This time, it was louder. You stare intensely at the bushes. If there was a Pokemon, you weren't going to miss it this time.
---Aha!
There was indeed something lurking in those bushes. It didn't look like any of the ones from the cruise, from the little bit that you saw of it, so hopefully it was a wild one... that you could catch. But, before you could call out to your Pokemon, or grab a stick to pelt down the wild Pokemon with, you heard the Captain's voice, swearing like a sailor. And boy, did he sound angry.
Distracted from whatever was in the bush, you head back up the hill instead, hoping that he wasn't swearing because he was angry that you were late, or anything.
At the top of the hill, you spot the Captain waving a branch, and a few of your cruise mates nearby. They all seemed to be screaming at something in the grass. When you got closer, you could clearly see that the brown bits in the grass weren't dirt.
They seemed to have invaded the territory of these Pokemon, and they were swarming like you've never seen any type of Pokemon swarm before. The Captain is trying to swat them away from his vehicle with a branch, and some of your cruise mates were bringing out their Pokemon to help out.
You decided to help out, as well, and started attacking the swarm with your Pokemon/weapon/thing.
