Roll a Three: Grass Field: The breeze from the stadium air conditioners rustles the flat grassland arena that has replaced the default stage. Small clouds of harmless pollen fly through the air from the breeze. The land is completely flat, making maneuverability easy to those build to walk on land. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to GRASS and BUG type attacks.

Genesis sighed, leaning against the railing of her trainer's platform. She was just about ready to leave the stadium for the day, but was trying to get one more battle for her Lucario before she left. She only hoped her opponent came soon.
Erebos waited patiently, unlike his trainer. He sat at the farther end of the field on the side closest to Genesis, ears pivoting as he took in the sounds in and around the field.

Lenore took her spot at the trainer's box, Mephistopheles at her side. She gave him a small smile and a short wave before opening her book.
Mephistopheles floated down to the grassy field and bowed to the lucario. "Greetings. I am Mephistopheles, but you may call me Mephisto if it pleases you. I shall be your opponent for the duration of this battle. Good luck."

Erebos watched the Duskull warily. He was not used to such cordiality from a fighting partner, and thought himself the subject of some sort of trick. He did not voice his concern, however, but expressed it with by expelling a purple liquid towards the floating Duskull.

Mephistopheles quickly floated out of the way of the poison. His eye glowed as a blue flame erupted beside the lucario.

Erebos snarled when the flame struck him and burned his side. It stung, but it wasn't as bad as other burns he'd faced before, and he allowed himself to calm before continuing.

Erebos leaped towards the Duskull, ignoring the beam of ice that glanced against his side and seared against his burn. He continued his pursuit, attempting to get close enough to deliver a Crunch.

Mephistopheles was bitten, but he phased out of the lucario's grip. Retreating, his fired another ice beam.
