Roll a Six: Electric Field: The field is completely flat. Standing at the four corners and at the exact center of the field are five electrical towers that stand at six feet in height. These release static discharge across the field at random; electric attacks may be able to amplify themselves by using these stray charges to their advantage. The discharges also programmed to encourage pokemon to avoid standing in one location for too long. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to ELECTRIC type attacks.

Genesis reclined back on a railing on the trainer's platform, recalling another battle her Lucario had faced earlier in the same field. Despite going against an Electric-type, he had prevailed, and now, she wondered whether her Rattata would do the same, and whether her opponent would find the field advantageous.
Leto squeaked upon seeing the field, fur bristling. She had been shocked and paralyzed quite a few times herself, and did not enjoy the experience. She'd rather have the graveyard again!
But she didn't think the field could be randomized to anything different, nor did she think her trainer would be willing to switch to another battle area. With a resigned sigh, she stepped onto the flat field to await her opponent, glad, at least, to be battling.

Orchid to was familiar with electricity, She could feel the static running through her fur as the field gave it off slightly in waves. Running down her trainers shoulder she scampered onto the field.
Syt surveyed the field, planning strategy and thinking a few steps ahead as her pokemon took to the field.

'Arceus,' Genesis thought. 'Another Rattata.' There had been a lot appearing in the Stadium as of late, and they were proving to be quite impressive when it came to battle. Letting out a breath, she waved at the other training before calling, "Tail Whip!"
Leto chittered when she saw her opponent, wagging her tail amiably. It was nice to see another female Rattata, and she joyously ran to greet the other. Mid-way, she heard Genesis called and so, at the last moment, she turned, hitting the other with her tail.

As the tail smacked her across the face, she shook her head. Chittering in annoyance, she jumped back a few paces.
"Orchid, Screech!" Opening her jaws, the rattata let out an ear splitting sound.

Genesis covered her ears, the Screech so loud it reached even her.
"Don't let it continue! Try Ice Beam!"
Leto squeaked with annoyance at the other's attack, and she pressed her ears down with a paw. Hoping to stop it, she pinched her eyes closed and shot out a beam of ice.

Despite her distance from the actual battle, Genesis could see the ice melting quickly. Water pooled around the afflicted Pokémon, and it would not bode well should any shock choose to pass.
"Once more! Distance yourself after!"
Leto, too, could see the dripping water, and although it didn't occur to her that the field might make it dangerous, it was sopping up her feet, and for that reason she was glad to attack and run.

Finally the ice seemed to melt from the rattata's fur, shaking her coat out she chattered angrily, not exactly liking being that cold.

Despite her earlier fleeing, the opponent caught up quickly which was, in hindsight, no real surprise. Rattatas were known for their speed after all but, as she was being attacked for that very reason right now, she felt little excuse to be proud.
Turning round, she returned the attack.

As the rocks hit her, she rolled back across the field. Getting to her feet she shook the grit out of her fur before spinning around to send another rock flying back. Orchid was not one to give up even when it didn't look good.
