Tartarus wandered into the city's edge, her long ears held high and alert. People often mistook her for a wild Pokémon and were always trying to battle her or throw balls at her head, but she supposed it would be good practice to see how long she could avoid them. And besides, she was bored. The rest of her party-mates were busy with their own activities, and to be honest, it left her feeling ill-appreciated. Why did her human go through all that work to catch her, only to leave her out all the time? She certainly didn't mind, but geez. It would be good to feel useful, especially if she was going to be bound to a trainer.
But no, now was not the time for such thoughts. She was here to have fun, and she wasn't going to ruin it before she even started. Cautiously, she made her way into the suburbs.

George had been busy with work in the city and figured it was about time he just took a walk around. Let people see that there was an officer that came by every so often to make sure everything was ok. Tyr walked around next to George on his right, looking around for anyone who might be in trouble. He hadn't been this big for very long, still getting used to his body but he did feel a bit more accepted as a police dog now. He wasn't just a puppy though he did want to have some fun and still liked being pet.
He raised his nose in the air a bit to get a good sniff when he thought he smelled another pokemon. He was not familiar with this breed, so he didn't know what to expect. Didn't seem to have the smell of a wild pokemon, wasn't dirty enough. He looked around for whoever was around watching them currently.

Tartarus stopped mid-step when she caught sight of a police officer, instantly on edge. Those were the types of trainers Genesis always got into trouble with, and Tartarus was sure the Rocket had even been to jail a few times. She was not one to care much for humans and their strange actions, but she’d come to grow fond of the trainer who held her, and her trainer’s enemies were slowly becoming her own. Still, she knew it would be irrational of her to hate every officer, just as she couldn’t come to accept every Rocket. And besides, she was sure by now the others would suspect her strange actions.
Hoping to alleviate that suspicion and her boredom at the same time, she went right up to the pair – guilty parties wouldn’t do so after all, right? Her confidence would help convince others she was already claimed, too, as she didn’t display the skittish behavior wild Pokémon often had. It was all working out quite nicely.
“Hey,” she greeted, knowing the human wouldn't be able to understand her and directing her words to the Mightyena instead. “Your boy got any food on ‘im?”

Ryuukishin Oops, didn't realize that I put the wrong image in there >.< George stopped when he heard something coming up out of sight and turned to look at it. He pulled out a treat and held it out for the pokemon. "Are you lost there honey?" He pulled out a pokeball and opened it near her to see how it reacted. When it beeped at him and didn't try to catch her, he smiled. "So where is your owner then little one?" Tyr had stopped and turned around looking at the new pokemon that came up to him. He sniffed her a bit to make note of her smell, she was something new. He had never seen one like her before.
He sat down as he watched George check the Lucario over, she was interesting to look at. He had never seen markings like hers before.

((Haha, no worries. xD))
Tartarus paid no attention the ball, well aware its only danger to her now was in its use as a projectile. Instead, she focused on the offered treat, her tail giving a delighted wag when the trainer took it out for her without any prompting. It was gone in a single bite, and she peered cautiously at the Mightyena while she nosed about the man’s clothes for other delectables, wondering if more food for her would mean less for him. If that was the case, he might grow defensive about it, and she wasn’t looking to pick a fight today.
“Sconesy,” she said with a roll of her eyes, using the ridiculous nickname her trainer gave her when she was in disguise. Then, feigning ignorance, “I’m a Lucario. What’s an offy-sir supposed to be? Aren’t you a pooch or something?”
Though Genesis had had her for some time, the Rocket was often too busy to really domesticate her. She was still more wild than she was tame, and she ignored the human so long as he posed no threat to her. But Tyr had said the trainer cared for his Pokémon, right? Did that mean Tyr wouldn’t mind if she took more of his trainer’s treats? She resumed her search, poking her muzzle into the human's pockets and looking deliberately at his long-toed paws to communicate her wishes.
