Rolled a Four: Water field: Five large platforms float on the surface of the deep pool. Four form a diamond formation around the single platform in the center. While land pokemon can move around on this field, it is mainly built for water-types. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to WATER type attacks.

It was becoming apparent to Genesis now that, upon jokingly throwing her Poké Ball at Leto, she had received much more than she bargained for, and not in the good way. The excitable little rat loved battles, no matter how large or powerful opponent, no matter how many times her a** had been handed to her, tail curled about the silver platter. No. She would battle, and she would do so until she could no longer, else Genesis would suffer for it.
Pinching the bridge of her nose, she allowed Leto to leap upon the floating platforms as they waited for their opponent.

Flint and Maya entered the stadium. Maya studied the field, it had potential but it would hinder her movement. Maya leapt into the air and glided to one of the platforms then faced her opponent, a Rattata. Flint waved at the girl " you again, huh? well good luck!" he called across the field

Flint looked at the screen and saw he had won the dice roll " guess i go first" he said. He examined the opponent and the field, trying to form a strategy " Maya, use thunder, try to paralyze it!" Maya nodded and began charging the attack before shooting it at Leto

"Guess so," Genesis said with a smile, hiding the strain in her voice. At this rate, she would have to catch a Pokémon that knew Hypnosis just for a break. "Good luck," she returned.
Leto wagged her tail excitedly when the Emolga flew in, ears flickering with barely controlled eagerness. She knew her trainer wouldn't call out attacks for her so, as soon as the battle began, she leapt towards the rat, only to be paralyzed mid-air.
Sputtering, she fell into the water and struggled to get herself back onto a platform, preparing for a Rock Smash as she did so.

Flint watch with concern as the Rattata fell into the water and was floundering due to the paralysis " Maya, use iron tail, try to knock it back onto a platform!" Flint called and Maya rushed forward to attack

Leto was successfully thrown onto a platform, and she lay there panting to catch her breath. To show her appreciation towards the other's saving of her, albeit rough, she wagged her tail around before attempting to rush in for another Rock Smash.

Leto sputtered, flailing as much as her spasm-ridden body would allow. Thankfully, when Maya hit her with Acrobatics, the momentum sent her once more to a platform. Success! the small Pokémon thought, believing the Emolga was trying to help her due to some psychic powers on Leto's part.
Testing the strengths of the imagined power, Leto aimed for another Rock Smash.

Maya watched Leto with a small measure of amusement, it wasn't a quitter that was for sure. Maya swooped down again and used Acrobatics again

Leto once again fell, and once again was saved by an admirable move of Maya's, whose control allowed her to hit Leto without falling into the water herself.
Unfortunately, Leto did not see the skill for what it was but, instead, still believed it to be the work of her hidden telekinesis. Now, if only she could control her body with it, too! With a sharp "Ta!" she attempted Rock Smash again.
