xxxxxx▸Personality:
Relaxed, calm, soft spoken, Invasive, comfortable, flirt and lazy are the words to come to mind when talking about this hunter. unlike her twin, Ava takes one thing at a time, at a slow pace. Sure she'll perform, especially when its deemed so but that doesn't mean she'll be the first to rush in all crazy like. She tends to be very...slow with her actions, drawing them out until she has to act.
That being said, it could also be said that she WAITS for an OPPORTUNISTIC moment. When it benefits her the most to act, or speak or do things.

Laurels of Demeter: Golden laurels in the shape of wheat and grains seem ordinary at first, but once they rest upon your head, small stalks of grains grow here and their into your hair. This is the place where I don't feel alone, This is the place I feel at home – (build a home, Cinematic Orchestra)
A steady step to the left, a small dip down and a slide of her foot in a half crescent moon, her tip pointed. It was the slow beginning of complicated sweep, something she had indulged herself in when she was a child and lost when her father thought it too fanicful for a business woman. Much less a legacy to his name. Dancing.
She was away from her old home now, placed in a new one with a new family. And yet when she danced, she felt that familiar nostalgia of her past. It tugged at her.
She slid into a split, her back falling to the ground and closed her eyes.
---
“Hey Alaska, What do you think we're going to be like in High school?” Grass scents fill her nose as her body shifted to that of before she became a teen. To her right, her sister lay next to her...matching dress and leggings with the same brown hair tied the same. The cliché of being twins always followed them, even in middle school.
But now, it was summer and the start of a new school year was coming upon them. Instead of middle school, they were entering high. Childhood was lost to them as the wind blew gently over their cheeks, the sun burning bright. Nevada held her sister's hand still and waited as Alaska thought.
“Different.” Alaska looked over at her twin. “I hope to be different.”
“Because we're the same?” Nevada wasn't hurt by her sisters decleration, they had been the same for so long that different would be a nice change. And to be honest, they were different beyond apperance. Her sister was an artist, who conveyed herself through by painting, by coloring. Nevada had thought that too much effort. She liked the physical, she liked to play sports and her secret was to dance. She wasn't smart but her sister was. It didn't upset her at all.
“We'll always be the same, but different. Are you worried for high school?” Alaska tugged her sister's hand. Nevada just shook her head and smiled.
“No change is nice.” her eyes closed again.
---
Her body lifted from the ground, pivoting with her steps as she lifted her hands and let them drop. music floated much like her body did. Again, her eyes closed.
---
When she opened them again, night had settled in and she was much older. The verge of graduation since Alaska had left them...the single note her sister had left her laid flattened in a old copy of sleeping beauty.
She lifted herself from her bed and stretched, looking around. A sense of foreboding and panic rised at the pure pitch black of the room, so much that at first she thought she was being surrounded by the shadow creatures again. Nothing cackled though, nothing reached out to touch or intrude her space as she slid her feet into slippers and went to flick her light on. She was alone though. So alone.
The alarm clock read 1:00am in bright green letters and made her shake her head. She was always a heavy sleeper UNTIL night fell in. Notes for her upcoming exams were scattered on her lonely desk as she went over to them and sighed, straightening them to give herself time to calm. And to muse as to why her desk was suddenly overfilling with academic notes.
Since Alaska had left, her fathers attention had turned on her...as well as his rage, disappoint and need to correct her. What he saw in Alaska, he tried to find in Nevada and the girl was starting to wear thin. She was not her sister but the shadow of her sister still. And she had been fine with that. Though she disliked their father for forcing Alaska the way he did...it had left her to develop into the girl she wanted to be. She did okay in school, mostly b's and c's. Sports became a hobby rather then her lifestyle but she excelled in dancing and singing, even joining a gardening club for the peace and tranquility it offered. Nap times had become a must as her sister study or was busy with her basketball.
Being ignored had hurt. But she didn't and wouldn't form to her father at all. The note Alaska had given her left her with a hope that she too would break free from this cage and to pursue into the future. She fingered under her notes and pulled out her copy of Sleeping Beauty, the one book they had adored together. She too had wished to fall asleep forever, to be woken by prince charming and to live happily ever after. Or maybe she hoped that falling asleep forever would take away all that she had to face.
“I'm not a prince charming Alaska” She hugged the book tight, “But where ever you're sleeping, I'll come find you and join you.” Taking it to her bed, she crawled back in and left the light on. Sleep drifted back to her.
---
It drifted into battle and into the fight for her life, all for her sister. She would find her sister even if it killed her.
---
It was funny now...as her dance ended, the memories fading right until the moment she had awoken from her pod's slumber. She left her dancing area and down to the same pods. The ones that kept numbers of sleeping beauties. She was no prince charming at all, but she would be the one to wake her sister from her eternal slumber. One day. Resting her head on the glass, she gave into a moment of silence before speaking again.
“Sleeping beauty was always our favorite story. How long do you think a eternal slumber is sister?” She kissed the glass gently, "i'm not your prince charming. But I will find a way to wake you."
