It wasn't hard, after a million and one rumors, to hear that Finn was in the infirmary after cheeking off to Caelius. She hadn't come to gloat oddly enough though, because well....she thought that whatever Finn might've said to Caelius was probably well needed said.
Plus it'd probably teach the moon hunter what she was saying from the beginning. They were all replacable here, no one was safe and that was that.
She made it to his room, moving to stand by his bed and whether he was awake or not, mustered up a"
"Hello Finn."

Sullen. That was one that could be used to describe one Finn Connor at the moment, as he lay gently propped up with pillows in his infirmary bed, torso, shoulder, stomach and leg bandaged. Face bandaged on it's right side to cover up what used to be god damned perfection. No more. His face was impassive, his remaining, visible eye dull rather then cold. His mouth was set in a line as he stared straight ahead into nothing, perhaps reliving the experience over and over in his head, or agonizing over the loss of his vanity. It was hard to tell, and most who came to check on him got zero response to their methodical list of questions. He hadn't wanted to die. Now he sort of wished that he had. But despite his current seemingly catatonic state, when he received a surprise visitor, his head turned slightly, his eye flicking slightly down, and then up, a hint of pain in his gaze before that too was expelled. "Hello." A muttered response, hollow, devoid of it's usual cutting edge. "Come to gloat, or are you just here to tell me what an idiot I am?" He asked, gaze shifting so that he was looking forward again, away from her. He scoffed a laugh. "Do me a favor. Save your ******** breath and go away." It was time to play the how fast can I get rid of this b***h game.

"Neither." She ignored the terse comment, pulling up a chair and sitting next to him. "Came to hear what your thoughts were. I'm sure you've gotten enough of the whole idiot thing.."
She looked to his eye, casually laying her hand in her lap.
"When you get up and start walking around, your balance is going to be skewered, Your good eye is going to strain really hard to make up for the missing one..." She looked directly at him, her good eye to his. "White spots are a sign that you need to let it rest. Don't be stupid or ashamed to take a moment to sit off somewhere and let your eye adjust."
She leaned back. "Corners are a ******** nightmare to walk around too."

<******** fantastic, he thought, and likely would have crossed his arms over his chest if he could have. Instead, he settled for leveling her with a single eyed glare as she settled herself in by pulling a chair up closer to his bed side. At least she was thoughtful enough to sit on his good side. Though actually, come to think of it, did he really want to see her face? "You don't want to hear my thoughts, cupcake. Trust me." He replied, voice laced with venom. And then she managed to surprise him. It didn't show on his face, but instead jolted inside of him, a strange feeling as she began going on about what it was like to live with only one eye. Listing off all of the things he had to look forward to in the future. Strained headaches, awkwardness, balance issues, white spots in his vision.... "It is utterly fascinating that you think I need you to explain all of this to me, like I'm some ******** grade school child in health class." He pursed his lips for a moment, ready to tell her again to leave, when something else came out instead. "Did I kill her?"

"Sure I do, It's the principle if I care for them to matter to me or not." Skidhe shrugged, "sometimes its better to rant to the enemy, since that's what we seem to be, then to rant to friends. I'm not gonna pat you on the head, or pity you."
She laughed. "Be ******** lucky Finn. When I lost my eye, I stumbled around wondering when my division was going to kick me out." She leaned in, "Hunters don't have a huge need for disabled or incapable hunters, I'm lucky that Mist is the do all division. We're a bunch of misfits together." She leaned back. "I still have my eye, you don't, so it's probably best to invest in a eye patch right away. For vanity's sake."
"And that whole side is gone Finn, You've now gained a big weakness...I'm still working on mine." Being blind in the left eye was terrible. Her face tilted at his quiet question.
"I can't assume who you mean so I'll start with Cass, She's alive and fine. Since the other females you care about are Abbi and Fini, I'll go with them next. Abbi is still alive and well as well. As much as you can be. As far as Fini..." Her face scrunched up before relaxing, "I saw her recently on the training fields, not a mark on her beautiful skin."
She laced her hands together. "Is that what Caelius showed you?"

"Okay then, right now I'm thinking I would really you rather weren't here at all." He replied, "And while I might normally appreciate such thoughtfulness, in this case, it is sorely misplaced and unwelcome." There, she had asked for it, and he laid it all out for her, as brutally honest as it was (though he definitely could have been worse). The fact that she was now basically threatening him, again, by telling him, again, how very unnecessary in the grande scheme of things he was, especially more so now that he was rendered half blind, only made him glare at her all the harder, eye strain be damned. "Thanks for the advice, sweet cheeks." He all but growled, not even caring that he was showing just how annoyed by her very presence she was. He wasn't in the mood for even his own little games right now. "Cass." He scoffed, giving his head a small shake. "I know. I saw her before I decided to question the psychotic authority figure. Abbi as well." Seriously, it was stupid to have asked. At the mention of Fini, something inside of him clenched up tight, and then relaxed at her answer. "Obviously not Fini. She wasn't even there." And then. "No idea to what you might be referring to. Show me? All he showed me was how ******** crazy he is." A pause. "Well, if you're going to insist on staying you might as well go and get me a glass of water. Hop to it. Don't skimp on the ice."

"Too bad, Cause I'm here. And wow, it's almost my pleasure to see you all annoyed and upset at my presence. Better then that s**t eating grin." She smiled thoughtfully, "I'd almost thought that expression was for everyone but..." She shrugged.
It wasn't by all means a threat, but brutal honesty. Like him, she didn't have time or patience to pretend he shouldn't be reminded of how little his life now became. It wasn't even gloating. It was a reminder to herself that she would have to work even harder.
"Well since you were specific." She stretched, "She doesn't have to be there for her to be a constant worry. No offense Finn, but your annoyed and tired, your poker face isn't the greatest right now." She plucked invisible lint off her leggings, "That's nothing new, it's the same leader that sent us to a desert because we had a bit of fun Finn..." She hesitated...then laughed, because he sounded like such a ******** princess. "Yeah sure your highness, be right back." She did get up and did as he asked, the cup was mostly full of ice. By mostly, it meant that there was about a drink worth of water.
"Your water, heavy on the rocks." She slapped it in front of him. "Are you going to stay in the moon division?"Seussi SORRY I HAD TO TAG BACK QQ
