Candace hadn't wanted to leave Dakota's bed. It pained her to do so. It literally pained Candace to leave Dakota, but she would deal with it, it was a very pleasant reminder that she always had him. It, and the fact that she just didn't want to, had been what had been the deciding factor in Candace staying the night and not just staying for a few hours and then going off in search of Nevada. She at least sent a text to warn her.



The text was sent and Candace gave Dakota one more..ah...quick goodbye before she left for Nevada's room. The delay had been because she wanted to give Nevada time in case she was busy. Yes. That was it.

When Candace arrived at the girl's room she knocked on her door, leaning against the wall beside it and waiting patiently for her to answer.

Candace turned her head when she heard Nevada's voice, giving the girl a warm smile. "Mostly, yes." She pushed off the wall. Oh, she was sore. Pleasantly sore. "I would've come sooner but I got a bit distracted."

She sighed, combing her fingers through her hair and then gesturing to the door. "I do have other more pleasant things I want to talk about, but there's another reason I'm here too." Candace frowned. "Is it locked?"

"Well...part of it is Mist training, but it's not the reason I felt the need to come see you." Candace waited for Nevada to enter the room first before she followed the trainee into the room, closing the door behind her. She was surprised to see how empty the room in. Trainee rooms weren't as grand as a Hunter's dorm but...this was like the room wasn't even lived in. Who was she staying with? "Hm?" She looked back to Nevada when the girl asked a question. Oh! That was safe territory. Candace smiled. "I'd love to. Aria wants me to oversee everyone doing the Mist course as it is, but I'd be happy to do the other courses with you as well."

Distracted.

Candace's brow rose. "What's that look for?"
