[1] Identification and Personal Information --------------------------------------- Name: Izaya Orihara
Codename: Nakura
Rank: Grunt
Age: 24 years As of May 4th, 2016, is 30 years old (claims to be 21 forever)
Gender: Male
Height: 5'8.9" or 175 cm
Weight: 127.6 lbs or 58 kg
Blood Type: O
Hair: Black, short-cropped hair with thin, tapered bangs
Eyes: Crimson; 'Reddish-brown'
Skin: Pale oriental peach
Voice: Hiroshi Kamiya (not to be confused with the other person in the clip, Shizuo/Daisuke Ono.)
Hometown: Camphoreon City, Kodo Region
Overall Appearance: Often seen wearing a sly smirk, Izaya's usual countenance can only be described as crafty and confident. Besides his cocky demeanor, however, Izaya fails to appear all that intimidating. He is of relatively short stature with a slim, almost feminine build. This may not suggest an abundance of power, but what he lacks in physical strength me more than makes up for in speed and cunning. He is also known to stand out in a crowd due to his 'refined sense of fashion' and 'good-looking face'. Izaya's trademark clothes are his fur-trimmed hoodie and the long-sleeved, black v-neck shirt he wears under it. As of joining Team Rocket, he wears a similar shirt, but with a large, red 'R' imprinted on the front. His hands are usually in his coat pockets and it can be assumed that he's got a good grip on his favored flick-blade, just in case. Instead of walking, he seems to prefer to skip along jovially. Likes to laugh and is frequently sighted atop high building structures overlooking large crowds.
Personality: Jolly Izaya Orihara claims to love all of humanity, with a few excpetions. He expresses his love of humans by putting them - both allies and enemies - in chaotic situations that many might consider miserable if not downright cruel. Izaya claims to do this for the sole purpose of observing human reactions and seeing the looks on his victims' faces after they have been faced with the shock of reality and the pain of truth. He likes to get inside people's minds and predict what they're about to do or think before they do or think it. The human-observer tends to make use of reverse psychology from time to time. Orihara also has a tendency to tell lies for his own amusement and benefit, and is consequently known as a pathological liar.
He especially enjoys angering people to illict a response. With a skip in his step, Orihara is the sort of guy who would stomp all over a person's beliefs and rip their mental state to pieces if only for his own entertainment. If not for his usual disregard for others' feelings and sensitivities, he could be described as quite jolly. When speaking to others, Izaya expresses his confidence in a calm and casual, friendly manner, no matter if he's addressing an inferior, peer, or superior Rocket member. This is further supported by the fact that he loves giving people nicknames, whether they like them or not. With his extensive craftiness and knowledge obtained through human observation, he likes to presume he has the intelligence to back up his cocky attitude. Sometimes his conversation will seem critical or condesending due to this nature. This leads many to believe he has something of a superiority complex.
Izaya may, in fact, seem to a stranger to be immoral, or 'evil', but in truth he doesn't act on any morals at all, making him amoral. Entirely selfish and intent on his own gain, it isn't much of a wonder that he lacks in friends as much as a conscience. While the informant will sometimes come to another's aid or choose to share a choice bit of info, one can be certain that he always has ulterior motives in mind. Izaya is just as likely to back-stab as rescue his own partner depending on the situation and his resulting benefits. Although Orihara seems to like conflict, as he tends to show up whenever there is the potential for some, he will usually stay out of the main predicament and encourage either, both, or all relevant parties from the sidelines while observing. He will often start fights, but avoids directly taking part. This is because Izaya prefers to observe people acting as they see fit rather than controlling or influencing them. When provoked, however, he won't hesitate to quickly put his opponent in his place; often managing to prove his superiority without actually beating them.
The exceptions to Izaya's love of humanity are mainly those who, according to him, are too stupid or do not use logic to think reasonably when making a decision or action. He cannot predict what they're going to do or reason with them, so he doesn't even bother trying. His 'love' for humanity can be thought of as strictly Platonic, because despite being male, he doesn't seem to have a great deal of interest in women. Orihara does not like the prospect of death because he does not believe in an afterlife, but rather that one's very existence is erased completely after they die. He may claim to be 'forever 21' partly due to his dislike of the concept of growing older and closer to death. It may be because of this that he was intersted in the research that the scientist who had previously owned Celty had been doing on the Spiritomb.
Though relatively dedicated to his work in Team Rocket, as a fairly new member, Izaya works just as much for himself as for the rest of the organization. It's difficult to say towards which his loyalties lean further, but it's more likely to be toward his own ends. He would not willingly go out of his way for the sake of Team Rocket unless he had something to gain from it. His motives for joining in the first place are still unclear, but if asked, he'll claim it's partially out of boredom and partially because he thought his skills could be of some use to the organization.
Biography: Prior to joining Team Rocket, Izaya had lived in Camphoreon City here he worked as an information broker selling ceratin information to curious individuals, rival gangs, and secret organizations. One day, a regular client of his, Aila Christelle de Valois, requested to meet with him in a coffee shop. She mentioned how she had become part of a certain organization that had helped her improve as a person as well as provided her with a regular job. Noticing how she had evolved from her younger years as a famous thief, Izaya became interested. They left the shop to talk in the privacy of his apartment. As Aila made it clear that the organization was Team Rocket and that there was no going back once one had joined, Izaya agreed to keep the secret on pain of death. Successfully recruited, the informant relocated that very night and began his training as a trainee.
Unfortunately, not long after his promotion to Rocket Grunt, Izaya was sent back to basic training by Rocket Executive Seth after calling him 'Seth-kun'. Needless to say, he is chest-deep in trouble within the new organization, particularly among certain individuals, and digging himself deeper holes. Only fate will tell if he'll be able to climb out of them, or if the hole he's digging himself into will soon become his grave.

[2] Pokémon Status Screen 1.0 ---------------------------------------
 Pokémon: Spiritomb
Poké Ball: Dusk
Nickname: Celty (previous owner; unable to change)
Gender: Female
Type: Ghost/Dark
Species: Forbidden Pokémon
Rarity: Rare
Height: 3'03"
Weight: 238.1 lbs
Ability: Pressure
The Pokémon raises the foe's PP usage. Nature: Quiet
Special Attack Statistic increases by 10% Speed Statistic decreases by 10% Estimated Level: 20 25 (as of June 1st, 2012)
Move List: Shadow Sneak, Rest, Hypnosis, Ominous Wind
Physical Appearance: Unique
Personality: She enjoys watching TV, particularly Sci-fi movies, despite fearing aliens. For some reason she cannot explain, she also fears police and suspects said fear links with past memories she can't quite recall. She often has mood swings and wonders about the time she had spent as a pokémon before she was captured. Though she may seem intimidating as a ghost and dark type, not to mention the general reputation of her species, Celty is actually very friendly if a bit cautious towards other people and pokémon. She seems to understand her intimidating aspects to those who don't know her and does her best to communicate to others that she really isn't so scary at all.
Biography: Celty suffers from a very clouded memory due to her having been kept in storage for so long. Before that time, she has the vague memories of having been taken by surprise and caught by a scientist. The scientist had run several tests on her as a pokémon before putting her in storage for a reason she cannot recall. She remained there, asleep for many months until she was found by the scientist's niece and nephew. The nephew wanted the mysterious pokémon for himself, but his sister, determined not to let him have it, took the Spiritomb and gave it to a 'friend' for safe-keeping. That 'friend' was Izaya, who, having his own intentions towards the ghost/dark-type, shortly left the city and joined Team Rocket.
Celty hardly had the time to accept and adjust to Izaya as her new trainer before he started calling her out for assignments or tasks he expected her to complete. Often, such tasks involved facing down other pokemon in battle, which wasn't something Celty was used to and only did what she needed to defend herself. Having just been stolen recently, though she hadn't had much attachment to her previous owner or owners, Izaya concerns her. She respect him as a somewhat dangerous trainer and does what is asked of her to the best of her abilities in exchange for being under his care.Celty Sprite by Tinnunculus

[3] Pokémon Status Screen 2.0 ---------------------------------------
 Pokémon: Liepard
Poké Ball: Repeat
Nickname: Kururi (previous owner; unable to change)
Gender: Female
Type: Dark
Species: Devious Pokémon
Rarity: Common
Height: 1'04"
Weight: 22.3 lbs
Ability: Limber
The Pokémon is protected from paralysis. Nature: Timid
Speed Statistic increases by 10% Attack Statistic decreases by 10% Estimated Level: 13 15 (as of June 1st, 2012)Move List: Scratch, Assist, Sand-Attack, Pursuit
Physical Appearance: Unique
Personality: As the twin of Mairu, she and her sister act very much alike. They are both trouble-makers. However, Kururi is the older twin and very distinctly different personality-wise from Mairu. Kururi is the more shy and 'softspoken' one as far as pokemon go and will often allow her twin to answer for her if a verbal reply is necessary to commands or other pokemon. In her spare time, Kururi likes to train, read, or watch TV.
Although she is more quiet, Kururi was bullied just as often and brutally as Mairu in the wild (possibly due to their dull/strange coloration as well as her association with Mairu and her bold sister's reputation). As a result, these twins have learned under-handed tactics to get back at their enemies. They often play dirty, learning to use their techniques in many unconventional ways in order to take their opponents by surprise. If they were used in official pokemon battles, many of their methods would probably disqualify them. As they are part of Team Rocket now, though, and not subject to the same rules of official battles and will do whatever it takes to get what they want and achieve what must be done for their organization.
Despite being officially Izaya's pokemon, Mairu and Kururi hold their loyalty to Team Rocket higher than their loyalty to their trainer and will not hesitate to disobey him if they believe there is a better way to do something to the organization's advantage. So strong is their devotion to Team Rocket and their determination to prove themselves that they would happily make Izaya look bad or get him into trouble if it meant they would be recognized or rewarded for it. Underneath all of that, though, it seems they still have a twisted desire to impress him with their antics and thus seem to pick up a lot of traits from him. Perhaps this is based on the assumption that they can only impress him if they out-Izaya Izaya.
The twins often steal things, threaten other pokemon if necessary, and sometimes even frame others (usually those they consider to be bullying them) for their own ends. Besides that, the young females also seem to be flirtatious pokemon; bi, with similar tastes in crushes. Obviously, Kururi is the more bashful flirt. She has been known to kiss other pokemon in thanks, perhaps to make up for her lack of verbal communication. Mairu and Kururi seem to share a very strong bond and where one is found, the other is almost always close by.
Biography: Mairu and Kururi the twin Purrloin were given to Izaya by his twin younger sisters, Mairu and Kururi Orihara who presumably named them after themselves. Izaya also suspects that his sisters brain-washed their Purrloin to act almost exactly like them before giving them to him because they give him almost just as much trouble as their human counterparts do.
Shortly after Izaya joined Team Rocket, the twins began to wonder where their older brother had disappeared to and eventually tracked him down. He agreed to meet with them outside of the Rocket base as clients one night because that was the only way he could do so while on probation as a demoted trainee. Under Agent Faleen's watch, Izaya's twin sisters gifted him with their dark feline pokemon to add to his pathetic party which, prior, only consisted of the powerful but gentle Celty the Spiritomb. Mairu and Kururu (the human girls) told Izaya that though they and Shizuo now knew he was alive, they predicted Izaya was going to die soon, either by Shizuo's hands or due to his dangerous new job. They offered their Purrloin to him so that he would 'think of them and to keep him safe just a little longer' despite their prediction.
They went on to state that even if they can't stick around to watch their brother die, they'd give him their pokemon so that their Purrloin could watch him in their place and drag his dead body back to them. Mairu and Kururi Orihara claim that once Izaya is dead, they planned to present his corpse to Shizuo as a gift in the hopes of meeting Kasuka, Shizuo's little brother. However, weather or not the pair of feline pokemon have really been trained to do as they said once their brother is dead is still unknown.
Izaya, skeptical about the pokemon but grateful for any help he could get, decided to accept them after Faleen advised him that they might have potential with some training. This opinion, it seemed, was somewhat biased based on the fact that Agent Faleen has an affinity for dark type pokemon, but that suited Izaya just fine because dark-types seemed to quickly be growing on him as well. It was unfortunately only later that Izaya realized the Purrloins would only answer to the names of their previous owners. Much to his annoyance, he also discovered that they behaved almost exactly like their human namesakes, causing him endless trouble, but actually willing and able to aid Team Rocket as an organization.
Note: It is thought that Kururi the Purrloin was chosen by Kururi Orihara because of the darker colors that she usually wears in contrast to her sister when not in her usual gymnast outfit. Also, the Purrloin's ability, Limber, seems to reflect the presumed ability her namesake, Kururi Orihara, has to be flexible enough to do gymnastics.Kururi Sprite by Tinnunculus

When Izaya is away or has his back turned, she likes to read encyclopedias, manga, and adult magazines - or at least looks at the pictures.

Agent Aila Riviere is quite the handful. He's young, and it shows in his behavior. He's quick to lose focus and play around during training, and his reluctance to act on commands makes me worry for the prospect of bringing him on missions. I requested him specifically because his illusion abilities seemed so useful, but at this rate I fear I'll never be able to make proper use of them. He's more interested in play and mischief than in completing the task at hand, and I find this highly worrying. Hopefully he'll improve over time. Biography: TBA.

He decides to focus on learning more about her as a species, learning her moves, and what they can do. Just as they begin, however, they are joined by Grunt Tambrey whom they had last met in one of the recreational rooms to watch a horror film. Soon after come Agent Faleen and Grunt Frost, both of whom have also had previous encounters with Izaya. Tambrey, or 'Tam-chii' as Izaya now calls her, seems to recognize Frost, but is unfamiliar with Faleen. [ORP] Wrecking a Rec Room - Izaya finds himself surrounded by several Rocket women and their pokémon as they gather within one of the rec rooms. Izaya was watching the news prior to the ladies' arrivals and Lennyka admitted that she and her Charizard started the fires that were being reported. Later, Izaya suggested that since there were so many pretty girls, that they have a movie party with popcorn and drinks. The group started chatting about favorite movie genres and more pokemon were let out to interact with one another. Saleen's Zorua, Ambrosia, decided to play sweet and teased Izaya a little before settling on his lap. When he moved her off his lap to sit beside Tambrey, the Zorua threw a fit and launched herself at Izaya to bite his hand. He refrained from drawing his switchblade until Saleen handled the situation and laughed, explaining that he inspired dislike in both people and pokemon and that he probably deserved to be bitten. It wasn't such a bad bite, however, because no blood was drawn. Tambrey's Pidgey, Pygi, flew over to speak to Celty, Izaya's Spiritomb, as she made her first appearance. Both pokemon seemed timid at first, but both began to be more open and friendly. Izaya, Saleen, and Tambrey discuss watching a movie and what their favorite genres are, but Saleen opts out of it, telling them she plans to take a nap. Izaya and Saleen settle on the horror film Izaya finds and play the movie while their pokemon continue to chat. (unfinished description) [x] (5th)

[PRP] Well Informed - Catching Faleen in the hall, Izaya decides to ask her about her work in the robotics labs, claiming to be interested in the inventions Team Rocket is developing. He goes on to ask her about the G-ball he heard Tambrey and Saleen discussing in the rec room and decided to see what he could find out about it based on what Faleen would be willing to tell him. The two head up the stairs to train as they continue to discuss Rocket technology. Izaya asks Faleen what she enjoys most about being a Rocket Agent. Instead of answering him directly, she asks him why he wanted to join Team Rocket in the first place, so he tells her about his love of humans and how he finds it intriguing that Team Rocket as a group enables the individuals who are a part of it to do things they never would even dream of doing on their own, like a mob or a gang does to people. One of these things he finds fascinating is the blatant addressing of themselves as a criminal organization whereas others might try to justify their own actions as moral. Izaya then requests that Faleen answer his first question in return for answering hers. She stated that his answer was quite unique and asked if he just joined to observe. She also replied to his answer with the fact that she enjoys working with technology and being loyal to Team Rocket. Faleen explains that as long as she does what she is told, she can continue living her dream life. Izaya questions her loyalty, wondering about the reason behind it, and Faleen questions his. He tells her not to worry because it's in his best interests to work with Team Rocket rather than against them due to his necessity of lying low. He also is aware that selling inside information on Team Rocket will result in death, which he tells her he is not at all eager to experience and the threat is enough to keep his lips sealed. Faleen points out that his logic still isn't real loyalty and that while they have just met, she isn't all that ready to reveal the personal circumstances under which she harbors her own loyalty for Team Rocket. Izaya agrees and apologizes for being so outspoken as an inferior rank to her, to which Agent Faleen tells him she doesn't worry about rank. The grunt acknowledges this, but explains that if he gets too used to Faleen's treating him as an equal, then he might forget his own place and get in trouble with less tolerant superiors. The two stop in front of the training facilities and speak of looking forward to talking again and perhaps working with each other sometime in the future. Stating that their meeting was a pleasure, Orihara skips away down the hall, leaving an amused Faleen and her bewildered Umbreon to stare after him before going to train on their own. [x] (6th)
[PRP] Pleasure to Meet You - Izaya's first day as a Rocket Grunt does not start off well. Just as he heads to the communal showers, he finds that all the soap is missing. Forced to ask for help from the nearest dorm room, Izaya meets Xander, whom he finds just a little too kind and helpful to not have an ulterior motive. That, or the teen is just naively optimistic about people. Xander explains that occasionally people will take soap from the communal showers and suggests that Izaya bring his own, as he does. He shows Izaya to the supply closet and opens it for him, headed over to the showers himself. The two chat while soaping and shampooing, speaking of things like the nature of Team Rocket members and each of their preferences among girls. Izaya explains that he doesn't really care anything of any particular group or individual, while Xander seems to feel like it's better to have friends than isolate yourself. Izaya agrees that isolation is a bad thing, which is why he surrounds himself with people to observe rather than to get involved with. Thus, he likes humans as a race rather than any one person. Xander tells Izaya that not everyone will stab you in the back and that maybe Izaya just needs to meet the right person. Izaya, while realizing he's run out of conditioner, asks Xander if there's someone special that has caused Xander to think positively about people. Xander blushes as he lets Izaya use his conditioner, at first denying his blush, then saying it's nothing, and finally, that he'd rather keep his secrets to himself. Izaya seems to respect this and prods no further, but wishes Xander luck with his love life. As Xander re-dresses and Izaya gets ready to head back to his room to change into the new clothes he left there, Izaya thanked Xander one last time and Xander wished Izaya a pleasant day before the two parted ways to head back to their respective dorms. [x] (3rd)
[PRP] Her Recruit's Keeper - Izaya bides his time in the brig for a few days while Aila spends the time constructing a curriculum for a specialized training program for Izaya. When she has everything ready, she goes to the brig to set him free and return to him his ripped jacket. Upon doing so, tells him they have things to discuss and that the brig is not equipped with the proper facilities for his reevaluation. Since Izaya had been practically starving himself due to the nature of the brig's food, he is delighted to hear that they are headed to the cafeteria to discuss his fate. Aila confirms that it is around lunch time as he suspects (though more like brunch) so there are less Rockets to disturb them as they converse. With her she brings a bag which peaks Izaya's curiosity. She explains that it is full of reading materials necessary for his training. Hearing this, Izaya realizes that he won't have to go through basic training like Seth had assigned him. Aila confirms this and goes on to explain that she apologized to Seth and disagreed with his evaluation of Izaya's usefulness. Izaya showers Aila with praise and admiration of her wisdom and charisma in getting Seth to change his mind. He coyly asks Aila if she has a crush on him, to which she replies 'of course not', which, to Izaya, is not technically a no. Aila explains that she could compile a specialized training program because she works as an agent in the department that Izaya is specializing in, which is infiltration and surveillance. Izaya acknowledges Aila as his new 'boss' and learns of the close watch he will be put under - both in and away from Aila's presence. This is because Seth would like regular reports on his progress and Aila must be sure that Izaya is performing on-task at all times. She gives Izaya several 'materials are references for the origins, foundations, and benefits of subordination and teamwork' as well as 'psychology manuals and thesis' on theater and acting in order to help with his training. He seems to like the prospect of reading rather than the usual basic training and is told to read while his bullet wound heals up. After that, he is to train harder with his pokemon and work on more physical tasks. Izaya tries to spoon-feed Aila and even asks her to smile for him, but she declines politely and calmly on both accounts, seeming to avoid getting worked up. Only when the two begin to discuss morals and codes of Team Rocket members do the two begin to bicker. Izaya insists that everything is strictly business and suggests that Aila might be getting too attached to her teammates and work, despite having been raised as a cold noblewoman. Aila counters with examples of people who she claims to care for her, quoting a young man she says had no reason to try and comfort her. Izaya makes the point that the man could have simply been after Aila's body and had ulterior motives in comforting her, as he's pretty sure all humans do, consciously or subconsciously. He does not believe that anyone cares for each other genuinely, least of all in Team Rocket. However, he agrees that in encountering Seth, he acted foolish and assures his recruiter that he will not disappoint her again. Aila tells Izaya that he has one week of limited duty during which time he should read the material she gave him and give some thought to pokemon training while his body heals. He acknowledges this and tells her he'll be in the Trainee dorms if she needs him before he walks away, taking the books and his ripped coat with him. [x] (11th)
[ORP] Going Out to the Outpost - (based on a mission given by Tinn) "Go to the Camphoreon outpost to get a new shipment of liquid soap for the bathroom dispensers back on base." Frost and Izaya are sent to the Rocket outpost in Camphoreon City in order to retrieve supplies. While Izaya seemed a little more than irked at being given such a lowly task, he decided to make the most of the opportunity to visit the city and spend time outside the base. While he seemed perfectly prepared to walk the whole way from the headquarters to the city in the hot sun with his fur-trimmed coat, Frost decided that driving them both would be far more efficient. The two didn't seem to enjoy each other's company and Izaya spent at least half the trip taking a nap. When they got there, Frost revealed he had a different assignment than Izaya, but as Izaya had never been to the outpost before and Frost was headed in the same direction, the older Rocket Grunt reluctantly lead the way. They make it to the storage bay where Frost explains how to find the liquid soap. Izaya, understanding and wishing to make Frost leave in hopes of accomplishing 'other tasks' without the other grunt's knowledge, blatantly asks if Frost is gay. At that moment, alarms go off and everyone is running everywhere. Frost and Izaya soon learn that the outpost has been infiltrated by police officers who seemed to have been planning to expose them for a long time. In all the excitement, the pair meet up with a third grunt named Claire who seems to know Frost but takes an immediate disliking of Izaya. Upon given orders from a Rocket superior, the three take out their pokemon and do their best to keep the officers back while the other Rockets escape. That done, the three move to escape on their own, hoping to get outside. They are chased down by Growlithe and officers who offer to let them go free if they merely hand over Lance. With Lance being held back at the base, the grunts had no way or intention of obeying and continued to run up the stairs to fresh air. Frost swings his splintered mop handle, still suffering from cracked and broken ribs due to an accident on a previous raid. His limited pace causes a bullet to clip his arm and Izaya, frustrated by Frost's lack of speed and refusal to give him the keys to the van, attempts to support him all the way up the stairs. Frost, revolted by being touched (and by Izaya, no less) elbows Izaya and runs up the stairs with newfound energy. Izaya, stunned at Frost's quick reaction, drops his guard and gets shot in the back under his left shoulder blade. Claire already makes it to the top by then, but an Arcanine from the lead officer block off Izaya and Frost's path. A roar from the fire-type makes Persephone withdraw and Celty come out, switich the Spiritombs. Frost gets out his Persephone again and she along with Frost's Glaceon Skiron and Celty attack the Arcanine while Izaya dives under it. He hopes to escape after Persephone's attempt to use Hypnosis on it fails, but when Celty's Ominous Wind, Skiron's Icy Wind, and Persephone's Confuse Ray hit, the Arcanine falls on top of Izaya. Frost hurries to get to the Rocket SUV while Claire mounts her Pidgeot, Odette, leaving Izaya stuck under the Arcanine. Claire, seeing this, sends her Pikachu, Zeus to use Strength on the Arcanine and free Izaya, if grudgingly. Zeus does so and pushes the Arcanine done the stairs after the bunch of Growlithe, blocking their and the officers' way. Frost drives up to pick up Izaya, who slips into the back seat, bleeding from his bullet wound. All of them withdraw their pokemon and seek to lose the officers before heading back to the base. Claire makes it there before the others using Fly, meeting up with Xander, Frost's roommate, who's very worried about Frost. Xander calls Frost on his Rocket 'Dex and Frost answers calmly while Izaya interjects every so often, if only to be a pest. He discovers that Frost's roommate, Xander, is the very same Xander who helped him find soap in the communal bathroom for grunts and realizes that he cannot allow the two roommates to know that they know Izaya mutually. As soon as they near the base, Izaya makes a foolish but desperate move to avoid being seen by Xander when he jumps out of the moving SUV. Frost is surprised, but decides to continue before parking and alerting the waiting medics of Izaya's injury. Xander and Frost speak with Claire who rants about the stupidity of Izaya for a while. The three talk for some time about the events, including Izaya's being trapped under the Arcanine, before Xander decides to walk Frost to the infirmary. Claire tells Frost she hopes he gets better soon and leaves to speak to the higher-ups about the attack on the outpost. Izaya allows himself to be led by the medics to a separate infirmary apart from the one Frost and Xander are headed before he is knocked out with sedatives and pain-killers in order to remove the bullet from his back. [PRP] The Hand that Feeds - INVALID. Aila returns from her unpleasant recon mission to discover the Rocket she recruited has landed himself in the brig. She is not pleased. Aila goes down to the brig to visit Izaya in the Detention Facilities. She hears from first and second source witnesses about Izaya's encounter with Seth before hearing Izaya's own version of what happened. When she asks him why he joined Team Rocket if he was only going to be disrespectful the first chance he got, Izaya responded with the protest that he hadn't meant to be disrespectful, but that he had just wanted to get an answer to his question and had received a fit of rage from Seth instead. Aila, reminding Izaya that loyalty and respect were important aspects instilled during basic training, made a point that by acting out, he was breaking Rocket rules. The demoted grunt-turned-trainee admitted to his crimes as being disrespectful and insubordinate. He claimed not to have realized how it would reflect on Aila's reputation if the person she recruited insulted her favorite higher-up upon meeting him. Izaya promised to make it up to his recruiter. Aila, somewhat pacified, informed Izaya that she would speak to Seth that evening regarding Izaya's behavior. Izaya wished her luck and helpfully advised her not to mention the words 'blushing' or 'maiden' in Seth's pretense. Unfortunately, this only served to make Aila more nervous. ***Mini RP. Less than 2 pages. [x] (10th) - ((Precedes [PRP] On Behalf of the Impertinent [x] of which Izaya is not a part of. Consists of Aila asking Seth to release Izaya from the brig under her survaillance as she constructs a specialized training program to take the place of the basic trainee program he was required to repeat. Seth reluctantly agrees, so long as Aila chooses to take responsibility for the actions of the man she recruited.))
[PRP] Impertinence of the Lowly - Ignorant Rocket Grunt Izaya decides to explore the tech floor basement. He ends up running into newely-promoted Executive Agent Seth, successfully insults him inadvertently thrice, and is consequently sent back to basic training for another two months to teach him some respect. Luckily, he hasn't been demoted. Yet. After asking yet another question after being sent to basic training, Grunt Nakura was instantly demoted to Trainee Nakura right after having Seth's Porygon-Z flung at his head. Angry and willing to suffer a little more for the sake of getting to the executive, Trainee Nakura flung back one more insult - this time intentional. In front of many other Rockets on the tech floor, including Hayes and Faleen, Izaya was shot down with Thunderwave as he tried to flea and was personally escorted via dragging by Seth all the way to the brig. After being flung into the cell, the seething Seth took Izaya's favorite jacket and ripped the hood off before his eyes, giving the insolent in-subordinator one more thing to sulk about. With that, the executive left the trainee to rot in his cell without another word, leaving him with only his switchblade for entertainment. [x] (9th)
[PRP] Coffee Shop Rocket Recruitment - Aila Christelle de Valois, a previously frequent client of the information broker Izaya Orihara, meets him at a coffee shop with a proposition. The team of employers she currently works for are looking for new recruits, she tells him, and she believed he might have some skills that her employers could benefit from. She warns him, however, that if she tells him too much, he will not have a choice to back out. Izaya, bored with his job at the time and curious about this team that Aila speaks so highly of, agrees to join. He seems flattered at the prospect that Aila would consider him a potential asset to the organization, which he soon discovers to be Team Rocket. Impressed that the people in charge managed to keep the recovery and ongoings of Team Rocket secret since their downfall years ago under the direction of Giovanni, Izaya becomes eager to learn about this new and improved Team Rocket and the new boss they serve under. Thus, Izaya is recruited and relocated to the headquarters in the desert with Aila's help. [x] (1st)
[PRP] Lazy Days - Izaya comes across a young man in a Camphoreon City park named Luke Fon Fabre, whom he took to calling 'Lukey' instead. He owned a teal-colored Flareon which Izaya offered to trade or buy, but Luke refused both. Izaya then asked what Luke was doing in the city, as he was obviously new, and advised the man to be careful of exposing his identity. Luke thanked Izaya for his offering to give him a tour around the city, but told him that he planned to meet a girl named Rosie in Makko Town within a week. With a final word of warning to be cautious against the 'crooks and theives' that have been rumored to be running around the island, Izaya said goodbye and the two parted ways. [x] (4th)

[12] Personnel Registry ---------------------------------------
[Boss] Lucere - A clever man, to be sure. After all, he did managed to bring back an organization from the depths of failure that their previous 'boss' left them in. I've yet to meet him, but I look forward to doing so and paying my...'respects'. Interacted with in: Error: No data found_
[Executives] Nadja - TBA. Interacted with in: Error: No data found_
Seth - Definitely annoyed this one. Haha, I'm pretty sure he hates my guts! Okay, so the first two times I insulted him were a complete accident~ I swear. What would a guy that important and well-known, even in the lowest circles, be doing with a pokemon as defective as a Porygon-Z, though? As far as calling him 'Seth-kun'...that was a slip. He reminded me of a 'kun', though, throwing tantrums like a child and resorting to elementary school bullying tactics - like picking me up by my collar and slamming me against the wall. Twice, too. Not very creative or original. But he gets points in the 'brute force' department; I'll give him that. I wonder if he got his position by simply using the same tactic over and over. Is it just me, or is it that the higher people are in rank around here, the crankier they are, and thus the easier they are to annoy? I didn't even have to try with this guy. My goodness! And later on he throws his Porygon-Z at me? If that isn't a toddler's temper tantrum, I don't know what is. Interacted with in: [PRP] Impertinence of the Lowly
[Elites] Hayes - TBA. Interacted with in: Error: No data found_
Nyx - TBA. Interacted with in: Error: No data found_
Kunai - Shorter than me, but just as inseparable from her kunai knives as I am from my switchblade. She's not a bad shot with them either, but I guess she couldn't be as an Elite Agent. Very snappy. Short temper to match her short height. What is it with girls and pink hair in this vicinity? She dresses more casually than most elites, which gave me hope, but sadly there doesn't seem to be much else 'casual' about her. Very military style and straight to the point. I actually like that about her. She's earned my respect. Interacted with in: [PRP] Mother Kunai, may I?
[Agents] 1337 - TBA. Interacted with in: Error: No data found_
Asch - TBA. Interacted with in: Error: No data found_
Sorano - TBA. Interacted with in: Error: No data found_
Lilith - TBA. Interacted with in: Error: No data found_
Panther - TBA. Interacted with in: [PRP] Late Dinner Hour
Claire - Met her while we were still both grunts along with Frost during that first trip to the outpost. We were under a lot of stress since the police had just broken into the hideout, so I think she got a little short with me. Not that I don't have that effect on people, but I think maybe we just need to get to know each other a little better. Perhaps when we're not being chased down by officers with growlithes, determined not to be captured or sent to jail. Seems to know Frost. Interacted with in: [ORP] Going Out to the Outpost
Aila - Excellent thief and a good learner. She's very much improved since when I first met her before either of our involvement with Team Rocket. We share a sort of mutual trust for our mutual benefit, and she is one of the few Rockets I know who I might correctly fit under the category of 'ally'. Haven't really talked to her since she recruited me, but I hope she's doing well. A flexible, respectable young woman who's matured and grown, if I've ever met one. She's always had a sense of mystery about her that I've admired. Ah, did I mention her extreme personal calm and patience? It seems almost nothing I do can phase her. Nothing I do to her directly, at least. If it's insulting her favorite executive agent, that may be a whole other matter. I feel bad for disappointing her, though. Really, I do. Hopefully I can make it up to her by exceeding in this wonderful specialized training program she created just for me. How thoughtful of her, neh? She's a sweet girl, really. Definitely earned her rank. At the moment, she's my direct boss, considering the fact that I've been put under her care and am her responsibility. But when you think about it, isn't she who's in my care? One more slip-up from me, and it's all over for her. I don't understand why she trusts me so much. It's almost scary, honestly; I can only say it adds to her mystery. Well, the best I can do is pass with flying colors and make her proud to say she recruited me. I owe her that much, at least, after all she's done. Interacted with in: [PRP] Coffee Shop Rocket Recruitment, [PRP] The Hand that Feeds, [PRP] Her Recruit's Keeper
Faleen - As a newly-promoted agent, I encountered Faleen first as she was exiting her robotics lab. Fascinating young woman. Intelligent, judging by her occupation, but skilled with obedient pokemon too. You can tell by the way that she talks about her work that she's very passionate, but also cautious about how much she gives away and to whom. I like her. She also isn't overly aggressive like some people I've met here. She's insightful, knows how to keep calm and confident, and her speech is eloquent. Surprsingly, Miss Faleen didn't seem to show any disdain or disapproval at the knowledge of my demotion. In fact, I think she was there to witness it first-hand as Seth paralyzed me and dragged me off to the brig. Embarrassing, but maybe one of the reasons she doesn't seem to bear so much hostility against me for my actions is out of pity. After all, anyone who saw that could clearly tell I was the victim in that situation. Interacted with in: [PRP] Well Informed, [ORP] Training is in Session
Lennyka - Certainly has a less-than-necessary attachment to her pokemon. I happened to overhear her complimenting her Charizard while I watched the destruction it had wrought on the city on the news in the rec room. I hope she isn't anthropomorphic; those kind are really troublesome. She didn't say much to me once she noticed I was present, but I had a feeling she wasn't telling all that she knew about the incident on the news. She liked to end her few sentences to me in the word, 'really'. I mean, honestly? An agent setting fire to buildings because she wanted to see 'pretty flames'? What a lame lie. It doesn't take a genius to see through that. Funny, though, she did remind me of one of my twin sisters, Mairu. Not just because of her glasses and braids, but her boldness to outright lie to someone she hardly knew was astounding. I'd find her more intriguing if she was less childish in her lying tactics. Not to mention she seemed to have a knack for trouble-making, but then, I suppose that's what got her so high in the ranks of Team Rocket. Speaking of which, when I first spoke to her, she was merely a Rocket Grunt like myself, but I hear she was just recently promoted. Good for her. I wonder if her promotion had anything to do with that little fire... Interacted with in: [ORP] Wrecking a Rec Room
Zacharie - Met as a trainee when he was first recruited by Jerome. Turned out to be the younger brother of an old senpai of mine. More TBA. Interacted with in: Error: No data found_

Xander - A very nice young man. Too nice, I think. Perhaps he's too naive to be cynical, but if you ask me, he give people too much credit. He seems really young; no older than 19. Surprising. I wonder what his motivation for joining Team Rocket was. In any case, his act of sincerity and kindness is really beginning to unnerve me. Almost more than any other behavior of anyone else I've met in Team Rocket so far. If I'm not mistaken, he's Frost's roommate. Can't have them discussing me behind my back, so I remembered to give Xander my codename whereas his roommate only knows me by my informant name. How in the world do such different people get along? Mmm...opposites attract? Haha, it seems young Xander has a crush on someone. I wonder who that might be? *sneer* Not that I would take advantage of such knowledge; oh no. That would just be plain rude. He's cute, though; both he and his stiff-backed roommate. They would make a cute couple. It's so cute I could puke. But you know what they say~ what's love without some conflict here and there, mmm? I wonder if I can do them both a favor and spice things up between them a bit... Interacted with in: [PRP] Pleasure to Meet You, [ORP] Going Out to the Outpost
Tambrey - Cute girl. Shy, seemed like, when I met her, but of course that may have been because a threw a remote at her and expected her to catch it while her arm was in a sling, haha. Made a cute sound, but asked me not to make her make it again. Other than being hesitant in her words and having a tendency to trail off mid-sentence, she was pretty mild-mannered and quiet as far as I could tell. Perhaps, though, that was only due to her injury. I almost took her for the quiet, glasses/bookworm type when she even took her book out around other people; doesn't she know it's rude not to interact? Hehe, whatever the case, I found out eventually that she was hoping to watch some TV and she politely accepted my invitation to have a movie party in the rec room. But seriously, why not just ask to watch TV in the first place? I'm not all that intimidating, am I? So Miss Tam-chii, as I've now dubbed her, showed up in the same training room that Celty and I were using. She was as adorable as ever, and Celty seems to have taken an extreme liking to her Pidgey, Pygi, too. It's a shame she seemed a bit intimidated when Agent Faleen showed up, but hopefully I can coax her out of her shell some more as we continue training together. Alba - TBA. Interacted with in: Error: No data found_
Saleen - Ah, yes, Saleen. The pink-haired one whose Zorua had the sudden urge to bite me. Really, does that woman have no control over her pokemon? She seemed to treat it more as a pampered pet, letting it go where it wished and do as it liked, rather than a tool toward her goals. Still, it wasn't until the thing had bitten my hand that she stepped in to stop it and apologize. I think she's another female who's grown too unnecessarily attached to her tools of her trade. Doesn't seem to have much of a sense of humor, either; she immediately put down my joke when I was just attempting to start a conversation to break the ice. I was so hurt! But then I considered how much she talked like a teenager and I was fine. She frequently uses the word, 'anyways' at the end of her sentences, giving her a less-than-professional air. Interacted with in: [ORP] Wrecking a Rec Room
Frost - HAhahaha! Where to start with this one? Efficient? Yes. Fun? No, not really. Fun to play with? Hehe, that's more like it. I'd very much like to get to know him better, to be honest. I feel Frosty-chan and I got off on the wrong foot. Nevertheless, he's got an admirable amount of patience for someone so stiff. He tends to speak and act like he has a stick up his a**. I wonder if there's something behind all that tension... Ah...sexual tension, perhaps? It should be noted that he has a good connection with his pokemon - far better than he seems to have with humans. I haven't seen it much, but he says he's less adept than normal at reading non-verbal cues. I'm assuming that means he's not very good at taking 'hints' socially. Oh...he also has the oddest sense of humor. Jokes about things at the least appropriate times, such as right before we're about to be overrun with police, and thinks it's funny. Such a peculiar man. Ooh, so now it seems he cares enough to be updated on my status! I'm sure he was one of the very first to know (besides the ones who witnessed it) of my demotion from Seth. How uncharacteristically childish of him to rub it in my face. Not that I minded, really; it was far more amusing to note he could be brought down to such a level. Not that he showed it externally or emotionally, of course. It was just the tiny act of calling me by my new 'Trainee' title rather than my name at first upon meeting up with me again. Call me crazy, but I think I'm starting to get under his skin. Cold, patient Frost, of all people. Hehe, I guess only time will tell. Interacted with in: [ORP] Going Out to the Outpost, [ORP] Training is in Session Doesn't seem to appreciate being told his faults. Doesn't like being touched.

Any native to the Kodo region could see that this overseas foreigner is cearly a rich kid who's lived a sheltered life. Maybe too sheltered, or he wouldn't have been stupid enough to seek more and run away from his life of luxury. Well, I hope his funny-looking flareon Mieu pulls his weight, because this kid won't stand a chance in the city without some defense. He seemed pretty confident with some sword fighting skills, but with no sword to back it up, what good is that? I'm sure I'll run into him again...one way or another.
