Physical Traits: A young women with a long healthy build, shoulder length dark blond hair and light hazel eyes. Her features give her dignified traits, with a quiet, yet elegant structure.
Scars: A stray bullet that she took during her first mission as a Rocket hit her in her side on the right, leaving a scar from the wound.
Two long scars from gashed on her back and shoulder blade from being slammed into lava rocks from a Ho'oh attack during a Team Rocket mission in a volcano.
Background: Faleen Ewell was born an raised in the city of Camphoreon located in Kodo, she lived there her entire life with her mother Kathryne, and her little sister Rosie.
Having a mother who was a successful business women working as an executive under the CEO of a drug and chemical company, had a large impact on who Faleen is as a person, her mother was strict, and ambitious with her children, but her expectations for them were never unreasonable, or out of what she knew her girls were capable of doing, Faleen most of all.
Since the age of five Faleen took on a strong fascination with anything mechanical, and her mother nurtured this fascination, that very quickly turned into a great passion for the young girl.
Throughout her life Faleen was enrolled in private school, where she enlisted in robotic electives, mechanic clubs, and was even entered in robotic courses in special university classes. Her mother gave her every opportunity she wanted to learn, requiring that she put everything she had into this, and someday reach her goal to work for the esteemed Kaiba Corp as a robotics engineer.
Faleen did everything she could to make her mother proud.
When Faleen was 17 years old, Kathryne died very suddenly of a blood clot.
This seemed to be a turning point for Faleen, having lost all her motivation, and faith in anything outside of her own abilities.
She moved in to live with her Uncle and two cousins, where her and her sister continued to go to schooling.
Faleen graduated High School, and moved on to the Poke' Uncertainty in Kodo, to further her knowledge in robotics and learn programing and AI.
After a semester of this she dropped out, and instead purchased a pokemon from a breeder, and set out away from Camphoreon to do something her family line had never done before, pokemon training.
by the age of 20, Faleen was recruited into Team Rocket.
Skills:
Robotics: Having studied Robots and mechanics since a young age, with special schooling funded by her mother, Faleen's skills in robotics greatly outweigh her ability with Pokemon, able to map out and draw up specs and blueprints of a machine, and build it. Being especially capable of very small, detailed work. She also loved working with electrical currents and components.
Ambition: She's an ambitious women with a drive to constantly improve, as well as study and learn new information about all things mechanical. Easily adaptable to a variety of mechanics, She's a fast learner and can usually pick something up and understand something with just a short amount of time of observing or being taught.
Dark Types: Faleen never pretends to be skilled with pokemon, dealing with living creatures is much different from dealing with Robots, and she finds living creatures much more complicated.
There is one Type however, that Faleen finds she understands, and gets along with very well.
She enjoys working with dark type pokemon, and she's skilled with them, able to understand how they work, and how to relate to them.
Because of this she works very well with her team, and has been able to build a bond with them that she wouldn't have expected.
Dancing: surprisingly skilled at Contemporary, and ball room dancing. Something that was insisted on by her Mother as she grew up.
Faults:
Confidence: Faleen is very confident in her abilities as a robotics engineer and mechanic, and even though her skills are nothing to sneeze at, this confidence she's built up in herself becomes her biggest weight when she is faced with something she can't do, or has difficulty understanding and building, she becomes quite frustrated and over critical of herself. not to mention building up more expectation on her, leaving people underwhelmed.
She doesn't like the fact that there are things that she just can't do, a lot of this does have to do with her young age, she still has a lot of experience she needs to build up.
Programming: Faleen is fairly useless when it comes to anything that needs to be worked with in software, sure she can use programs alright, and work a computer (no where near to what she can do with hardware), but making programs, hacking, coding, she's useless at.
Loss: Faleen comes off as a calm, dignified individual who has the ability to keep a level head in many different situations. And while most of the time this is very true. there is one thing that she had more of a hard time dealing with, even if she would think otherwise.
Loss
Faleen has trained herself, so that when she is faced with the loss of something she cares about, she turns the feelings inward and bottled them inside, not letting others around know, and simply trying to forget she even felt anything to begin with.
This however leads to a behavior that causes her to become very withdrawn, and distant from other people. And makes it difficult for her to forget, or completely move on, as much as she thinks she does
Dark Types: Being quite adamant about using only dark type Pokemon. She seems to have a hard time relating well to other types, making training difficult for both trainer and pokemon. This leaves her team quite one sided, if she can't get her hands on the proper pokemon to complete it.
To her credit however, she had been making the attempt, and had even accepted a few non dark types into her team, and found a way to work with them.
Quirks:
Blush: Any strong emotion, good or bad, has a tendency to make her face and ears flush, making it hard to hide what she's feeling.
This also has a tendency to give people the wrong impression about why she is blushing, making some situations a little awkward, or embarrassing.
Eyebrows: She is incapable of lifting just one of her eyebrows.
Pokemon: Faleen does not give nicknames to her pokemon, she feels no need to, they seem to be happy with the names they already have.
Inanimate objects: While working with, Fixing, or building a machine of any kind, Faleen has a habit of talking to it, as if it were something precious to her.

Personality/About:
Pleasant in conversation, doing her best to make a good first impression on strangers, good at keeping long friendships, respectful to higher ranks, hard working and eager to improve.
Faleen is however, a very troubled young women, while pleasant, she has a dislike for many things that run deep into her core. often surfacing as prejudice, either toward people outside the Rocket ranks, and certain types of pokemon.
She has the ability to preform tasks or witness events that would not sit well with most, and feel both justified, and oddly relived to preform.
She loves being a Rocket, because she feels that this is the only place where people are truly honest about there human nature, she believing that building a strong team is very important to success, and will often go out of her way to help a fellow Rocket if they so need.
There isn't much that gets under her skin, She makes it a point to not be so surprised by the things people do, especially when they do something mean, or rude. She's most surprised when people do acts of kindness, though its something that appreciated, she doesn't often expect it.

Taken aback, stopping dead in her stride to move hazel eyes over to the man, staring for a couple of seconds to see if she did recognize him... no... no she didn't.* 2- Training is in SessionIzaya - "Everyone ready? How many do we have altogether? If Agent Faleen plans to use one pokemon, then that would make six. We could have one-on-one battles with three pokemon on each side. Does that sound fair?"3- Tonight's Gonna be a Good NightFaleen - *A part of why she wanted to go did also have to do with the fact that she didn't trust him. For the time being, an Agent or other Rocket should keep an eye on him, and Aila did seem like she needed a breather. *4- New TrialsFaleen - *It was no secret that Izaya was good with words when he wanted to be. It was easily the most dangerous quality the man possessed,
and Faleen did not always trust words.

Faleen - Well, she expected a greeting, but she didn't quite expect to have the taller, but skinnier man throw himself at her, this was obvious by the Agent's widening eyes. ~Information~Partners since-9/25/2011 Relationship status-As reported by - Agent Faleen Ewell"I think we're still both getting used to the fact that we're partners, not to mention still getting used to each other. Our differences in personality and professions seem to be respected by us both, giving us opportunity to draw from each others strength, I think by far that's our best asset as partners. This however is somewhat hindered by our personal team work that has been going... less then smoothly. I can tell that neither of us trusts each other as much as we probably should, and I'm not sure when, or even if we will ever gain that kind of understanding. I also feel that this problem is in part due to the fact that we so rarely work with one another. Izaya has been wounded pretty badly on past missions, and has a habit of getting into trouble often enough to where the time I would prefer we have to train with one another is spent with him in the Infirmary. Its a rough start, nothing that I'm truly surprised by, but I would like to start putting forth more effort to set aside training time... and, maybe even some recreational time as well, I've heard from other partners that it can help... We are good about keeping in contact, especially since I made him a Datapad that partly links with mine, it seems we get a lot of conversations done that way as well. ~Character Impressions~ +Boss:+++++++++++++++++
 Boss Lucere: Like any Rocket, I feel a great amount of respect and loyalty to the boss, and head of this great operation of organized criminals.
Though I have only ever seen him once, that event left a lasting impression.
He is incredibly powerful, well kept in the way he dressed, and he's beautiful articulate.
He may not make an appearance very often, or any at all, but he is the greatest inspiration for Team Rocket.
+Executive:+++++++++++++++++
 Executive Seth: My direct superior, and someone that I look up to and respect greatly, He's given me many opportunities to improve, and advance in the Tech department.
He gets a lot of talk about him from the other rockets, generally in a negative, of fearful light, I tend to disagree with these.
Executive Seth might not be one of the most social, or nicest of individuals, but in my opinion, he doesn't need to be. He's good at the job he does, and he's capable with both Tech and Pokemon. I feel I can approach him with a situation and it will be dealt with in a proper manner.
I wish to continue to improve, and strengthen myself, and the Robotics department, I will not let Executive Seth down.
 Executive Nadja: I haven't worked with her much at all, though I know she's a very talented pokemon battler, and she's head of the Science department. Nyx respects her quite a bit, and with reason.
Executive Nadja gives the appearance of being very professional and dignified, a very powerful women.
 Executive Lore: The only time I've ever seen him was during lunch in the cafeteria. It was certainly odd seeing an Executive mingling with the lower ranks.
I don't know very much about him, he seems to be a good natured man with a sense of humor. I have no other experience with him.
He is the reason I have my Zorua, he started passing pokemon out from the Unova region, and by chance I was given a Shiny Zorua.
+Elite:+++++++++++++++++
 Elite TRP: I've only ever worked with Elite TRP during missions, I rarely see her or have reason to interact with her during normal days at HQ.
I'm not entirely sure what her other duties are. during missions she's conscious of the rest of the team and lower ranks. I get a very... should I say an almost "motherly" vibe from her.
 Elite Nyx: Nyx is one of the few people I could really call my friend. After the whole ordeal with Lance, she was big part of the reason I didn't go to far into my seclusion. I'm sure she doesn't really know how much she helped me, or why.
We are opposites in many ways, she has a large uncertainty about mechanical vehicles, for one, and I'm not very comfortable with flying pokemon. the two sciences we practice are completely different. But I enjoy spending time with her, and we make sure to schedule training together with our pokemon each week.
She is a smart women who is loyal to Team Rocket, I respect her and value her friendship.
 Elite Kunai: I know Kunai is the head of the infiltration and undercover branch of Team Rocket. I don't have much to do with her. From what I have seen during missions she is a skilled combat fighter, and takes things very seriously.
Elite Harvard: I do not respect this Elite, nor understand why an Elite Rocket would choose to place her worry and concerns over the well being of trainers when there is precious cargo and wounded Rockets on the line. highly inefficient.

 Agent Hayes: We're both head of developers in the tech department, directly under Seth. Hayes is a talented programmer, and was assigned to work with me on the G-ball project, and since robots do need programs to function properly I get the impression we'll be working together more in the future.
He's a nice person, easy to get along with, and getting distracted with talk about tech related topics is something that happen quite frequently.
It is good to get to know him better... in a professional way... of coarse...
 Agent Nikki: Nikki is the first Agent I ever met when I joined Team Rocket. We didn't get off on the right foot, but from what I've heard, no one has.
I find her quite interesting, admiring her strength and forward honesty. I know very little about her, but I understand why she's Agent rank. I seem to get along with her better now, She's a good colleague, and a loyal Rocket.
 Agent Aila: I don't know much about Aila, but from what short time I did spend with her, I can tell she must have an interesting story to tell about her past. not that she would seem very willing to tell it. She doesn't strike me as the type that would be easily willing to get personal.
She has class, and acts very dignified, even under pressure. I respect that about her.
 Agent Sorano: He's good to work with, we partnered up during the poke'ball mission in Camphoreon. He's a nice guy, he's the type that would seem to not take many things to seriously, he's go a sene of humor though, always amused with something.
Though there have been a couple of times when we have spoken that I would pick up the impression of great sadness from him at times. Recently I learned that he befriended my younger sister Rosie, I'm not sure how I feel about this, but at least he's made the decision to cut her out since his sister set fire to my families home.
 Agent Mau: One of the older Rockets on the team, he's a skilled Trainer, and he's helped me out quite a bit on my own training, I'm grateful for this.
 Agent Kofuku: Kofuku was my first friend in Team Rocket. and yes, I use the word friend.
Her and I are complete opposites, in nearly all ways. I'm not as close to her as I used to be, a while ago, she suddenly disappeared with out a word, and for a long time I didn't have any contact with her.
I don't hold this against her, but lets just say I'm more cautious about how much faith I put into her.
Agent Asch: I know he is a transfer agent from another base I've had a few short interaction with him, and each time I learn something new about him. He's quite talented for being so young, he owns the first Zoroark I've ever seen. Zorua seems to enjoy playing with Agent Asch's pokemon, so I get the feeling I'll be seeing more of him from time to time, especially if he's serious about helping me out with target practice.
 Agent Claire:
 Agent Frost: I like this man, He has class, and he has a refined dignity I don't see in many rockets. He does tend to have a bit of a temper when it comes to certain things though, but its easy enough to convince him to calm down.
I get the impression that he knows a thing of two about mechanic, There have been a couple of passing conversations we've had that give me this impression, I'm curious to see if this is true or not
 Agent Lilith: I honestly think that if she has a problem with the idea of capturing Legendary and using them in experiments, as she greatly implied the first time we met, than she should have thought twice before joining Team Rocket.
I'm not entirely sure why she joined, but I supposed everyone has their own reasons, even if they are not apparent right away. She's pleasant enough to talk to, When I was a grunt I shared a room with her for a time. We didn't interact much though.

 Grunt Liam: An eager young grunt, I met him when he was just a trainee, and have seen a significant growth in his strength as a pokemon battler and as a Rocket.
He still has a long ways to go, as I said he's very young, and prone to making mistakes when he's excited, often leading him into dangerous situations.
 Grunt Lucas:
 Grunt Aulus: A combat specialist, He was pleasant enough to talk to when we had time to meet, but I don't know to much else about him yet. He has a gorgeous Absol, and well trained to.
Grunt Saleen: I haven't really been introduced to her, but I've seen her here and there around the base, and we've been in a couple of situations together. I'm uncertain what to really think of her, she appears to be a dark type specialist, yet she seems to allow her pokemon to walk all over her, I can't say I'm impressed. The only time we have spoken, she ignored my recommendation to return her pokemon back into their ball, and continued on about a speech about how pokemon need to be embraced.
Sounds like something the league would spout if you ask me, and my opinion about the league isn't a good one.

Trainee Izaya: Interesting one this one, he's quite different from any kind of person I've ever met. He has a seemingly endless curiosity for everything, especially when it comes to people... or as he would say "humans". What time I did talk to him was enjoyable, I never know what kind of reply to expect, or what kind of question he's going to ask.
Do I trust him? No, not at all, especially since I get the impression that his loyalty to Team Rocket is somewhat up to debate, and that does not sit well with me, still, I want to watch him, see what he does and how he progresses. From what I've heard he's under controle after being put in the brig by Executive Seth, and is under training from Agent Aila.
Hum... I think I understand why I'm fascinated with him... he gives off the feel that a Dark type does.
Not only in appearance, but in the way he acts, sneaky, potentially chaotic nature, Hm...

 Lance: What can I say? He's the enemy, The kind of friendship we had in the past doesn't matter. Its just funny that the ones you can hate the most, you at one point enjoyed spending time with.
I knew Lance when he was known as Will, a low level grunt who was a guard for the Rocket branch in Camphoreon. I met him one day when I decided to look into the branches, and offer my mechanical maintenance assistance there. Over the course of five months I would drop by on days off, to help him train and eventually we just started hanging out in the city.
I actually started considering him a friend, and even thought to talk to him about partnering up.
Its my great shame to say that I didn't see through the lie of who he really is. I will be content to have nothing more to do with him.

~Plot~ When it comes to plot I'm open to pretty much anything! I love furthering character development, and meeting all kinds of different character, and experiencing different situations, no matter how horrible!
Friends: Any kind of Rocket she can interact with (not that this is hard) all kinds of different personalities are welcome. So long as they are Rocket. She's grown to develop a safe distance from a person at all times, due to past experiences. Being an actual trusted friend, is actually harder to do than it seems.
Partner: I would love this, but if it doesn't happen than thats okay to. Someone she can work well with, or just an interesting pare up, preferably someone who has strength in character and skills that she does not have. Also must be an active RPer. I would prefer a male, to keep with the Rocket's seeming theme of male/female partners, but its not a MUST
Relationship: Faleen is currently unavailable for relationships.
Tasks/Jobs/Missions: Anything!! 83 from pokemon battles to Mecha building.
Faleen is hard at work in her new Tech development position, designing new robots and mecha for Team Rocket to build, I would love to RP some of this out if there are other Tech characters interested.
Anything pokemon related, while Faleen might be a robotics girl, she's still careful to put time away to train her pokemon.
