Nakura emerged onto the second basement floor where he had read the training facilities were located. As inexperienced as he was with pokemon, after the incident at the outpost, he wasn't willing to take anymore chances. That, and if he was going to improve as a Rocket, he needed to have control.
As Celty the Spiritomb was still just as unfamiliar with him as he was with her, he decided it was about time they got to know each other. Up until then, he had been so busy exploring the base and meeting human Rockets that he hadn't spared pokemon a second thought. They were tools to him. If he was going to use them, though, he figured he ought to practice. There was no instruction manual, and the only way he could learn was through experience.
"Celty, come out," he told the dark ghost-type, pressing the button on the pokeball. Within the flash of red light, the Odd Keystone appeared and the spirits attached to it turned as one to regard Izaya. It tilted its head curiously, quiet as it was. That was one thing the trainee liked about it; it wasn't specially colored or particularly powerful, but it wasn't obnoxious as or malicious as Frost's Persephone. Celty kept mostly to herself and seemed to do as she was told - provided she understood exactly what she needed to do. Izaya had yet to discover what her particular techniques were.
"We're going to do some training today, Celty-san," he told her in a friendly tone. "Show me what you've got."

Palu obeyed her without question, even if there was attitude there; she knew Palu though. Palu was her first. The attitude was just how the bird was.
Lasi obeyed, most of the time, and if he didn't it was because he was trying to make her proud and proove he was more than a pretty pink bat. Lasi needed to focus a little, but he was still a useful addition to her team.
Pygi... Pygi was new. And sweet. She obeyed and she had the potential for some wonderful attacks. Tambrey also had a feeling that it wouldn't be long until she evolved. But it would all depend upon the training. Training Pygi was a good idea. Today, Tambrey would put some more effort into that.
Neph... Oh, Arceus, Neph... The little bug, recently stolen, was grumpy and uncooperative -all- of the time. She needed to be reigned in. She needed to lose and realise that Tambrey was her trainer. And so, with Pygi, she was going to spend some time training too.
All four pokeballs were on Tambrey's belt, of course... It was worth having Lasi and Palu around as strong opponents. Pygi currently was out of her ball and sitting, pirate style, on Tambrey's uninjured shoulder; the sling and the cast were gone- she was told her arm was healing nicely, but she found it was still too tender for much. Exercise was helping, but she didn't fancy having a bird putting her weight and talons on it. Neph's pokeball rested on the right of her belt, away from the others on her left.
The dark-haired girl entered and froze momentarily. Somebody else was here. Hrm. Ah, it was that... what was his name? Izzy-something... from the Rec'... Well. That wasn't so bad, but she wasn't sure how she felt about trying to train Grumpy-bug now... True, Frost had seen her, but there was something... unscary about Frost. She wasn't sure how she felt about others seeing what an unruly pokemon she had. Still... It'd be weird not to say something, probably... "Hello.." She raised her hand a little in greeting.
Pygi was much less timid about the others being here. It was Celty! Celty was nice! She chirped a greeting happily.
"I, uh, hope you don't mind if we train too... If y' wanted to on your own, I can find another free spot though, no trouble." There. That seemed polite enough. She didn't want to interrupt after all.

"Tam-chii?" Trainee Nakura looked up in surprise in unison with Celty, the both of them having failed to notice the grunt's arrival. In an instant, though, Orihara's astonished expression was replaced with a warm smile. "There's that shy little voice of yours, again. Didn't I tell you I don't bite?"
"Spirrritomb," Celty called out to Pygi in a mature, feminine voice, startling the wits out of her trainer. He had never heard her 'speak' before, after all, besides the occassional whirr or incomprehensible sound. He jumped back, clutching his heart comically.
"Celty! Is that one of your attacks?" he laughed. "Remaining silent until you can surprise your enemies with your voice?" Naturally, he knew it was no pokemon technique, but he was amazed to notice Celty responding to the familiar pidgey. "I guess she really missed you two. We don't mind; it's always nice to have company," he assured Tambrey. "Maybe you can even give me a pointer or two. I'm rather new at this pokemon training stuff, you see."

It wasn't very long before another figure stepped into the training room, walking briskly as if she had somewhere to be, and something to do when she got there. And indeed she did have something to do, assuming it involved the training room it was safe to say that she intended to to some training with her team.
The pace of the gray boots stopped however, when hazel eyes lifted, catching sight two other Rocket int the room with their pokemon, Normally this would not be a problem, but the pokemon she was going to train today might be a problem with lots of humans around. "Ah, pardon-" Ready to turn around and find another training room, Agent Faleen paused and tilted her head a little, two things keeping her from already having left the room. the first, would be the one trainee that she recognized. Izaya was his name, she wouldn't forget him anytime soon, recalling that time they discussed the G-ball, and more memorable was that time he managed to enrage Seth enough to throw the Trainee into the brig.
The second, was the fact that there was a Spiritomb in the room... quite beautiful.
"Trainee Izaya, if I recall." She said, eyes glancing over the Spiritomb before returning to its trainer. She glanced over at the other rocket as well, "And I don't believe we have met yet."

"Agent Faleen," Izaya acknowledged, grinning in amusement as she spoke his name. "I was actually a grunt last we met if you recall, but it seems you're already aware of my recent demotion." Come to think of it, it had been the tech floor that he'd encountered Seth on. And though he hadn't really been able to see who had been watching while he was paralyzed, Faleen could have very well been one of the first-hand witnesses.
"This is Tam-chii!" the trainee informed Faleen cheerfully. "She's a grunt. Met her in the rec room one day where we watched a horror film. So, what brings you here today, Faleen-san? Have you brought some pokemon to train?" He noticed her attention was divided between himself and his Spiritomb, whom she seemed to take particular interest in. Celty gazed back at Faleen calmly, lapsing into her characteristic silence once more.

"Yes, I do remember Izaya." she replied, arms raising to cross over her chest. "I witnessed it, in fact." She didn't sound like she was particularity troubled by that, or that she was even judging him. She remained as calm, and as polite as ever.
With a look over to the Grunt, Faleen offered a smile, and nodded her head in greeting "Grunt," She said, smiling softly, glancing for what she was really called, picking up by now that Izaya tended to give people nicknames, like he seemed to add a 'San' to the end of her name, she wasn't entirely sure why.
"I intended to come and train, yes, though I wasn't expecting others to be in this room," She looked back over to Izaya. "I see you've taken up some training as well" she addressed, looking back over at the Spiritomb.

Pygi warbled again, very pleased as the ghost type responded to her. She flapped off and landed on the floor close to Izaya and Celty, fluffing up happily as Tambrey followed across behind her.
"Er. Well. I could try, but my only real... 'success' is Palu. The other's have never been any trouble apart from m' Spinarak who is really... not the happiest pokemon ever. 'm tryin' t' get her t' obey me better." Tambrey returned the smile at least. "And I.. enjoy company too. 'S just, I know some people prefer t' train alone. And... well, like I said, m' bug's not a pokemon I really thought about mixing with too many others."
She fell silent, but raised a hand as another woman appeared, offering that same semi nervous smile to her now. An agent. Hm. That made her a little scarier. She gave a nod as Izaya introduced her. "Er. Tambrey.." She corrected, rather reluctant with the idea of 'higher ups' suddenly calling her 'Tamchi' or something. Sure, it was cute, but still... "Er... Sorry if we're in y'r way, Agent... Seems like we all had the same idea t'day.."

As Tambrey finished speaking the door opened once more and the room became even more crowded. Pausing just inside Frost regarded the Agent, the Grunt, and the Trainee with the same polity neutral expression. "Agent Faleen, Tambrey, Trainee," oh how satisfying, "I do hope I am not interrupting a planned training event? Is this part of your remedial course, Izaya?"
Had he been less a controlled man he might have laughed or at least cracked a smirk. As it was his face remained impassive, as was his voice. He had heard about the demotion. Of course he had heard about the demotion. Everyone had heard about it. Demotion was rare, though not unheard of, but getting demoted in such spectacular fashion as Izaya had really did stand out. He wouldn't make it back to grunt without express approval from Executive Agent Seth. It was simply to perfect, too hilarious. Back to a red uniform. Back to trainee dorms (possibly? He wasn't entirely sure on that score), back to cleaning floors and mind-numbing exercises.

"And to think I had just come to visit you again when I chanced to meet that charming executive instead," Trainee Nakura sighed. "Oh well~ Bad luck, I guess. Nice to see you again, though!"
Snickering when Faleen opted not to use the nickname he had given Tambrey, Orihara clapped his hands once. "Why yes, I have! Celty and I thought it would be best to learn to communicate better after that unfortunate incident at the outpost. Didn't we, Celty?" The Spiritomb whirred quietly in response. "Hehe...seems I know very little when it comes to actually giving pokemon commands. I'm not even sure what her attacks are. At least not yet."
As Pygi neared them, Celty bobbed up and down slowly in some kind of happy greeting, as she didn't think she could warble as beautifully as the bird pokemon. There wasn't much she could do to express herself without feeling too obnoxious or having a body. "Spiiir," she spoke softly.
"Palu? What kind of pokemon is that?" the young man inquired brightly. "Ah, in that case, would you like us to leave so you have more space to train? Or maybe with more of us and our pokemon around, your Spinarak will feel more inclined to train. A little healthy competition never did anyone any harm."
"I think it was a fantastic idea. Today must just be an ideal training day," Izaya remarked as he set eyes upon Grunt Frost. Ouch, use of his new title before his name. Was the blonde man trying to rub it in...? How uncharacteristically immature. He smirked. What did that mean?
"Nope, not planned at all. And in fact, it sort of is, but I had planned to come here anyway after my back healed. Don't have a desire to repeat that sort of thing again, you know?" He appraised Frost with a glittering, crimson gaze. "How about you? You look like you're doing well. Ribs healed up?" He walked up to the man and moved a finger to poke at them experimentally.
"I'm so flattered you've been keeping up to date on my status, Frosty-chan," the trainee bubbled. "Not only did you find out about the demotion, but about the course I'm taking as well! Very impressive. Did you hear who I'm working under?" He smiled. "She's very attentive to my needs, Aila-chan. She took so much trouble to create a specialized training program just for me. I think it's a sweet gesture, don't you? Way more fun than pointless obstacle courses and mechanical endurance training."
"Spirrrritooomb," Celty cut in, catching the taunting tone in her trainer's voice. She knew by now when he was baiting someone with his words. She wanted to avoid trouble, though, both with the other trainers and their pokemon. After all, they were here to train.

As Izaya poked him Frost took a smart step backwards, reaching to his belt to let Skiron out of his luxury ball at the same time. “Keep your hands to yourself, Trainee Izaya Orihara,” he said in soft flat tones, “consider this your one and only warning. Touch me again, and Skiron will give you a taste of Ice Beam. Additionally, you will stop using such foolish nicknames and call me either Frost or Sir. I would have thought you might have learned to show a little respect to your superiors after being demoted and tossed unceremoniously into the brig for insolence. Finally, my ribs are none of your business. I have no intention of satisfying your curiosity by answering personal questions.”
Aila... Aila was stuck with this... this... scum? What could she possibly have done to deserve such a fate? She was a bright, efficient young woman. He couldn’t imagine that she had done anything to anger Seth so badly. Perhaps she had just caught the Executive on a bad day, or perhaps he’d just saddled the first person he saw with the unpleasant task.

"Oh, I'm certain bad luck has nothing to do with it." She said with a slight raise of her eyebrows, Though she offered a soft nod in his greeting. He had paid the price for his actions, and was in the process of re-earning the right to work his way up to where he had been before his demotion, she found no personal reason to be hostile toward him. She wasn't entirely that surprised with the way things turned out, he had given enough hints of that during the first time they met.
At this point it was time to wait and see if he shaped up, or got himself killed.
At mention of the outpost, her expression went rather still, the ghost of a frown tugging at the corners of her lips. She was well aware of the fate of the City branch... it was most sad that she couldn't be surprised by it.
When the Grunt gave her name, Faleen gave her a polite smile. "Grunt Tambrey, Its nice to meet you." She hadn't met this grunt before, or even seen her. another team mates face for Faleen to learn.
Frost came in next, and he was greeted with a much more welcome smile and greeting. Though the exchange between Izaya and Frost was watched carefully. She didn't interject, standing with her hands folded behind her back, eyebrows arched as she observed. Well, if there was going to be a pokemon fight to break out here was the place to do it.

"She's a Pidgeotto." The dark haired grunt answered and then nodded a little. Other pokemon were probably actually a good thing to have around Neph; the spinarak could be easily taken down if she got angry.
Wow. Okay...
So, Tambrey had to start paying more attention to rumours clearly. She'd heard someone had been demoted, even had a slight tidbits over who it might be, but she just hadn't quite held onto the information... Or maybe she'd just been too distracted. There were a lot of beakers to wash after all... The labs could be rather a distracting place, even if you weren't allowed to work on much of anything yet.
"Nice to meet you too, Agent." Tam' gave a quick, polite nod and returned the smile apprehensively to Faleen, before letting out a "Hey Frost" and another quick raise of the hand in greeting.
She frowned though as Izaya seemed to be... teasing the ice-specialist. This didn't seem like a good thing at all, but clearly they had met. Hm. She bit her lip but didn't interject; both probably knew how to act around eachother, they'd clearly met before and had some sort of... history.
Pygi chirped again and seemed happy to be hanging around with the ghost. She turned as the ghost did and added her own chirping at the ghost's trainer. It wasn't a warning tone really, like Celty's, but more like a little chirp of support for the idea of listening to the ghost.

"Must you use my whole name?" the trainee whined. "You're going to wear it out. Just 'Izaya-kun' would do. After all, we're not strangers anymore, and it wouldn't make sense to be so formal." Despite his playful demeanor, Orihara had no intention of being hit with an Ice Beam from Frost's Glaceon. His back may have been almost healed, but it still hurt enough to remind him he wasn't in any hurry to be injured again. True, Frost was undeniably his superior now, but he couldn't help pushing buttons. Not when he finally seemed to be getting to the almost inhumanly controlled man.
"Brrr. So cold, as usual," he replied. "I was just trying to be considerate. Is that any way to respond to a polite inquiry as to how you're doing?" He clicked his tongue disapprovingly. "Not answering questions only leads to more. One might think you have something to hide."
At his pokemon's warning, Nakura raised his brows at her, surprised. She hadn't really bothered to 'scold' him before, but that was most certainly what she was trying to do. "Speaking twice in one day," he murmured. "At this rate, Celty, you might end up being as loud as Persephone."
Heeding her warning, however, he turned back to the ladies instead. "So! What do we have here? A Spiritomb, a pidgey, a spinarak...who else are we training today?"
Celty settled down a bit after Izaya seemed to get back on track. She levitated her Odd Keystone to side closer to Pygi, indicating she wanted to try a double battle. Whether or not her trainer would get the message was another issue entirely, but she thought it was worth a shot. Especially now that Frost and Faleen were here. Turning to regard the two other humans, she floated about curiously, wondering who they would bring out to train. She only knew of Frost's Skiron and Persephone, but Faleen's pokemon were a mystery to her.

"I will use Izaya if you wish," Frost replied with an indifferent shrug, "but I have no intention of taking suffixes from a language I do not speak a word of.” Kun meant... well it was something used to address young boys wasn’t it? Or was it just a very familiar term of address used between male friends? He would have to look it up later on to see what it was this pustule on the backside of humanity wanted him to call him. “In any case,” he went on, “your concern is unnecessary, but I thank you for it all the same... if you are in fact being serious and not mocking me. I am still not going to satisfy your curiosity though.”
Humm, well, if it was training that was happening he supposed he ought to join in, that was what he’d come here for. Reaching to his belt he retrieved Persephone’s pokeball, letting the forbidden pokemon out next to Skiron.
The cloud of sprits swirled up and out of the fissure in the keystone with a sibilant hiss, turning slowly to inspect all of the room’s occupants. What a lot of humans and pokemon there were here. Presumably they would be fighting some of them. That would be fun.

Faleen didn't interrupt the conversation, quietly hanging back with the other grunt while Izaya and Frost seemed to settle a few things.
Hazel eyes glanced over to the dark haired man once he addressed them, encouraging something of a group training. She was used to group training, for some time now she had scheduled training sessions with other Agents, Mau, and Nyx, two very skilled pokemon users.
Frost let out his second pokemon, and once again Faleen eyes locked onto it. gorgeous Spiritomb, and the second one in the room, Faleen was very much approving the pokemon choices of these two men.
"The pokemon I am looking to train today still has questionable motives when other humans are around. I am more than happy to leave and find a vacant training room if this makes any of you uncomfortable." Though... this might be a good opportunity for her, see how she can keep control of him while there are other humans around.
She laid out the warning for the group ahead of time, waiting for their replies.
