Appearance: Standing at an imposing 6 feet and 5 inches, Seth towers over most everyone in the TRHQ. His stature is somewhat thin, but also well built with a hint of muscle showing through his uniform. His hair is a bit tousled and colored a deep chestnut brown. With bangs hanging over a pair of dazzling blue eyes that often hold an icy stare. His expression is usually stoic or hostile, and his voice gruff and demanding.
Personality: Arrogant, rude, and down right mean, are words often used to describe Seth's attitude and personality. To most he comes across as a brash elite who's become too big for his own britches. As an instructor, he teaches with an iron fist and often uses methods that humiliate his own students. During assignments he is all business and has a no nonsense attitude. He tends not to socialize much, which is probably a good thing since most can't stand him anyway.

Personality: Pele is essentially the "big mama" of Seth's team. She's highly protective and becomes quite violent when she feels that she, Seth, or her teammates are threatened.

Background: Stolen from the Goldenrod City Game Corner as a Porygon, and was placed in storage until used in experimental studies by the Team Rocket tech division. Came into Seth's possession and was upgraded to Porygon2. During the development of the dubious disc, it was entered into beta testing and successfully evolved into Porygon-Z.
Personality: In general it is quiet and obedient, just as it was programmed. However, there are instances where it displays erratic and odd behavior.

Background: A cloned Lugia, this specimen was chosen to undergo an experimental procedure to recreate the fabled Shadow Lugia. Until recently it was a top secret project and spent the entirety of its life in the labs. However, the Lugia's transformation proved to be unstable and difficult to control. As a result, another experimental procedure was performed on it and Seth by linking their minds artificially so that he could control it more effectively. It was first used in the field against Lance and Kyogre, and was defeated. More tests and modifications are scheduled to improve performance.
Personality: As a shadow Pokemon, its personality has been suppressed by shutting off its emotions. However, this hasn't been completely perfected.
Attacks: Shadow Blast, Shadow Down, Shadow Shed, Shadow Storm
